A very diverse and welcoming church, great worship tea coffee and cakes good too.

I enjoyed a wonderful online Sunday service - 11:30am to 1pm.

Lively worship service. Strong message. Friendly staff.

I am so grateful for such a bright light in London and the World! Thank you HTB for lifting up the name of Jesus and His love to the world!

Bes church experience so far! Definitely up my alley!

New cafe opened in June 2024 in the crypt underneath the church. Open Sunday to Thursday, a limited selection of food is available although served by very friendly staff who have time to chat and make customers feel welcome (which should always be the case in a church cafe). Prices reflect this part of London!!! A great cafe venue (not large) at the end of a tree-lined avenue off the Brompton Road, next to the Brompton Oratory, and a pleasant oasis from the hustle and bustle of other Brompton cafes.

Magical - the people, the building and my experience is transformative. I’m still learning, listening and trying to find my path as I have always struggled to embrace religion in any form or to fit in anywhere. I have only just started on this journey wanting to learn about all faiths and to consider all perspectives. I would just suggest if you are having rough time and feel a bit lost/confused/scared/disconnected or suffer with anxiety/depression and the feeling of being judged then pop into 1 service- just 1. You will NOT be judged no matter who you are. You WILL feel embraced, respected and appreciated just for being YOU. I like to sit upstairs, watch and listen and just be present. Thank you HTB for making me feel welcome, making me feel comfortable and putting a smile on my face every service.

I feel very sad about this church. I feel most people seem cold and unfriendly particularly in the connect group (mid-week). What I feel disgusted that man should pray for a man and woman should pray for a woman. I feel now is men have become a prime predator and evil towards females which is not true. God will never make anyone feel against each other and not conditioned that person. At least in my church they will pray to anyone, give a warm welcome and if someone has a bad day they try to be friends with that person regardless. I guess it’s not everyone cup of tea and maybe it’s just too big for me. But I like a church where a person will feel loved and feel cherish unconditionally.

Fantastic place to worship. Awesome music and solid biblical preaching. HTB is the epicenter of the Alpha program. We attended a Sunday 9:30am service. People were very friendly and we felt welcomed and at home. Plenty of seating. Coffee, tea, juice and water along with pastries are available to purchase if you missed breakfast, or want to hang and chat.

If we lived here this is where we’d attend church. Everything was wonderful! From the anointed worship, the friendliness of the people, the message by Vicar Archie, and more importantly the Holy Spirits presence there. So glad we visited this past Sunday while in London.

Had gone there for many years. Worship the highlight for me personally. Overtime though, especially after 2020, noticed that they seem to sometimes promote sociopolitical trends and maybe it's just me personally but there sometimes feels like an incompatibility with scriptures on certain minor things and ways. Bit too much namby pamby sometimes as well and church etiquette of some of the attendees, has been very inappropriate (e.g. excessive PDA). Now perhaps they were first timers or not regulars, but still, htb could have left a note. But to summarise, something feels off sometimes. Disclosure: my denomination is not same as this church

I was so impressed that despite this being a world famous church, the welcome, the message and the fellowship were simple, full of truth and warmth. Jesus was evident. We were welcomed with coffee, tea and cake etc...plenty of smiles, no fake positivity. I received prayer from the team, was given an encouraging picture from a member of the congregation and had the best chat with someone I'd never met but felt lovely kinship with. Thank you for being so genuine. I needed that xx

Behind the scenes there are very concerning things going on which are not biblical and not Godly, and would honestly question whether some people in the staff are really passionate about Jesus for the world or just there to fit into a culture that settles in exclusionary cliques rather than welcoming all people as it should. The Events Team featured mostly young people that grew up and have their friendship circles in this church. My wife worked for them, and coming from a different class background and race she was made to feel completely excluded and derided by the cliques within that team. If you didn't fit the middle class, white mould, you were talked down to, gossiped about, and excluded. Not only my wife but a few of the other members of staff that didn't fit this mould were made to feel this way. Gossip, giggling, derision just seemed commonplace as this seemed to be the first job for many of them and they didn't know how to act professionally or, indeed, like Christians. Additionally some staff members that were married to HTB worship leaders or other senior members could take time off whenever they wanted and that time was filled in by asking my wife to do extra hours. This was all in her first week. Sometimes they just didn't turn up and so extra hours had to be made up by other people. Indeed some staff members snorting at having to attend worship meetings just reflects the obligatory attitude people had over a passion for Christ in London. Additionally you shouldn't even dare to look at sr. members of the church e.g. course leaders if you're on staff. Some aura of superiority is here that Jesus did not teach in the gospel. What right do these people have to look down upon even the humblest job roles? The church is a body, as the bible says, made of many parts. This church has anointing - the Alpha Course and Marriage courses have impacted many people. Indeed I know many people who enjoy this church and find themselves here in their services. But something is rotten on the inside and needs sorting from the sr. members humbling themselves down to empowering and discipling the staff members to be passionate about the Gospel today rather than wasting their lives doing work somewhere just so they fit in. I don't want to detract people from going to church full stop or knowing Jesus Christ. He is more important than ever. But I feel this review is important as I don't want the core of a church, particularly one so impactful as HTB, to be ungodly. So I would ask its leaders to reflect on their working culture and try to understand what would make it more like the Acts church which was full of generosity, inclusion, welcoming, and lacking in hierarchy.

