Good Shisha with good service and reasonably priced in the area

It surprised me. The food is in sufficient quantity and good.

Not very cosy place it's more of open cafe the service and staff are friendly . Worst it's cash only then when u get cash they won't have change it's hassle who these days keeps cash in pockets .

Well overdue a hygiene clean & make over - asked for a mix grill & got a mix wrap? Shisha wasn't all that good

Really chilled place for food and shisha. Plenty of vegan options though menu only specifies vegetarian so you'll need to ask. 10/10

Amazing lemon mint juice my favourite

Best shisha place in Kingston, I usually smoke grape mint and it last for easy two hours, staff is really friendly, i already recommend to all my friends!

Been trying to charge my vehicle for a while now and every time I try to, someone from mumtaz ends up parking their non electric vehicle in the spot, the least the restaurant can do about this is let their customers and staff not to do this. Next time this happens, I might just start making dua against the restaurant

Shisha is top notch quality only thing they can improve on is the lightning on the outside terrace seating area.

The finest shisha lounge around filled with excellent customer service including top quality shisha flavours and pipes. The new refurb is top quality as well as the food produced by top quality chefs. I definitely reccomend this place for anyone.

Top place to chill and have a shisha. Good value for money, not like a lot of other cafes around. You have to try the lime and mint mojito!!

The best Shisha you can get in London and the prices are not as extortionate as other well known Shisha joints. Oh and the food brilliant too.

Kingston has 3 shisha spots, momtaz, crave and bubbles. Momtaz 10000% better than both the two put together. Shisha is better and way cheaper, food is brilliantly tasty, and the service is fantastic, only problem I have is the scenery but the service and the shisha makes up for it

Price is amazing. Staff are chill. Outdoor seating in the summer is awesome. The indoor seating however is little dated and could do with an update. Howver the price makes up for it. Shisha is basic. Flavours are basic. Haven't tried their food. Drinks selection is OK. This place feels like a shisha bar you find abroad. Can't knock it. You need one of these classics around to keep the original shisha vibes alive lol. To the owners: don't take my review personally. Really appreciate your hospitality and price points. I enjoy visiting your establishment, just a quick update on the internals would be nice. Dim the lights, update the furniture and your golden. Thanks.

When it rains ... the cover in the outside area is useless

First time visit in the area and found this place, the shisha was not the finest ones you can get so price was cheap which isn't exactly a bad thing. Good for students, and if you want a chill shisha with a few friends. The inside is not that big, but there is terraces so can have it outside. Decor is substandard, bonus can watch football. Overall not a bad place to have shisha, but if you want ones with better quality and more variety of shisha, then there are loads you can go to.

Paid £25 for one shisha pipe and a pot of mint tea which was made up of teabags and a few mint leaves (and spent 1.99 to use cash machine as they didn't mention before that they only take cash) . I don't recommend for women to go here as the atmosphere is not welcoming at all.

Loved this place, great shisha and great food.

By far the best shisha restaurant I have visited in a very long time. The shisha uses original Cole's rather than those square ones but they do also do the square ones if you ask. The food especially is amazing.

Momtaz is a relaxing shisha cafe that do average food. Would recommend for the shisha but would go jus t for food. However it's has a nice atmosphere but can get rowdy at times

Momtaz Shisha cafe ! Is good for a quite night quit convenient to Kingston Surrey ! It's not noisy at all like rest of shisha places are, so one can have a real chill out with friends !

Cheap and chearful. Good spot for sporting events.

Quiet during the day time, very open so can get cold, they have heaters there so it helps. They also have outdoor seating which is good during the summer. Honestly, décor wise it needs a major upgrade, looks dated but not in a good way. They do provide chess and cards for customer entertainment. In terms of shisha quality, not bad at all. They don't use a heat diffuser on the top but they use traditional coal rather than the usual cube bricks you get elsewhere.

This place is not appropriate as a family place as bunch of men may gather around and and throw away their disturbing looks. Apart from that it is a nice place for men who are after shisha; they don’t serve any food despite the fact that the menu has them. The red tea is served with tea bags. For two red teas and a shisha I paid £15. This is a cash only place; no cards accepted.

This is a great shisha bar and food place. Amir and the owner looked after me, coal changes were fast without any chasing them or rudeness. The flavours are well priced and priced at an affordable range that 95% can afford. Super comfortable seats, so polite, toilets are clean, and always respect the customer and the shisha comes out fast. Literally the best shisha place with the top clean quality shishas in South London. Keep up the great customer service and super politeness, I definitely notice and shisha flavours are on point.

Food is nice, I have been there twice. The reason why I gave 3 stars is not for the food, but for the environment. Staff speaks foreign language loudly, like you are not there. The person I talked to barely understood me. Males using female toilet in a way that you don't want to enter after them, and it's not just on one occasion, it happened on both visits. If you are not fussy, you might like it, as the food is quite nice and portions are generous. But I found myself slightly uncomfortable there.

Great shisha bar! Their momtaz mix is nice, and although I had some trouble with the shisha (I assumed it was the coal), they noticed and replaced it rapidly. The guy changing the coals was really nice always checking to see how it was, and overall amazing customer service. The food and tea here is good too if you want to grab a light snack, and came fairly quickly (although they do have more meals as well)

Normally having gone there for shisha, we decided to try the food on our most previous visit. The food was presented well and had excellent taste. The vegetarian and non-vegetarian options both had different yet vibrant flavours. On top of that, the service was great. There is a wide range of shisha flavours available, which are very smooth. I recommend kiwi, grape and mint.

Good shisha and very fast. Downfall very crowded and slightly expensive. Menu and signage quote shisha and hot drink for £12. When I queried my bill was advised it was infact more and signs are old.

No music after 7pm which was a shame. Did not like the atmosphere that much

authentic arabic food. makes a healthy mediterranean meal. good takeaway service, but you do have to collect the food. no delivery.

Come here often - they do great shisha and shawarmas.
