Came here with a friend. Some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. The green beans were maybe the highlight. The flat BiangBiang noodles were incredible. Wontons in chili oil were out of this world.

Absolutely fantastic Szechwan cuisine! The perfect balance of spice and rich, complex flavors. Every dish was a delight, bursting with taste. The warm and inviting atmosphere made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

I have to say, this is a great spot for Sichuan food. I was born in Chengdu, so I can confidently say that the food here meets expectations for Sichuan cuisine to a certain extent. What impressed me the most is the service. It made me feel cozy and welcomed, just like the people from my hometown. I come here almost every week whenever I’m craving some spicy Sichuan dishes. They provide authentic vinegar and white pepper. This place also reminds me about some memories. Give it a try!

When my local Pizza Express shot down and was replaced by a Chinese restaurant, I was devastated. However, when I sampled their cuisine, I was genuinely impressed. Their Sichuan 'street food' cuisine, surpasses the tired 'British Chinese' by a long shot. Noodles are freshly made daily, you might have to experiment a bit as the menu is unlike any Chinese I've been to in London. Staff are kowlegable, so don't be afraid to ask. If you are in the area for 5 Guys up in Kensington High Street, and in a a take away hurry, I strongly recommend their Sichuan burger. I tried the Pork and the Spicy beef, Next Level taste bud explosion. 👌 Fills up quickly for Dinner so book in advance. They do have a happy hour between 1 and 5 pm, for the budget conscious.

This is our second time coming here and it is quickly becoming a favourite. Last time we ordered mapo tofu, chicken in chilli oil and the pak choi, delicious. This time we went for boiled fish slices in Chilli oil with tofu and dried peas and the pak choi again. So delicious, such tender fish, so flavourful, nice heat from the chilli, delicious. Quite salty, but we like that! The vegetables are also very nicely cooked, nice crunch. We ordered one rice between us which is just right. The service is so nice as well, they’re happy to answer questions, very friendly and efficient. The fish dish was around £20 which we thought was expensive, however it serves two people, you get so much fish in there and the whole meal for the two of us worked out as approx. £35, very reasonable

Absolutely amazing food! Cannot recommend enough.

We enjoyed the biang biang noodles, they never disappoint (been to the Fulham branch before). Sichuan fish was also really nice. The la zi ji (chilli chicken) was an absolute let down though, very tiny pieces of chicken and felt like there were more batter than chicken.

It tastes terrible, smells like seasoning packets, and is super salty. How did it get so many good reviews?

Average chinese restaurant, not spicy enough, I missed the "mala" moment that we can have with sichuan cuisine.

I was very impressed with the food here, it was fresh, tasty and excellent value for money. The dumplings and cucumber salad were phenomenal. I couldn’t fault any of the dishes we tried, I wish we could have tried them all. The restaurant itself was very clean and the staff were excellent. The only disappointment is we don’t have any restaurants like this up north.

Delicious Chinese restaurant. Pretty clean, authentic and flavourful dishes. The most simple were also the most delicious. One example is the cucumber salad with spicy sauce. The prawn dumplings were also fresh and delicious. The chicken with peanuts was fantastic, sweet and spicy. The bun with egg custard are a perfect option to finish the meal with something sweet. All the other dishes we saw passing by were not just generously portioned but the presentation also looked great! Highly recommend if you’re in Kensington but want to avoid the crowd of the high street. This restaurant is just few minutes walk from High Street Kensington. A stroll away from Holland Park.

Wow! This has been our best find in years, we have been a couple of times and recommended a group, that loved it just as much as we did. The food is sensational, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, don't miss the chicken spring rolls, the chicken dumplings and the beef and egg noodles, we cannot speak highly enough of this place. Well done to all involved!

Bomb, handmade dumplings and flat noodles dishes. Had flat noodles with lamb and it was delicious, semi-spicy and filling.

Best dumplings I’ve had in a while . Generous size portions. Took some home as there was plenty. Can easily share the hot pot between two . Had to wait 20 minutes for a table walking in on a Saturday but worth the wait .

