This place is on top of the fried chicken game. Clean, solid menu options and no shortcuts taken when it comes to delivering the goods. Nice option for drink refills and actual Heinz ketchup dip station 😏 nice friendly service too !

I had an outstanding dining experience. The dish was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, making it clear that the kitchen team takes great pride in their work. Barsa, our server. She was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Barsa offered fantastic recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. All in all, chicken shop provided a wonderful experience, and Barsa’s excellent service made it all the more memorable. Highly recommended!

Gave me food poisoning , chicken was not cooked. Felt very naseous the whole day. Would not recommend eating here as the chefs clearly don’t know how to cook the chicken to a eatable standard.

Let's get down to the chicken burger itself , the rest of the experience was fairly generic . The batter was thick and overtly crunchy, in fact it was so crunchy that it hurt my mouth, it was not far off from chewing lava. The chicken breast was ok, not overly juicy and not too dry. Just fine. The accompanying sauce lacked acidity and the pickles lacked punch. It was far too polite and unbalanced flavour wise . The bun was soft and sweet . For the price I'm not impressed I'd have to say that in a side by side shootout popeyes is the real winner here . Great location yes, great burger? No it's a miss for me

I'm an American tourist staying in London for a week, this restaurant has had some of the best food and has had the best service of all the places I've eaten so far! The employees were great and incredibly respectful and seemed to genuinely care about feedback and the overall quality of the meal.

Food never arrived despite app saying it was delivered. App also informed me I needed a code to collect food yet this was untrue as someone either took my food (without code) or driver just lied. Called restaurant whos option was to place another order, not exactly helpful when 40 pound has already been wasted

Really clean, neat, and aesthetically pleasing little shop. I got the Dynasty BBQ rice bowl; it was tasty with a decent portion size. The ordering process was quick and streamlined, and I really appreciated the use of buzzers to collect food. Would come back again :)

This place had really good chicken. Tasted very fresh and crispy. The fries were also nice and crispy and perfectly seasoned. I also had the chocolate shake which so delicious. The service was great and they were super helpful with making sure we know how to order. What a great experience.

We went to this place because it happened to us on our walk through Nothing Hill. The food itself is good, especially the potatoes, although the wraps are not that great. However, its price seems a bit excessive to me, I know that eating in London is expensive, but that does not mean that the prices are high, especially having to pay 2 pounds to add potatoes with toppings, that seems outrageous to me! The place itself is small and there was practically no one, so some atmosphere is missing. As for the service, the girl who served us was very friendly and offered us help if we needed it, as well as asking us how everything was while we ate, a 10/10 for her. A shame about the prices and the atmosphere, because the girl is very friendly and the potatoes are very delicious.
