The best restaurants in Islington London

Fast service and sandwich was nice. Portion size was good and I liked the filling once I got passed the large amount of bread. However, I would say it's extremely overpriced so I wouldn't come here regularly, if at all. It's good, but the bottom line is that it's a ripoff for the price, none of the products should be over £6.50 max and I paid almost double that for my sandwich.

What a beautiful place to sit and have a coffee/tea, my americano was lush, that said the food was unfortunate, the sausages were 100% the cheapest 40 sausages for £3 from Iceland and they put cheap marge on the toast, RANCID!!!!. when I ordered the food and drinks I was given the drinks with no spoon, I asked 3 times for a spoon but in the end I had to compromise And scooped the sugar with a pair of tongs that were on the counter, all in all it is still an amazing little "stop off for a coffee spot".

We experienced it during our family holiday in London. We were truly as impressed as the previous reviews. The ambience, flavors and service were very nice. Portions were extremely sufficient and delicious. Especially as an egg lover, the scrambled eggs I tried and the poached eggs my wife tried were great. The hotcake our daughter ate was amazing with both its dough and side flavors. I recommend it to everyone.

This is my second review and this time not 5 but 4 stars. Reasons: worse service, food not that perfect. Possibly I will not come back... I want the same standards(or higher) when I am back to the same place!

The naan was nice and the biryani portion was huge, plus we had a great discount! Didn’t enjoy the prawn purée or the sauces, disappointing considering the fab reviews on here. Maybe we were just unlucky last night!

We have visited it quite a few times and it is amazing as always. Their menu is a classic Italian menu, with loads of vegetarian options too. The food tastes amazing and feels fresh quality wise. The ambience of the restaurant feels like you are actually sitting in Italy and the staff is very sweet and friendly. In terms of dishes - I highly recommend their Mushroom risotto, Bruschetta and Zuchhini fries. I had their Banoffee pie and tiramisu both were marvellous. Do try this place!!!

Always on our list of places to visit on our trips to London, and this place never lets us down. Food is consistently great and the service first class. Hope to be back here soon.
