Delicious pizza and coffee. Staff was amazing

Great service and so accommodating - I made a mistake on our orders (forgetting a family member was both gluten AND dairy intolerant) but when we received a pizza that my family member couldn’t eat, the manager hurried off to sort an alternative really quickly and without even charging for the extra pizza. Of course we really like the pizza too - tasty fresh ingredients in a wood fired oven.

The service is incredibly attentive, and the food is consistently delightful. Personally, I can't get enough of pizza number 9 - it's my favourite! However, the only downside is that the tables are positioned quite closely to each other.

I ordered a meat special pizza and there was no meat on it! There was some paste that was the nduja sausage! The dough was soggy and not enjoyable. Had much nicer pizzas at PizzaExpress! Service also slow.

Classic, rustic yet modern environment....and as you walk in the door you can smell the fresh quality ingredients....and the taste was even better than the smells!!!

Ordered Pizza, arrived late pizza stone cold and my dessert is broken in half shoved in a box!!!!! This is disgusting if my pizza way waiting for too long you should have made it again!!!!! I have never had a cold pizza in my life and you if I cold show a photo of how cold this bloody pizza is I would.

Busy friday evening , but excelent qulity. We had no 7 and veg special. We totally recommend it. Will be back.

when I thought I wasn't even going to dinner, because at Wimbledon everyone closes early, I look and see this brand that I had already seen, but never tried Great choice, I ate, I ate, I was delighted, and all this accompanied by the friendliness of the staff; Excellent experience.

Pizza is extremely thin and has a minimal amount of ingredients. The service gentleman brought the bill with the added fee without even asking for anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Tipping should be voluntary, not compulsory. Unfortunately the quality of the food did not deserve it.

Exactly what we need it on a Sunday afternoon. Good and fast service.

It was busy on a Saturday but seated quickly. Pizzas looked impressive but my margherita with buffalo mozzarella was bland and the worst thing was the bottom which was soggy. How can they get this so wrong?

Overall, Best Franco manca I’ve been to so far ! Food was standard as with all FM’s - nothing special here. However the service here is what makes the Wimbledon branch stand out! It was A busy Sunday lunch, with only two waitresses, so props to them for being so attentive and handling everything so well! One of the waitresses was very attentive and noticed me looking around when I was ready to order - she came up to me and asked without me even noticing her! The other waitress , who took my payment, was so lovely and went above to say thank you for coming today and wishing me a wonderful day ! Id like to give a shout-out to them but I only have the name of one who was on my receipt- thanks so much Alex and send a huge thank you to your colleague who was working today! (20 Jan)

Franco Manca fell short of expectations during our recent visit. The pizzas were lackluster, tasting worse than frozen alternatives. The garlic bread was disappointingly saltless and lacked any garlic flavor, resembling the texture of paper. The lamb sausage dish seemed hastily made, as if they merely dumped tomato paste from a tin into it. Overall, a thoroughly disappointing experience.

Pizza was very good . Service very attentive and professionali . Our waiter was italian . Roberto Made our evening special . He gave us great advise and was very professional and very nice with all the customers. Thanks

I know a lot of people like Franco Manca's pizza but in my opinion it is not very good. It is cheap, true, but this is pretty obvious when it comes to dough and ingredients. Also, we live not far from the restaurant and pizza always arrived pretty cold. I am genuinely disappointed and cannot really recommend this place even if there isn't a proper alternative to Neapolitan pizza in Wimbledon at the moment.

We were greated by an abrupt manager who was wearing what could only be described as her gym wear which made a bad impression from the offset. She rushingly sat us down and then we were left for 10 minutes before a waitress finally came over. The waitress was polite and took our order promptly. We ordered extra crispy pizzas’s because we love having crispy crusts to dip in the garlic sauce. The pizzas arrived after 30 minutes and they were under cooked and doughy. We had 2 slices each and then called the waitress over and asked her to take the pizzas back, tell the chef the pizzas were under cooked and to please bring us the bill. The bill came at full price which I was shocked at because of my experience working in hospitality. I don’t like complaining in person due to fear of causing a scene so just left after paying full price. Hoping that something can be resolved after sharing my awful experience

2023 Franco Manca is a mere shadow of what it once was. The pizza is tasteless and paper-thin (don't even get me started as I used to have it once a week years ago in Southfields). Standards non existent - wine served in dirty glasses held by the server by the rim, the only available toilet in disgusting condition. They make you feel like you are bothering them for even coming there. The only highlight was the older waiter - forgot his name but he was the only friendly person there. The other staff seemed to be suffering to even be there. "Manager" eating with feet on a chair while tables are waiting to order. How could this place get so many things wrong is difficult to comprehend. This review could be even longer but I just can't be bothered. It's a disappointment and you should not waste your money here. Never again.

Food stone cold. Drink had leaked everywhere ruined everything , not edible.

