Delicious food, i had the Tagliatelle excellent pasta and friendly service, we were made to feel very welcome great atmosphere

They must have changed something in the management of the restaurant as the personnel and the menu are different. I have visited this place a number of times in the past, the last one in March. Now pizza is no longer part of the menu and nor is gnocco fritto and other delicious items. The tagliatelle we selected were unsalted and they served charcuterie without any bread or focaccia (but with a bowl of aceto balsamico whose meaning was not clear). I am very disappointed as this was one of my favorite places in London and now it’s turned into averaged.

We had a fantastic meal here with delicious fresh pasta, fish and the best tiramisu! Wine options were lovely too. For us the best thing was the genuine service from a family run place, nothing too much trouble - the Italian way! We'll be back. Thanks!

Appalling! The worst Italian restaurant meal I have ever had. I ordered spaghetti and received cold egg noodles served on a dirty cold plate with empty clam shells and smothered in unasked for Parmesan that looked stale and a peculiar shade of brown. Disgusting and inedible.

Horrible meal… We had had an amazing dinner here several months ago and couldn’t wait to come back. What a shock… Two of us ordered the rib-eye steak which was so tough that neither of us could cut into it. Once we finally managed, the meat was chewy and sinewy-tasted like the Tesco discounted special. We sent the steaks back and asked for aubergine parmigiana instead. We waited 25 minutes—by the time our food came the rest of the table was eating their dessert. The aubergine, too, was utterly inedible—the chef had quickly roasted aubergine slices without using any seasoning, had not dusted them in flour as one does to seal in the juiciness, nor had he put sprinkles of parmigiana between layers of the veg and tomato sauce-so the dish was a watery heap of flavourless, wet aubergine, flaccid and lacking in taste, capped by a hastily added coating of grilled mozzarella. What an utter disappointment. NEVER AGAIN…

Lovely pizzas. Only minor issue was that there were no free garlic dips with the pizzas!

Used to be very good but has gone down hill. The chips were hard like they had been fried twice. (Chips from all day) also the burger the misses had was horrible and very cheap meat. The kebab I had was so dry and crunchy. We used to order once a week for us and the kids and as there are five kids it was a big order. We will be going else where now on. Disappointing!

Food was lovely but ordered 2 cans of Coke only received one. We had the 80p back for the other can but obviously we ordered 2 as we wanted one each. Also ordered a garlic sauce which we didn't receive which we didn't get the money back for as we didn't know till the delivery man had gone

i have had quite a few good service from this restaurant, but on a wednesday night its dreadful, the girls there don't know what they are doing, wrong sauces , wrong salad orders, say the order hasn't been received yet 2 minutes later turns up, change your staff on wednesdays please otherwise won't ever order again, BBQ instead of chilli... awful

Asked for writing on the inside of the box with a heart - ended up receiving another small heart-shaped pizza. Brilliant service and great sense of humour!

Fantastic food and service as always

Food is always really good. However, the delivery driver is constantly rude and likes to belittle everyone. Time for delivery was 1.15 so I popped out to get a drink and was back by 1, plenty of time! The delivery man call me up "food!?" I explained the time he sighs heavily and hangs up. I get back to the house and he's sat there muttering, I repeat that it is still 15 minutes before it was due to be here, he just angrily scoffs and says 1.15 hah before driving off. Will not order from here because even if you don't like your job I don't think you should treat people poorly for no reason. Had this driver on numerous occasions and he is constantly like this.

gives a good service to fast food takeaway

Not happy that the kebab was delivered plain without the coleslaw ordered. I phoned to explain and was told that it would be quite a while before the coleslaw could be delivered so I could have money off my next order. I was expecting to have it delivered straight away. It might seem a small thing but after a long day in work I was looking forward to this the way I like it. If I order and pay for something I do expect to get it. Will definitely try elsewhere next time.

the dips that came with the meal had exploded inside the bag so everything was covered in bbq and garlic dip. the chips were half cooked and soggy as were the onion rings. pizza was ok. would order a pizza again but not the other stuff

Terrible food. Really bland. Delivery time was close to 1.45 hours. Rediculous. Won't be going near them again. Burger was a joke one small slice of burnt bacon. You have to put the sauce in yourself that comes in a plastic pot. Great !!

Decent food messed up the order eventually resolved the issue, the staff on the phone were very rude and delivery driver was very rude. Safe to say will not be ordering from them again bodrum all the way!

We used to go here EVERY weekend because the food was fab, but the last two times we've eaten here it's been awful! My Doner meat was soft, soggy and gristly as hell, the chicken wings were wet and undercooked and me and my partner felt pretty sickly the next day both times - we've had to look else where for our Sunday takeaways now, sad!

Did not recieve my whole order a childs meal is suppost to be sent with chips and i have not recieved this. I now have a child who has half of a meal i paid for. Bad customer service if you can not make sure your customers recieve what they ordered and paid for