Great place to worship!!.Modern songs.Get there way early to get a seat.Welcoming on arrival!!.Had a wonderful time,when recently on first visit apart from couple of rude and judgemental congregation goers.Forgave each of them 😁 Take some cash with you to give, when they collect with the bucket,Normally envelopes on back of seats in front of you.You can also choose to subscribe,once a month. Wonderful treats,and drinks,lots of ways to connect ,volunteer,get help,support,via their website and go join them 9:30 on Sunday or 11:30.Other times,sites avail. Update: It’s Jan,and loved the Carol service at Htb in dec.I brought my best friend.I have been attending since July 2022.It’s been great to attend.I’ve been prayed for ,met others and I’m going to try and attend Alpha.I will also try to get more involved.The worship is fab here!!.I encourage everyone to attend ,and hopefully eventually follow Jesus. Update: I attended Alpha,earlier this year,however it didn’t seem the right time, to ask my challenging questions according to the group leader.Also to a member of the group that verbally attacked me afterwards. I feel my views were very valid and very important.Ive spoken to the church about this.I felt really attacked and didn’t return,despite bit of encouragement from another group member to not run away. I still go to Htb and even gone to Onslow too , pretty much whatever I’m going through.

Very special place full of the Holy Spirit and lovely people .

"The joy of the Lord is my strength!" What a wonderful time my friend and I had here at HTB. Coming from the states, I was a bit blown away by the castle-like cathedral as you enter but the people within HTB have the spirit of the joy of the Lord! What a wonderful experience and I am so glad to see that I can "come home" even though I am thousands of miles of away from it. Thanks HTB for all you do for our Father's kingdom! Keep up the steady, faithful work. God bless!

Amazing place to worship and hear the Word

The church is welcoming and friendly to visitors. That is worth mentioning. Apart from that, the program is focused on entertaining people's feelings instead of preaching God's word. Very loud "worship" music is the main part of the service, the sermon (which they don't call as sermon) is superficial and not biblically sound. On the webpage, no doctrinal statement can be found. Instead, racial equality and environmental care are promoted. That worldly perspective is also clearly visible in church activities. Biblical doctrine however is missing. I wouldn't say that this church is preaching a false gospel, but the true one is also not embraced. That's why I cannot recommend this place. In addition and as an other negative fact, the church asks multiple times for money and donations during its service.

Incredibly warm and inviting. I could only manager a brief visit but felt tremendously welcome!

Amazing powerful service at the 11am, the mix on the music was the best I've heard in both secular and sacred venues. God bless the sound team and God bless this church.

What a place of worship, praise and worship is amazing, prayers and the sermon are also equally excellent. You literally feel the presence of God!

I attended a conference on the 5 Love languages by Pastor Dr. Gary Chapman. It was amazing. I had so many wonderful insights about relational problems and solutions. (Love and apology language) I heard directly from a great source of wisdom. Thank you, HTB, for providing such a great experience. I sat upstairs in the gallery, which in some places had a restricted view of the stage, but excellent technology providing visual aids of the stage via screens. HTB is a wonderful and beautiful place of worship. I would encourage people to visit if given an opportunity.

Far and away the most loving, most diverse, and joyous church I have ever visited.

This is the house of GOD. Very welcoming from the Pastorate to the worship/ workers and members are always there to serve with a smile.

Lovely vibrant community church set amongst traditional and modern buildings for its Christian and external community in and around West London. Has several meeting rooms for classes, events and get togethers. The church attendees, are on the whole, welcoming and friendly of Christians and non-christians alike.

I haven't visited in person for many years (if I lived locally I would be there every Sunday!) But the live worship on Sundays at 1130 is great and Holy Spirit meets with you even over the web. It's great!

been here 4 times. doing my Alpha course . so friendly and no pressure to conform. even got fed before the start of the course. felt more like a night out with friends rather than a religious sermon . unlikely to be converted but at least I won't feel like I have to avoid future sessions

This is my Happy Place, a place of on point relatable teaching, love, inclusion, hospitality and worship like no other. I make a 60miles round trip to worship here each Sunday. Now my sisters, nieces and great niece and nephew attend - it’s a family affair on so many levels. HTB you ‘rock’ 🤸🏾‍♀️❤️

Lovely place to connect with God and like minded children of God.

