Recommended place. Delicious food, reasonable prices for London, but a bit pricey for us. Elegant atmosphere. And of note is the service, which is always a plus. Especially Tanin's, who was very attentive to our every need.

I never thought id say this but I had the best Italian food of my life and it wasn’t in Italy. The Xenia restaurant delivers an authentic Italian experience that surpasses all I had in Milan or Rome. The food was just outstanding but the real highlight? The tiramisu! Creamy, and made the traditional way - the best one. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, made even better by the friendly hospitality of Federico and Sumit. Their passion for the food and genuine kindness made the experience of eating solo a great experience. I can’t wait to come back and explore the rest of the menu! If you love Italian food then this is place is must visit!

Then at breakfast we had beautiful TANIN making breakfast an extraordinary event with her charming character and made the start into the day perfect with her humor and kindness… Thank you as well!!!! Amazing experience. The apotheosis is in the morning with the breakfast buffet. Truly perfect desserts, in great abundance of choice, and all very delicate, made by the pastry chef Connie Ritorto, up to and perhaps superior to the best pastry shops in the city. But the rest of the offer is also of the highest quality: pre-cut fruit of all kinds, yoghurt and salmon of the highest quality, and then vegan and savory offers in great abundance. The service is just like the food: attentive, friendly and friendly, but always very professional and fast. Cool and trendy environment. Will come back very often.

Food service was on the slow side for how empty they were, food is just ok, the tomato sauce they use just wasn't to my taste. The atmosphere: I'm conflicted but this is what to expect. Small intimate tables close together with bright overhead lights, fake candles and no music (which is usually fine but in this place you can hear everything, including the waiters chatting at their station which is far, and there was some kind of loud event somewhere else in the building that you could hear very clearly). Restaurant is relatively cold, bring a blazer or coat. Indoor plants are a nice touch, but I can't overstate how bright and quiet this place is, some people don't like that so worth mentioning. For me La terazza almost misses the mark for high quality dining and equates more to those tourist streetside restaurants you'd see in Naples. Food, although authentic is nothing great for the price, expect a 13% service charge and to be charged for the water that's on the table.

We spent a weekend in London and had breakfast in this restaurant, everything was perfect, very kind staff, Albino and Riccardo were friendly, helpful and nice! We felt really at ease. Conny's desserts are super! We had a quick lunch before leaving, all good with good piano music in the background. I recommend and hope to return!

Had dinner yesterday evening with my parents and the experience was just great. The food was amazing, Pamela and Deboraj took good care of us during the entire time. The chef even had the courtesy to offer us coffees and pastries! A wonderful place with a wonderful team that I strongly recommend

The restaurant aims for a formal atmosphere, but the experience fell short. The food was a solid 3—lacking seasoning and depth of flavor. Additionally, the tablecloths felt outdated, which took away from the overall ambiance. Some improvements in both presentation and taste would make a difference.

Hi, I visited your restaurant on Valentine’s Day and was quite disappointed with the experience. First, I noticed that the menu lacked variety. The quality of the starter was awful—I understand that it was a special menu, but presentation shouldn’t come at the cost of taste and quality. For the main course, we were only given two options: fish or meat. The fish didn’t seem appealing, so we chose the meat. Unfortunately, it wasn’t warm enough and didn’t taste as fresh as it should have. Overall, I wouldn’t return to this restaurant, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Me and my girlfriend had a lovely meal here. The food was delicious and the service from Olga and Alejandro was brilliant. Also the gentleman who brought our food over I didn’t get his name but he was very smiley and friendly. I called ahead and asked for red roses to be put on our table for our valentines meal and Olga made a beautiful display for us and made it extra romantic. Thank you so much, particularly to Olga and Alejandro for a fantastic meal and experience.

I'd read the reviews and they weren't wrong. The staff that work here really are fantastic, and out waiter was amazing. Everything you want in a waiter, he really made the evening wonderful. In what are difficult times for the hospitality industry, this is a place with great food and service that is worth every penny.

We spontaneously decided to have the full buffet breakfast at this place and it was a great decision. The service by Albing, Alejandro and Tanin and Rim was excellent and we would consider to book our next stay here.

Very nice discovery during our stay in London. Everything was perfect: setting, atmosphere, dinner. Inés the Restaurant Manager was just perfect and exceptionally kind with top-notch service and a little bonus: in French for our ears who had been hearing the beautiful language of Shakespeare for a few days. The bartender Noah was also perfect in every way. Address to remember when you are in London.

Definitely one of the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever tried. A big variety of different fresh fruits with a long with the traditional breakfast dishes, such as scrambled eggs (which was delicious!) and a huge variety of different nuts a long with multiple different dairy and non dairy milk as supplement. Don’t hesitate visiting if you are looking to start your morning the best way! What makes this place a must visit is not only the food but the great and warm energy and service from the very nice italian gentleman named Albino, which makes this place a must visit! I’ll definitely visit this place again when I return to UK. ❤️

The whole breakfast staff could not have been kinder or more attentive, but Tanin stuck out especially. She is so kind and enthusiastic, and so patient with us ordering many things (teas, coffees, other teas, toasts, fussy eggs). She is also so perceptive and sharp that she remembered our coffee orders by the second day of our stay. What a wonderful soul, we are so grateful to her for her wonderful service. We stayed at the Hotel Xenia, and she really made our morning breakfasts so great every morning.

I visited the restaurant la Terrazza and was amazed by the atmosphere and the service. The ambience was inviting and cozy, perfect for a relaxed dinner. The waiters were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The menu offered a wide variety of Italian dishes and I chose the Pasta Carbonara. It was perfectly prepared, with a creamy sauce and freshly grated Parmesan. The starter, mixed salad, was also delicious and fresh. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food and service. Overall it was a wonderful evening and I would recommend La Terrazza to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine. I will definitely come back!