Sichuan PoPo never disappoints. The Dan Dan noodles are hands down the best I’ve ever had, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The service is always excellent, making every dining experience enjoyable. This is definitely one of my go-to spots in London. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes chinese food and sichuan. The dishes were very rich of flavor, generous portions. Mao served us always with a bright smile and Kenco was very sweet. Thanks for such a good dinner experience!

Ordered a ma po toufu last night through Deliveroo. It smelled weird. I gave up after having a few pieces. Had diarrhoea afterwards and sick stomach the whole day.

Very good food and good portions. I ate the menu of the day for £22 and it was very good!

Very good service, made it an easy and enjoyable experience. Food came quick and was tasty, they recommended some good dishes as wasn’t too sure what to get. Main dish wasn’t as tasteful as some other dishes, otherwise would be 5 star. Wontons and broccoli were delicious!

I went in to get a take away after a local resident recommend it. The food was good, around £10 for stir fry. Service was good and there were other people there having lunch and looked to be enjoying it. It looked like they had a large selection of wines and spirits.

Discovered this family run neighbourhood restaurant while staying in Earl’s Court during a recent visit to London. We enjoyed our Dan Dan noodles and veggies so much that we returned the next week and ordered the exact same meal. So flavourful. Clean, relaxing atmosphere. Friendly, helpful service.

i really liked this place! the food (we mostly ate dumplings) they were really juicy and delicious! the other word about service - they were really sweet and made it feel like you were in a little family restaurant. overall I highly recommend this place

Generally speaking, the biangbiang noodle is not authentic and the portions are not big.

Had one of the best Chinese dinner here! Most of their dishes are spicy, but their flavours are also balanced. Love the varieties of the menu. The green beans are exceptional and I will def come back for that!

The detail of leaving water for the dogs at the door is great. I wanted to order more food and he told me that what I ordered was enough and indeed it was.

Living in China I may say this is supperb casual dining, little spicy, we had 6 dishes and all were good, took dim sums, also high quality materials and real China taste, nothing fahe hete, all good

The cuisine was delicious, the staff exceeded our expectations , and the standout dishes were black mushrooms, chicken noodles, and prawns with bamboo shoots and peanuts. The experience was so delightful that I neglected to capture any photos.

The food were all good and the waiter was nice and kind. If you like spicy Chinese food, this is definitely the place to go. There are some dishes aren’t spicy.

Cool little place always have a night here when we're up

It satisfied all my expectations. I have been passing by the restaurant for several years now. Iw always seemed to be full, which is sign of good food. So I paid them a visit with my friends. The food here is excellent. We tried prawn, chicken and beef dishes and stampeled some dimings at the start. All were greatly done. My fiends and I concluded that this goes beyond an average Chinese restaurant. We'll be back.

The worst food I have ever had in my life it smelled and tasted like dog food I’m never going back in my life. Absolutely never go I would give it 0 stars but that’s not an option. And it was expensive DO NOT GO!!!!!!!!!!!

Went for the biang biang noodle. Flavour was very good but like most reviews mentioned, it wasn't spicy enough. We asked for a side of Sichuan chilli oil which instantly gave the dish a lift, but still needed a bigger kick of Sichuan peppercorn and garlic. We also ordered noodles with pork intestine, which is rare in London. And the poached chicken in chilli oil, which was tender and juicy. Both dishes were also enhanced by adding more chilli oil on top. Overall a good choice for that part of the city if you are looking for Sichuan noodles in bright modern surroundings

We went there for Halloween. It's a decent place, some starters were alright, the mains could be better, especially the soup that was meant to be a bit spicy but they must have dropped a whole jar in there. The stir fried rice with chicken & egg was good. We also had a dish full of fried chillies. Very flavourful despite being very spice, I must admit, but that should not be sold as a main course, really.

Stopped by for a late afternoon snack. It’s okay. Noods need way more flavor. Chef needs to double the chili oil, soy sauce, and black vinegar. Dim sum was pretty good. Not a bad lunch spot, but there’s more flavor to be found elsewhere. The lady next to me got the dry stir-fried beef ho fun. That looked pretty legit. Makes me think this place is run by Southern Chinese masquerading as Sichuanese. Would explain the mild flavors and dim sum offerings! Service was fast and friendly.

