The best restaurants in Norbiton Kingston upon Thames London

As someone who is gluten-free, this was my go to place to treat myself to a proper cake that also anyone else could also eat. So I went yesterday to treat myself only to be told that they have changed chef and now none of the fancy cakes in the window are gluten free. So so disappointed, I've even had a birthday cake made by them in the past.

Visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening having read good reviews and it was local/ recently changed hands/name. We had made a reservation and the greeting we received was hostile to say the least. The greeter was clearly irritated that 2 of the party had mobility aids and was trying to rush us, almost causing a fall - not a good start. She was also our server and although we had gotten off to a bad start tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. She was inflexible, with inaccurate answers. One meal was cold and she tried to argue that’s the way it was meant to be. So main courses very disappointing. Desserts a bit better. The same server despite seeing us packing up to leave came and told us she needed our table. Terrible service, not great food and definitely won’t be returning. I’d say avoid no inclusivity here.

I would not even give Fat Boys Cafe, Kingston one star!! Raw bacon, stale mushrooms. Extremely rude and impolite man taking orders at front desk. This place may be acceptable for people who do not know what a proper hot breakfast is, and polite customer service. Would highly avoid at all costs. Waste of money. Very disappointed.

Had one mouthful of the pasta & chucked it away

Just a brilliant traditional fish restaurant with great fish and chips . You can also choose anything from the in house fishmongers when it is open. A real treat.

Food ain’t great. Not sure if I’d say it’s good either. Below average Chinese.

Ordered on website took payment told us how long for delivery THEN within 10 mins called us and said they were closed tonight, what on a Saturday? We’re now waiting on them returning our money so we can get something to eat. Total scumbags

Outstanding catering service which I used for birthday event. Nafí and team were very helpful from the start, helping with menu sampling, organising menu adaptations for vegan, food allergies etc, professional and friendly service on the day. The food was exceptional! Pretty much all guests commented on how delicious the food was. Also reasonably priced compared to other services I had looked at. Strongly recommend!

Good Shisha with good service and reasonably priced in the area

WARNING : This hotel is closed. We had a booking and when we arrived to check in were told that it had been sold and our booking was not honoured. We were left in London on a busy weekend with nowhere to stay. Appalling from both the previous and current owners.

Very fast delivery. Quick handover. Tasted good.

Great customer service, staff works very hard. Delicious food. Great place to organise a birthday party. You can buy alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Despite the fact they were very busy we got our food straight away.