We have been many many times and it never disappoints. Always great food, brilliant service and all at a very fair price. They even bought out a surprise birthday tiramisu and candle for my sons birthday....the whole restaurant joining in to sing Happy Birthday and the staff and chefs too....made my son so happy.....thank you....we will be back

Terrible, terrible customer service.When we asked for a place to sit, she acted rudely without answering. She didn't come for take our order for a long time. She'd rather ignore your presence. I'd give it zero stars but there is no choice!!! I'll still go another Franco Manca as I like their pizzas. It should be noted however, it doesn't cost much to have manners and treat people and your customers with a little respect, the same as you would expect to receive yourself.

I ordered pizza through Uber which arrived one hour later. They could have at least made another one not send us one made 2 hours ago to eat. Pregnant hungry woman and grumpy toddler

The pizza is nice and affordable price. But it will be nicer if they had more variety. The atmosphere will be better if there was a bit more space between tables. It feels overcrowded when is full. Waitress are very friendly and gives you suggestions of the best choices.

Was served by Isabella. She was super helpful and helped us decide what we wanted. Pizza was amazing. Halal Lamb and Chicken option available. Authentic taste the starter was also very nice. Good atmosphere and relaxed place to have lunch or dinner. Super happy with the service.

went here several times during the championships peak and the pizza is always delicious! the sourdough base is very good quality (though a thicker version would be nice aswell) and some really cool toppings. vegan options are great and the vegan cheese is amazing. the waiters are very attentive, friendly and efficient too. really recommend :)

Pizza is nice what is expected as it is a chain. However considering the price it could be better. My wine came in a terrible glass.

I've been a big fan of Franco Manca for many years. It appears to have gone down hill. My pizza was very dissapointing. It was tasteless and a far cry from the pizzas in the original restaurant in Brixton.

Such a rud and racist place ever. I visited 28th Oct 2023 Saturday. Looks like hall manager, he kept ignoring me even there was not busy. It was unpleasant and so disappointing experience and I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. 홀에는 두명의 스텝이 있었는데 홀매니저 처럼 보이는 사람에게 몇번이나 주문하겠다고 하였지만 잠시만 기다리라고 하더니 굳이 테이블들을 치우고 있고 10분 넘게 방치하였습니다. 점심시간이 조금 지난뒤에 방문했기 때문에 홀은 반 정도만 차있어서 바쁜 상황도 아니었습니다. 심지어 주문이 필요한 테이블은 우리 테이블만 이었습니다. 그곳에서 나는 유일한 아시안이었습니다. 그렇기 때문에 그 스텝을 인종차별자라고 볼 수 밖에 없었습니다. 런던에서 수년을 살아오면서 여행객들이 종종 당했다던 이런 대접을 윔블던 같은 곳에서 당할줄이야. 정말 오랜만에 굉장히 불쾌하고 실망스러운 경험이었습니다.

It's the worst place ever. If you are Asians, please do not go there. I went there 28.10.2023 at 2 pm and there were two waiters and the shorter guy was keeping doing something else and never coming and getting my order. I realised he is rude and 100% racist. So I just went out from there and found somewhere to eat. It was not busy at all, but it made me lose my appetite. 한쿡분들 가지마셔여

I came here last Friday, my friend and I managed to get seated straight away. The waiters were attentive and placed our order quickly. The pizza’s came out quickly, and were both hot and tasty. I’ve been to a few of the Franco Manca chains, this one is close to the station and in a good location.

Amazing service and pizza was just perfect!

A sourdough pizza franchise sounded like a crazy and risky idea when the first restaurant opened in 2008 in Brixton Market. Will the general public get and appreciate the difference between sourdough and non-sourdough? Are there sufficient pizzaiolo chefs in the UK to cope with the increasing demand? Is sourdough, a dough that can be so different from one restaurant to another, a homogenous product for a nationwide franchise? These are probably questions that Giuseppe, the founder of the pizza empire, wondered himself by 2008. Franco Manca is a family-friendly restaurant with delicious pizzas, although the dough, I reckon, is a bit chewy and sometimes it comes a bit burnt. I don't go very often because of gluten intolerance. Still, I love this little Italian corner available for everyone who wants to enjoy a cheeky pizza treat on a gloomy and rainy day.

What an amazing experience, I have always been sceptical about sourdough pizza but oh my gosh I am in love. Amazing chilled environment with warm and welcoming staff that make you feel welcomed and are very attentive. They are very good with the little children that just loved their kids pizzas that came in heart and bunny rabbit shapes for the kids and they just loved it. I will definitely be coming back with the whole family soon.

The most stressful eating experience I've ever and an unhygienic attitude to food. We arrived at 9:30 and were told that they would begin closing in 45 minutes and after our initial hesitation, we were encouraged to come in. After about 20 minutes the staff began to play pounding gabber style techno very loud. The waiting staff began to pack away very loudly. The hostility from the staff was topped off by the pizza chef kneading dough and stretching it to touch his mouth and face as if he was eating it. I wanted a relaxed meal after a very long day and got the opposite.

Pizza is NOT gluten free. When asked, I was told the gluten free pizza is placed on the bottom of the pizza oven on no tray, so it is in contact with normal flour regardless of the base used.