I came there with my elderly Aunt and the staff were so genuinely sweet to her! Particularly Mao and Ailee always smiled when they came to serve and kept her water glass full. The food is as always consistently delicious! Will always come back!

This is the better branch of this chain. Great tasting Sichuan food. The mini hotpot is so good, but then so are the dan dan noodles, the Chongqing noodles, and spicy beef noodles, and some of their cold starters. The menu is huge. The dumplings are the only things that are just average. There are so many restaurants to try in London but this is one we keep coming back to.

Quite some options for veg and vegan. But quality and quantity is poor. Veg fried rice, small portion with hardly any vegetables. Dimsum was sticky but alright. Price is steep as well. 60£ for 2, 2 starters and 2 fried rice with no drinks. There are better places out there, quality and price wise that are far better.

Decided to stop here for noodles, and the noodles were great! Had the beef noodles and pig noodles, they were very flavorful, the Meats were tender, and very authentic sichuan! Lots of choices on the menu, I'm really glad we came here!

Love this casual, bustling eatery between busy High Street Ken. and the A4. We came across it a year or so back and have been 3 times now and just got around to writing a review. The food is delicious. We have had the home-made noodles with beef brisket and another similar dish with chicken (on-the-bone). Both excellent with just the write amount of heat and great, fresh and well textured noodles. We also had wonton soup which was excellent. We also get the har kau (prawn) dumplings which are good, although being a Sichuan restaurant, not their main thing I would say. The atmosphere is also buzzing on this otherwise quiet, local corner. Highly recommended.

A great variety of Chinese cuisines to choose from. Authentic-ish Sichuan flavour. I enjoyed the food here, just not as spicy or numb but tasty and flavourful. Totally recommend for people who can’t eat spicy food but enjoy or wanna try sichuan cuisines.

Really good simple Chinese sichuan food. They also have a vegetarian/vegan menu. Really tasty and fresh vegetables. And the sweet corn chicken soup was good! I enjoyed the dim-sums too! Fantastic place to go eat good simple hearty Chinese food.

The flat noodles with beef were incredible - not too spicy but very flavourful. We also loved their pan spicy won tons. Their pan fried dumplings used to be great but they seem to have switched to a bought in version and they are not good anymore. Friendly staff but the place is busy!

Pretty authentic Szechuan dishes at good prices

I’ve been here a number of times and the food is always excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food comes quickly. There are lots of different options and I’m slowly working my way through the menu whilst ordering a few favourites again and so far everything I’ve had is delicious. Prices are reasonable and portions are decent.

One of my favourite restaurants in London. Fantastic food. It tastes homemade but with restaurant quality. My favourite dish is the tofu with mince, plus rice on the side. The biang biang noodles here are even better than those in the Biang Biang restaurant in Shoreditch.

Authentic food and nice atmosphere

Had one of the best vegetarian ma po tofu dishes I’ve had (and had quite a few in the CA Bay Area which has a ton of Chinese restaurants) The chicken mi fen was also reported as being good (and authentically Chinese) though not a very classic Sichuan dish.

Walked past this place many times and I’ve been wanting to try it for a while, and now I can say we finally did it, and it did not disappoint. The gong bao chicken and steamed dim sum were one of the best in London, great service as well. Would definitely go back.

I had the ‘mini hot pot’ (Mao Cai), and would massively recommend it! They suggest at least 4 toppings, so I went with enoki mushroom, fish balls, squid, and the hand-pulled flat noodles. The hot pot broth was rich and spicy (you can choose the spice level to suit you), sweet, sour, with a gorgeously rich and buttery aftertaste. You get a generous amount of toppings too, and I was happily full afterwards. I was desperate to try some of their steamed buns so I ordered a portion to takeaway too. All the staff are super friendly, and I love the modern vibe of the restaurant. I will definitely be back for more dumplings!

Highly recommend the noodle here! Came to Sichuan PoPo many times and tried all kind of noodles. Beef noodles and cumin lamb noodles are my favorites.

The food is above and beyond. Each dish has its own distinct flavor. A must try in London. The staff is v friendly. The drinks are well made. Loved it.
