Fitaly in Kensington and Chelsea

First, the service is always fantastic. Friendly staff who are never too busy to stop and have a conversation with the customer. The coffee is much better than what you'll find from a high-street chain and the food is homemade and healthier. Recently they have also ventured into stone baked pizzas and even make their own bread on site. Gluten-free and vegan options also available. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. 5 Stars all around!

Beautifully balanced creamy coffee. Been coming here since it opened and so very grateful to have somewhere i can get a coffee where they really take their craft seriously. Any time i go to a generic store like costa they always burn the coffee, making it bitter and disgusting. Fitaly know all about the blend selection and balancing the bitter. A true coffee lover should know just from the smell inside the shop... thank you for my daily fix <3

He visitado Fitaly varias veces antes de las regulaciones de Covid. Lamentablemente, mi primera visita desde entonces fue muy decepcionante. Las opciones de comida eran muy limitadas y no se ofrecían servilletas ni desinfectante de manos. Mi envoltura de pollo estaba seca y el té se sirvió como una bolsita de té en una taza para llevar. Nada para remover o sacar la bolsita de té. Solía correr la voz sobre los deliciosos platos y el excelente servicio de Fitaly. Por favor, recupere sus estándares anteriores.

Pasé por esta cafetería muchas veces sin pensarlo dos veces. Un día decidí entrar y probarlo. El personal educado y el buen café lo convirtieron en el lugar habitual para estar semanalmente. Es pequeño, sin duda, pero eso no lo hace incómodo. La calidad de las bebidas y las opciones de alimentos lo hicieron más atractivo que las cadenas de café mucho más grandes. Todos deberían apoyar y ayudar a que este lugar siga funcionando.

This is the place that I have been waiting for. Scandi-vibe and decor, pan European, mostly Italian, high quality cuisine. I really enjoyed my breakfast plate with vegan frittata and I look forward to returning in the future with friends.

I was really excited to try this place. Unfortunately I went in, the staff were really unfriendly, they had stopped serving lunch 10 minutes prior to my arrival so I just had cake (which was pretty good). The plates and cutlery looked really unclean. The floors were dusty and dirty.

The perfect place for a coffee / tea or breakfast or lunch or daytime snack or meal.. with only fresh ingredients used from the Abruzzo region of Italy, the taste is fantastic. Friendly attentive service. The chef is purportedly Head Chef at Italian Embassy at London..

I was so pleased to find this place after eating at Olympia itself every time I go to a show there. Just outside the main building is this little owner run cafe and it is by far the best place I have found in the area. Lovely food, friendly service. This will be my go to every time I am at Olympia.

We popped into this place by chance on our way from an exhibition at Olympia. We very nearly left as it didn’t seem too appealing, but were advised to check out the specials board. We were both very glad we stayed. We had bruschetta and I can safely say my one with avocado, cheese and olive oil was exceptional. Staff very pleasant and helpful and an absolute delight - and we shall happily make a detour to go there again.

If you want the absolutely best Italian coffee in London, this is the place.. also delicious bruschetta, soup and other items..

So glad I found this great cost friendly coffee place. Everything is perfect here and they are extra friendly. They have the best lemon cupcake I have ever tasted.

Great cosy cafe under a new build on the High Street Kensington. The Host Lady is so helpful and welcoming that it makes you want to come back for their exclusively healthy gluten free and fresh products!

There wasn't a coffee truck outside Olympia as usual when we arrived for an event so we decided to walk around the area which we'd never done before. We spotted Fitaly and mentally marked it as a place to have a late lunch. Ended up being a very late lunch! After 6pm! We were welcomed so warmly and had coffee and the most amazing gluten free doughnut (plus a taster of 'just fresh from the oven' chocolate cake!) As I was expecting a coeliac friend for lunch a few days later, I asked the beautiful, smiley lady, if the doughnuts would keep until Wednesday. She was kind enough to give me some frozen ones which went straight into my freezer and were defrosted today. They were indescribably delicious! I so appreciated the solution that was offered to me and will go out of my way to visit again - not just at event time! Such delicious food and drink and kind service. Thank you xx

I came across this cosy coffee place where I decided to have a brunch. The atmosphere is very relaxing, with pleasant music in the background, very calm. The solo option seems great. The sandwiches and lemonades are worth trying and the customer service provided by the staff made the stay very pleasant. All smiles. Minimalist style, white, clean. You can be indoors and outdoors and to make this a truly continental experience you pay at the end.

Almost accidentally walked past without realising that this place was tucked away in a corner of Olympia Kensington. I think it's totally unique, they really care about the food and your health! Lots of nice, tasty, little snacks and great coffee and drinks.

I work near Fitaly running my own comsultancy and fell in love with the place as soon as Charlene told me about her inspiring story. Fitaly shows you can make rustic food and drink healthy, vibrant and sexy. Also a great place for imtimate music...

Love this place! The coffee is great, I recommend the Ginseng Coffee! The food is fabulous, I usually pop in for breakfast and the people that work there are lovely. Will try the lunch menu soon as it always looks great

Delicious latte and almond croissant which were leagues ahead of your usual coffee shop offering. Very charming decor, too, and excellent customer service. This place is clearly run by people who care about cuisine, and deserves every success. Bravo!
