The best restaurants in Abingdon Kensington and Chelsea London

Stopped for lunch whilst charging the car. Served by the very professional and lovely Alka, it made for an unexpectedly pleasant way to pass the time. Recommend

Definitely one of the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever tried. A big variety of different fresh fruits with a long with the traditional breakfast dishes, such as scrambled eggs (which was delicious!) and a huge variety of different nuts a long with multiple different dairy and non dairy milk as supplement. Don’t hesitate visiting if you are looking to start your morning the best way! What makes this place a must visit is not only the food but the great and warm energy and service from the very nice italian gentleman named Albino, which makes this place a must visit! I’ll definitely visit this place again when I return to UK. ❤️

As Italian restaurants go this is truly a strange one. Went for lunch mid week with work colleagues. Place was empty with 5 people working there 4 behind the bar as chefs and one serving tables. Firstly I think that the place is tiny and even more so because there is an absolutely enormous kitchen area in the middle of the room with a few tiny tables scattered around. The tables seem to be bolted on the floor which is not helpful. Anyway we ordered 3 pizzas, 2 beer and 2 small bottles of water. It took a very long time to get the pizzas, circa 30 mins, which I don’t understand at all with the place empty and 4 of them turning their thumbs in the kitchen area. Anyway, we got the pizzas which were overcooked below and raw on top. It was not the worse I had but not something I would repeat. The truly horrible aspect of this place is the service. The person there was rude, impatient and really not interested in our dining experience. We wanted to order coffees instead she brought us the bill, which we did not ask for, that is a cardinal sin in such a posh place. The bill came at a monstrous 87 quid… for having eaten badly, waited for a long time and treated disrespectfully. Frankly I will never even consider this place again. The two stars are for the very good ingredients they have and the cleanliness of the place which is incredibly high. Anyway. There is better around look for it.

Google Review: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ We visited Sichuan Popo and tried their mini hot pot, which was a great choice! It was huge, definitely enough for 2 people, and had a nice kick to it—super flavorful and satisfying. Unfortunately, the Dan Dan noodles were a bit of a letdown. They lacked the bold, spicy flavors we usually expect from Dan Dan noodles and were quite bland. However, after asking for some chili oil on the side and mixing it in, the noodles tasted much better. Overall, the mini hot pot was a highlight, but the noodles could use some improvement. Might come back to try other dishes!

Delicious food, i had the Tagliatelle excellent pasta and friendly service, we were made to feel very welcome great atmosphere

We visited for a quick lunch today. The visit was lovely - food was delicious, ambience relaxed and welcoming and the service was absolutely exemplary, the staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended!

Tuve una cena. Un montón de moscas de la fruta zumbando alrededor que no era un buen augurio. La leche en el café tenía un sabor ligeramente apagado y dejó un sabor amargo después del sabor. El inglés completo es pequeño y no está a la altura de otros cafés en los que he comido. Ni siquiera sirven tocino, pero alguna alternativa desconocida, posiblemente un triturador de pavos. No terminamos nuestras comidas debido a la preocupación por la calidad de la comida. Muy caro para lo que son pequeños platos de comida. Yo diría que el servicio era amable y el propietario agradable.

Quando abbiamo visto questo ristorante a londra si sono illuminati gli occhi, finalmente un po di cibo italiano, e che pizze... buonissime

Careless cold welcome. Ordered meat (tikka) which was chewy like gum. Bamia was not cooked properly. Service poor and the ambience is not great.

Fantastic selection of produce. We selected takeaway pasta dishes and they were all delicious. We are visitors from Australia and will be sure to return during our brief stay in Kensington

First, the service is always fantastic. Friendly staff who are never too busy to stop and have a conversation with the customer. The coffee is much better than what you'll find from a high-street chain and the food is homemade and healthier. Recently they have also ventured into stone baked pizzas and even make their own bread on site. Gluten-free and vegan options also available. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. 5 Stars all around!

went to have a breakfast there on my birthday, although I don't like pastry, the stuff gave a me a huge ttasty bowl of feta with olives and pesto which they offer as part of salads instead. that was very tasty. the coffee there is great. good place for short meal.

Nice and cosy Filipino restaurant close-by to the Design Museum. Perfect for a dinner or lunch, great food and wonderful hospitality.