Is click-track fit for the purpose in corporate Church worship? Click-track, while being able to operate in perfect tempo and synchronize lights etc, it yet remains static, unbending and in-organic to expression unlike the Holy Spirit. It can also become an excuse to exclude any number of skilled and sincere musicians who desire to be involved in the process of Holy Spirit lead worship. Being replaced by a machine, can the Holy Spirit be pre-set through use of technology? Is it more important to keep in step with a machine or the Holy Spirit? The Holy Spirit cannot, should not and will not be pre-set. Technology can improve performance, but can it lead worship? The key word is performance. Is worship about, performance or the lead of the Holy Spirit? Surely only the Holy Spirit can enable people to lead worship. Worship is not a performance. It is giving thanks and praise to our Lord God by following the lead of the Holy Spirit. Can music be felt when using click-track? Technology can, however, be a useful tool with the right motivation. Say for instance, when used during practice sessions or learning a new song. However, surely songs need to be open spontaneity. For example, just because a song is rehearsed at 145bpm or 74bpm, doesn’t mean it will work best at that tempo when used with the congregation. Maybe during practice night, a song is rehearsed to start big with an electric guitar intro, but come Sunday, it seems right to start with just the acoustic guitar and vocals. What if, halfway through the song, the leader feels they should slow it down? What happens to the click-track then? Therefore, shouldn’t control of a song be left to the Holy Spirit? Should we highly value the Holy Sprit’s spontaneity in worship? Those un-rehearsed moments when anything can and will happen. Spontaneous, cannot have a pre-set tempo. Therefore, while click-track may be appropriate for musicians focused on singing worldly songs, or for practice, has it any value in anticipating Holy Spirit spontaneous, moments of exuberant praise or intimate worship? Does using click-track immediately tell us worship is focused more on the songs? Does it focus on the song and neglect anything that the Holy Spirit might potentially want to express during and between songs? Should songs always be played and sung how they are written, or should the Holy Spirit be ‘given licence’ to re-arrange them in meeting the needs of the moment? Can technology become an ‘end in itself’, a way to ‘keep up’ with society, and exclude the Holy Spirit? Can worship become just a human expression? Is being ‘boxed-in’ probably the best way to describe worshiping to an electronic metronome? Ultimately, should worship be about expression through the Holy Spirit, or a machine's accuracy? Should we be against technological advances? Or should we evaluate our motivation for click-track? Is it fit for the purpose in Church corporate? worship?

This place is home to me. Great worship, great bible teaching, great community.

I love this church, will continue to visit and pray for this church. Please return to your first love, I speak this to myself also. It is very evident when the Holy Spirit is no longer present. We are called to be 'set apart' not 'relevant'.

Love coming to Holy Trinity Church. Beautiful services, warm and friendly community. Gospel singing is phenomenal, lifts me up every single time and brings through emotional rollercoaster at the same time.

Magical place a look back in time and a wonderful place to Worship God

Great place of worship. But also when you want know more about the christian Faith.

There is a Welcome team here who will talk to you. They also do refreshments on a donations basis. Very good audiovisuals for the music and preaching. Can be daunting at first due to the crowds, but be patient and you'll get to know people. They also run the Alpha course - free dinner, watch video, chat / discuss. No pressure. In today's world of personal emptiness and loneliness, the people here can really help you.

At 11.45 service.Impressive preaching from Olowe.Did I miss prayer of confession and tht prayers of intercession were thin.Enjoyed it tho'.

We live in Noosa Queensland, Oz, HTB is our goto on-line service, we tune in at 9.30pm on Sunday. We are so uplifted by the amazing worship, we valued the recent interviews with the Alpha directors in Ukraine and Poland, and particularly love the pastoral care of Nikki and Pippa when and if there is an urgent prayer or needs request. We are sometimes in tears seeing the movement of the Holy Spirit during the service. We also participate in the Bible in a Year series. We wish just in that 90 minutes we could be transported to HTB in person. God so blesses your work. We love you all. Thank you also for inspiring and contemporary messages.

What a wonderful place to worship and listen to God's word. Being welcomed by a very friendly team offering coffee, tea and very tasty pastries before the service, ushered to your seat by similarly friendly members of the team is how it starts. And the worship and preaching is just amazing, Spirit led and inspiring

Brilliant atmosphere to come to worship the Lord with your family and friends. Very welcoming and dedicated to doing God's work from various departments and groups etc.. Absolutely incredible team leaders and well coordinated network and support system all over the world..I have watched my two babies grown-up to adults and still holding onto the strong Christian faith and believes till this date...I am really blessed..Great church.
