This was the most authentic Italian option in the area. The staff are lovely and the food is very fresh, it almost feels like you’re in Italy. The menu has a variety of classics and all dishes are executed to a high standard.

There is nothing special about this place, the service is rather poor, my Negroni arrived after the starter and the food is rather bland. Considering that there are lots of mediterranean themed restaurants right next to it and look much more promising, I would not visit the Osteria again. I only wanted to honour my booking (as I didn't know the area and fell for it on the Internet review..)

From start to finish, Jessica made everything feel personal and genuinely special

I'm giving one star only because we think they ripped us off on the price, and I'm sorry, done by Italians on Italians. We took: fried pizza £11, a potato and provola £15 and a pacchero with scorpion fish £24 and a tiramisu £16 and to drink tap water which should be free since it's tap water, moral of the story we paid €100. £66 + cover charge (in all the photos of the menu you can't see the cover charge), what is the cover charge, £10 per person? It seems strange to me. I'm sorry to have been taken for a ride, we were stupid not to look at the receipt, absolutely, but this is bad. A review does absolutely nothing, it doesn't change things, but I hope someone else pays attention, which we didn't because we trusted them.

We had a lovely evening and meal here at Osteria Napoletana. Service was great, very friendly and helpful. We took the servers recommendations and loved every bite, even the wine he suggested was excellent (and affordable). One of favorite meals during our 3 weeks in England.

La note globale de ce restaurant est beaucoup trop élevée au regard de la réalité. Nous n'avions pas regardé le détail des commentaires et l'avons regreté :/ Pour les points positifs, le service est très sympathique et réactif ! La terrasse est également appréciable pour profiter des beaux jours du Printemps au coeur de Notting Hill. Pour le reste, la qualité n'est malheureusement pas du tout au rdv : les cocktails sont très onéreux et les quantités/doses ne sont pas satisfaisantes (spritz avec très peu d'aperol et Bellini servi dans une coupe toute petite). Les tomates mozza sont clairement sans intérêt (aucun assaisonnement...) pour 26£ à deux... Le service est facturé (comme beaucoup de restaurant à Londres mais est supérieur à la moyenne). Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une note à 70€ pour 2 petits cocktails et des tomates mozza... Déçevant.
