The best restaurants in Osterley and Spring Grove Hounslow London

I have ordered from this place a few times. The first time, I got the vegan breakfast and ended up with food poisoning an hour later, but I chalked it up to my stomach being sensitive and didn’t report it. Yesterday, I decided to order breakfast again and chose the jacket potato. However, it arrived looking more like porridge than a jacket potato, as you can see in the image below. When I called the restaurant, the staff member was rude and blamed the problem on the driver, refusing to offer an exchange even though I requested that the driver take the food back. He simply suggested that I add a note to my next order, promising to include a potato. It was a very frustrating experience with no respect shown for the customer or customer service.

This coffee is lovely. Has good coffee, slightly overpriced sandwiches (but delicious). But like any drink, needs to be made my staff trained well. Whilst the ladies were lovely, notably one ?new women, was overwhelmed by the small order load. And they have scorched the milk to lava, the coffee is burnt to high heaven and now my lips are on fire. I will be back, because it is a good coffee shop.

A lovely local find. Quiet and gentle background music, a very tasty eggs benedict and a very nice pot of tea for lunch. The decor is vintage and quirky, my kind of place.

I came to this restaurant with my family few days ago. The service was good but the food didn’t have the authentic Indian flavours. The prawns were rubbery, the chicken was hard to chew. To top it all we were charged extra and even after requesting an itemised receipt we received hand written receipt. Not worth it.

Felt like I was being spoken about when in there. Then they doused my chips in vinegar and salt without asking. Stupid. (considering they charge nearly £10 for nuggets and chips) Traditionally people ask if that's wanted. Not here. Avoid if you want chips done how you want them.

This is one of the best Thai restaurants in the city, great ambiance, delicious food and incredible service

Love this place. It's a hidden treasure that I'm happy we found!! Food is cooked fresh and extremely tasty. If you haven't been, what are you waiting for? Staff are friendly and warm and made my mum's birthday special. Thank you!!!

Cooked in ketchup which can be done at home. No chinese.

Very bad, not suitable for living. Food is contaminated and not added. Failed management. The place must be monitored by the competent authorities (it also causes diseases)

A place to rest during a walk. No vegan options for food here today, so I had a juice, which was ok.

Ordered peri chips qauter pounder burger with chips and loads of chicken thighs and legs and order came over an hour late chicken was rubbery and cold and plain the burger tasted undercooked and chips where cold I am going to be making sure I get a refund as was very ill from this food ended up getting food poisoning never again will be going there if it is the last place ever I want my £30 pound I spent on that absolute nasty meal

Avoid Chips were really low quality until they change I ordered ringer burger meal which should of come with bbq sauce and Mexican cheese which the staff didn’t have and didn’t tell me he just put normal cheese and mayo the fillet size was decent better than ilford lane Chester’s and other chicken shops wings were okay

Our ladies group met at IG for meeting & dinner. Paneer Tikka was too dry and inedible. Staff were rude and refused to replace the item. Manager was disrespectful and not ready accept poor quality of food. I will think twice before going there again.

Live locally. Always pop down for a pint either solo or with friends. Lovely traditional pub with a great atmosphere.
