We regularly eat in and take away from here. It’s a lovely branch. The staff are always super friendly, helpful, positive. The restaurant while small is well presented with nice atmosphere. The pizzas are fantastic. Great to see the iconic no3 is now a permanent fixture! Their dips are also the reason so many people come here rather than anywhere else. Such a great selection there is something for everyone to dip their crusts in! Personal favourites are the amazing Cacio e pepe, the chilli & the pesto. Love this place.

Good service but waited a long time for our food to arrive, when it did it was lovely

Its an amazing place if your hoping for a quick meal, staff cares about you, and make sure everything is alright, pizza is good but maybe a few different options could be good, but overal really good.

Although it was a very busy time that we visited, our server Conor didn’t make us feel rushed at all and was extremely polite and helpful and made it a great meal out!

We are regular Franco Manca customers both in the restaurant in Wimbledon and elsewhere, and for delivery.. This was however the first time we ordered on Uber Eats. We placed an order on Friday evening. Our order was accepted by Franco Manca Wimbledon but then we had a number of messages from Uber Eats as they were looking for a driver. Our initial delivery time was 19:50 but kept being pushed back. We finally got our pizzas around 20:12 and they were stone cold on arrival. I called the restaurant to enquire about why they had let the pizzas go as they had clearly been left waiting for some time (on reflection I have seen this happen while in the restaurant). The man I spoke to quickly started talking over me, without leaving much opportunity to speak, then told me to stop shouting at me when he was the one shouting. He then hung up. This was a terribly disapointing experience, and one we will be sure to report to the Franco Manca head office.

They took ages to make two margaritas and one of them was very disappointing. The extra paid for artichokes were hardly visible, just some tiny ones scattered over. The organic tomatoes were just canned tomato sauce. The pizzas arrived ice cold and it was not the fault of the delivery person. The piece of hazelnut chocolate cake was just a tiny brownie. Everything tasted okay after heating it up again but not worth the money

Amazing pizza and good service!

Previously, I've had a good experience at this restaurant but the customer service I received yesterday evening means that I won't be returning. The staff were unhelpful and unpleasant, which is very unusual for a Franco Manca restaurant.

A very small restaurant with tables crammed in right next to each other! Service was ok, some of the staff were quite rude and we felt very rushed from the moment we sat down. The pizza itself was very tasty and a good size, and good value especially with the £5 deal. We had the meat special (pictured), the vegan special and a garlic dip. More vegan options would be good!

El lugar estaba zumbando cuando llegamos y tuvimos que esperar 10 minutos para estar sentados, eso siempre es una buena señal y el ambiente era genial. El personal era amable y una buena elección de cobertura, hasta ahora tan bueno. Sin embargo, el problema era que cuando llegaron las pizzas estaban poco cocinadas y descuidadas. La única forma de comerlo era con un cuchillo y gente, sin posibilidad de cogerlo a menos que lo enrollaras. Lo siento, pero no me gusta la pizza descuidada.

They kicked us out of the restaurant, the food was bad

After a not soo good visit to the Kingston branch, I decided to give Franco Manca another chance, and I am so glad I did, My visit to the Wimbledon branch completely restored my faith in Franco Manca. The food was served promptly and tasted fantastic. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was exceptional. I was greeted warmly by Ornella, whose friendly demeanor set the tone for the experience. Roberto was also amazing, engaging us in a delightful conversation while we waited briefly for our food to arrive. This visit truly showed me the potential of Franco Manca’s customer service. A big thank you to the team at Wimbledon for turning things around. Highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for great food and excellent service.

So, this was a tough one because I really wanted it to be good. We were seated quickly on a Sunday afternoon so that was great. Then someone took our order quite quickly but we had to constantly look around for a waiter willing to make eye contact. We were asked if we wanted tap water. They then proceeded to not give us any and then when I asked for it again we still didn’t get it till we got served our pizza and the waiter remembered it. The food came quite quickly but was very oily. Our pizzas were not pre sliced (I don’t know what the norm is) but I asked for it to be sliced and instead they brought me a slicer and left. This was quite funny as we thought they would do it for us. We didn’t finish the food and the tables were a tad tiny. Staff was friendly, but not attentive even when no customer was being served. Even the customers next to us were waiting for a server to catch their eye for a while.