I had a perfect gluten-free pizza! They were very friendly and accommodating. The gluten-free crust was perfection! I prefer mine well done and they offer that as an option when ordering online as well.😋

It gives me no pleasure to write this review, but I feel that I must. i will start off by saying that I I am a big fan of the Franco Manca chain, having eaten at a number of their branches, including a number of times in the Wimbledon outlet when it was under different management. Ordered a shared starter for two, and three mains. When the starter arrived, one main course arrived at the same time followed in quick succession by the other two mains. The starter had not been finished! The manager took the two mains away, both pizzas, obviously to be kept warm. No apologies were forthcoming, just complete disinterest. Then tried to order more drinks, which did not come. Asked again, and again were not brought. At the third time of asking, they arrived. The food itself was certainly not up to the standard that based on previous experience, I was expecting. My pizza tasted bland and was without doubt, the worst pizza that I have ever eaten anywhere in the world. And my fellow diners were not not impressed with their food. Apart from the above, the place wasn't very full when we went in, and one could sense the lack of atmosphere in the place. For our entire stay, none of the the staff smiled or made conversation, or even apologised which would have been nice to hear. I just wanted to leave the place as soon as I could and I have vowed never to eat there again. One of the worst , if not the worst eating experience that I tolerated.

Friendly staff and pizza tasted the same when i first tried many years ago.

Awful. Just went in here after being up since 6am. Made me wait after taking my order. Served everyone else except us. When we complained, they said they hadn't logged the order into the system. No apology, nothing. This is what happens when young boys run a shop, no one in a position of authority we could speak to. He just looked at us lost when we complained as if completely bewildered about what to do. Err offer a takeaway and skip the bill perhaps? Forced to skip lunch as I had to pick up my kids from school so I just walked out. Never again.

We were there in the evening and perfect pizza really good, just the service unpleasant... But... we were there 3 days later for lunch and horrible... Service unpleasant all the time, but the pizza thin, burnt without tomato base overall was tasteless, which should not be. I would also recommend going in the evening and making a reservation first and foremost.

This is my very favourite place to eat. The food is just spectacular with Gluten free pizza & delicious sorbets. What’s not to love!!! The atmosphere is just right with a great feeling of everyone having a fantastic time. I very much enjoyed my visit & will be returning as soon as I possibly can. Well done to all the staff you really are making this place a very all round enjoyable experience.

Hello, I have been a customer at Franco Manca Wimbledon for at least three years. I want to say that the service that I have received from Reni has been excellent. Always welcoming and ensuring that clients feel happy and welcome. She needs a bonus payment for her excellent customer service.

Had a lovely meal and Daniel our server was amazing, really attentive and all round lovely person.

As someone who has enjoyed Franco Manca (specifically in this store) in the past, I was disappointed by my most recent dining experience. In terms of service and atmosphere, there wasn’t much I could fault. However, the pizzas we ordered (mine was no.4 on the menu) lacked flavour and the dough wasn’t fully cooked through. Overall, the service staff were pleasant and friendly but the food was strongly lacking on this occasion.

Daniel was fantastic - he really looked after us, and the pizza was delicious.

Pizzas were excellent, garlic bread with mozzarella was fantastic, service was first class, and the beer was just fine, too.

My family and I had a lovely birthday meal here served by Daniel who was highly thoughtful and attentive with amazing service! Thank you so much!

Despite being a really busy night, the food was delicious and quick to arrive as usual. Our server Daniel was also incredibly helpful and friendly despite the busyness.

Our waiter was very rude, and didn't understand their own menu and ingredients. Very difficult ordering and all round rubbish. Food was good. Other Franco Manca's have been great but not this one.

Have tried several of their branches. This one convenient as close to the station and usually quick to get a seat if not immediately. Service was fine. Although where we were sat the table has not been cleaned and got oil and pesto/green sauce over my arm and not enough napkins at the table to clean myself up and use it for the meal. Fan of their pizzas usually when they have new specials I like to try them out. The meat one I had on this occasion was just ok. Have had more exciting ones before for their meat specials. But dough and way it is cooked is still great. Would still recommend going.

Never disappoints. The Pizzas are amazing. Totally fresh, great variety and the dough is exceptional. This is the second of this chain I have tried and they both excel in consistency.

Indifferent, shoddy service - it's like they think they are too cool for school. Somebody forgot to drain the buffalo mozzarella properly so the pizza was soggy with stingy toppings. Side salad was miniscule. Expensive. It's a slippery slope once a business takes its customers for granted.

Auch wenn ich mir bewusst bin das es sich un eine Kette handelt ist das Franco Manca sehr nah an dem Neapolitanischen original dran. Zumindest was dem Teig und den Ofen angeht. Ich hätte nicht erwarter hier einen echten Holzofen zu finden. Der Belag der Pizza weicht dann jedoch stark vom Neapolitanischen Original ab (zumindest bei manchen Pizzen) aber das ist nicht schlimm. Auch das man hier Naduja anbietet hat mich überrascht. Das mag nicht Authentisch sein auf Pizza aber zunindest eine original Italienische Spezialität. Und das zu einem guten Preis. Ich komm gern wieder, und der Service war sehr freundlich. Danke

Used to love it. Today 1st of July,we went for lunch. Super low service (was half empty). They ignore us. Food quality was poor and the ice cream for my son was a joke. Unfortunately u think I won't back