I was acutely unwell immediately after attending this restaurant (nearly three weeks ago), have since complained and had to chase numerous times in order to get a response to my complaint. I've now also been lied to by the manager who promised a refund, a different manager has now refused this (extremely rudely over the phone). A 'formal' investigation seems to now have kicked off centrally, where I'm required to complete a lengthy form to somehow 'prove' that I got food poisoning from the restaurant. In it, they've asked me to recall the exact meals I had in the 48h prior to attending the restaurant. I find it astonishing that if they want to somehow shirk responsibility, they would wait so long to ask for more information. I don't know anyone that would be able to recall that information so long after the fact. Appalling, uncaring customer service from a restaurant that serves items that may put you at risk of becoming severely unwell.

El servicio era amable y servicial. La comida llegó rápidamente y era agradable y caliente. El personal era excelente. Gran visita y volvería cuando esté en la zona de nuevo.

Currently sat down at a table and not one member of staff has come to take my order, I’ve been here for over 15 minutes.

Pros: The dough is really really good, I liked it a lot. The service was incredible. All of the staff was very nice to us. And I much enjoyed the homemade lemonade. Cons: The tomato sauce was pretty much tasteless. There were some mentions to organic tomatoes on the wall and I expected more of it, but it tasted like canned food. The olive oil available on the table tasted like regular oil. It's also not very attractive to vegans. The only vegan pizza on the menu was the marinara. They say we have the option of exchanging the cheese for vegan cheese on any pizza on demand, which is good. I just wish there were more options originally planned for the vegan public.

I love Franco Manca, but this one probably isn’t top of my list. Always find the atmosphere a bit odd in here. Can’t beat the pizzas though! We get it delivered often.

Had the no. 8 pizza for takeout. Probably one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. You can really taste the smokiness from the oven and the freshly made dough.

We checked out the (mixed) reviews before trying this place on Wednesday evening and decided to give it a go because we were hungry. It went downhill from the very start. When we walked in, a man gestured towards a table and showed no obvious interest. He arrived a bit later with menus, making no eye contact and making it clear that he was too busy to smile or say hello. In fact, he radiated impatience. We don't expect to be greeted with balloons, genuflecting waiters or inquiries about the health of our family, but we do expect some basic courtesy. We didn't get it. The man concerned was the oldest person present, so he could well be the owner. If so, he needs to polish his social skills. The pizzas were okay, if a little stingy with the toppings.

Do not order from this restaurant spend £35 on two pizzas and a garlic bread they arrived and all the food was stone cold Immediately rang up and asked them to collect them and give me some hot pizzas they refused and tried blaming Uber eats Ive worked in the food industry before you could tell the food was sat around for 30 minutes before being sent for delivery the cheese and toppings were rock hard it was like holding a frisbee tried explaining to the staff that you wouldn't feed your kids stone cold food so why would I ? I had to order from another restaurant the manager said he would try resolve this for me the next day but ultimately blamed Uber eats for doing multiple deliveries even though I watched the driver on the tracker come from the restaurant straight to me in about ten minutes so the food was sent out cold ! Tried to resolve with manager but ultimately told me to leave a bad review and that he doesn't care so here it is mate it's nice to see you care about your customers who have families and are willing to send out poor quality stone cold food for top dollar ! I hope this puts of enough people do not order food from here you will be massively disappointed and overcharged.

Absolutely blows Pizza Express out of the water on quality and it's much cheaper to boot. Franco Manca seems to be one of the few places which has done a fairly good job of keeping up quality since turning into a chain/franchise operation and the Wimbledon branch has the same excellent quality, similar to Neapolitan style, pizza for a good price you expect from any branch.

I ordered a pizza for collection, and on arrival, the staff requested my details and wondered off, returning about 20 minutes later, giving me two pizzas. When I got home and opened the boxes, they were the wrong ones. I returned to the store where the manager grabbed the boxes off me and gave them to another bloke, apologising to him and saying he had given me the wrong pizzas. The manager then gave me 2 more pizzas, which, again, where someone else's. He asked me for my order and then gave me the correct pizzas and ushered me out of the restaurant.

Exceeded our expectations. We knew it was a franchise so we didn’t expect much from it, but the pizzas were DELICIOUS! We chose cider to go with them and it was nice. The place seems to be quite popular, it was full around 13:00 on a Wednesday so I don’t want to imagine on weekends. As it was quite full, there was a lot of noise, but you could still have a conversation. Service was friendly and good. The restaurant is small but cozy and quite cute. They have a loyalty app so you can earn stamps every time you go. If you are a student you earn 2 stamps each time I believe. 100% recommend.

We were super early for our booking but the staff had our table all set up and ready for us and welcomed us in. They were quick to take our order, giving us water for the table before we even asked! The pizzas were delicious and super fresh, I always get number 6. We also shared a pudding which was tasty too. Dips are huge and definitely enough to share between two. The restaurant was full and had a buzzy atmosphere, the frontage was open as it was a warm evening which was nice and felt like we were on holiday! The staff really made the experience great, Roberto in particular was really funny and friendly!

The dough was good cheese was good it was very filling the Latte Rich scent and a very rich taste the pizza was good Francos favourite was good I recommend it nice place Madagascar vanilla ice cream was rich and fresh smooth

Went here today for lunch and as always it did not disappoint! Fantastic food and value for money as well as very attentive staff who greeted me with a smile. The tiramisu in particular was delicious and the atmosphere is always buzzing and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Great service and ok pizza but nothing like it used to be. Obviously not an authentic Italian dining experience anymore and the dough is just not what it used to be, nor the vibe. It's more like your standard fast food pizza chain now, which is so sad. Chicken pizza appeared (red flag in my opinion!), prices almost doubled and now they include service charge which was never the case in Franco Manca before it got sold. Too much competition to downgrade like that!

Worst and cold pizza I had from Franco Manca. Wimbledon store is not a go to. Customer service is something they definitely need to work on. Throwing cutlery with an attitude is not pleasant. They should retain the staffs.

Sickening prices and total lack of variety. Asked for soft drinks, turns out they have no Orangina, no Fanta, no Tango, no Appletiser no Sprite, no Lucozade, no 7up, no Pepsi, no Mountain Dew, no Monster Energy and no Irn Bru. They had Diet Coke, but it was £3.40 for not even a third of a litre. 250ml orange juice for £3.45! We each got half a litre - it came to £6.90 each on orange juice alone! Asked for ice cream, they have no Strawberry, Mint Chocolate Chip, Cookies and Cream, Rocky Road, Butterscotch, Honeycomb, no Pistachio, no Mango, no Coffee-flavoured, no Cookie Dough, no Cherry, no Coconut, no Banana, no Blueberry, no Blackberry...! Even the very limited selection they did have, was a staggering £4.50 per scoop! No discount for a 16 year old on his birthday either - all 5 of us deliberately ordered the cheapest things possible - Margherita pizza, 1 scoop of ice cream and 500ml orange juice each - it came to more than £20 each that they expect five 16-year-olds to come up with! Not attentive at all, took ages to deliver.

I just ordered a pizza from Uber eats. The order took an hour to arrive and delivery driver said was given the wrong order and he had to go back to collect the correct one. Pizza arrived completely cold. I would be better to eat a cold pizza from groceries

Very disappointed in my pizza it was lacking in cheese and meat, too much of the pizza base was not covered. This made the pizza very dry and lacking in flavour. This was a shame as on a previous visit I was impressed.

I ordered a gluten free pizza to takeaway and I think it was probably the most disappointing pizza ever. The photo of mushrooms, ham and ricotta No4 looked great and nothing like the one I received. The toppings were sparse to say the least and the pizza was pretty much just a gluten free base. ☹️

Service amazing, The Manager, an Italian girl, let us feel at home, It really felt like back home, Pizza outstanding , and all the team super friendly and accommodating! I’ll be back for sure
