Amazing food and extremely friendly staff. Products were fresh and place looked very neat and clean. We got sweet treats as a desert free of charge and we are extremely satisfied with our food. I’d certainly recommend this places to family and friends.

We been poping in to this shop to have lunch time to time. Today just 20 min ago in a middle of order placement been kicked out because my 4 year old has disability and can't speak as regural child. We been told that there is other costumers inside so we can't stay ( 1 women who spoke on the phone) . It's never been an issue in there before as well as in other restaurants or coffe shops we go regularly. I took it as discrimination and have no wonder why is never costumers inside. I hope it won't become a new not writen rule in UK.

Great Kebab. Food - perfectly seared lamb meat, perfectky cooked crispy chips, with a generous amount of fresh salad. Very nice and friendly team work here that care about the customer. 10/10 BOSH

The customer service is brilliant but the food was disappointing. I feel it's overpriced for what you get. The beef burger was not enjoyed 😔 the salad was fresh though. Please stock alternatives to coca-cola products and soda stream.

Missing food!! Terrible experience. Ordered £39 on TWO chicken Shish kebabs and ONLY ONE Kebab turned up within 15 minutes of ordering.. which makes you wonder if it was a old order or cancelled order as it was also incorrect amount of food and TWO portions of salad for each of the kebabs i ordered. I called to explain one of us was missing a dinner and was told “yeah they messed up the order but its a large kebab so there’s 10 bits of chicken… so your just missing a pitta..” i explained that now one of us was going without a dinner that we had paid for. Wasn’t offered a partial refund or replacement dinner just to sit and share scraps of chicken with stone cold chips clearly an old order. Uber suggest contacting them direct to stop us missing out on a dinner but no help. Waste of time and money and now having to order something else so very expensive experience. Won’t be using ever again and use to be a regular.

Oh, you've got to try this incredible kebab—it's seriously amazing! We went for the meat & chips meal, but I asked to switch the chips for rice. Let me tell you, the rice is a delight with a subtle hint of butter. Plus, the staff is super friendly and kind! Bonus points: they surprised us with free baklavas! 🌟👏

Best Kebab ever! Me and my wife used to live close and now every time we can go to London it's a main stop.

The medium cooked burgers and all the trimmings and salads are just like home. The new decor is popular and attracts visitors from our educational sites.

Unfortunately the quality of the food went downhill within the last years. I really enjoyed the kebab here but now not so much. they give out loads of salad and fries but not much meat!

I have been getting from this place since I was a young teenager, my secondary school is just up the hill and this always was the spot to grab a bite to eat. It seems things have not changed and this places food, staff and prices are just as fantastic as they always used to be. Their decor is lovely and inviting and just all round nice place to be. If your looking for some proper kebab and burgers this is the place to go. Their chips are always spot on and the portions are massive, even their breakfasts are super delicious and reasonably priced. Honestly this place is famous in isleworth and its a must go to if your in the area!

What an absolute joke... Over £13 for this mixed meat? Chicken all over cooked, dry and shredded into small pieces, the kebab pieces are all cold. This is more like a £6 meal. Will never order from these people again!

First time in this little takeaway & ordered a burger & a donner. The hamburger looked good & the chips could've fed 3 people. Regular size Donner which was massive & the lamb & salad was overflowing. £10 for both. Cheap & the food is really good. Will recommend. Just one thing: they take cash only.

The chicken wasn't spiced enough, the food was lukewarm as opposed to hot. I expected chunky chips instead of fries when the menu stated chips.

The holloumi kebab and bean burgers are the best. Don't forget to taste the grilled Turkish chilli. The staffs are very friendly and swift with orders 👍

The best local restaurant with authentic Turkish cuisine! They're using charcoals which gives even better taste to the food. They're very welcoming guys and the service is fast, nobody is giving you a rush, so you can seat and enjoy your food! My favourite dish is Lamb Kofte, I can only say it's the best I've tried so far and I've tried a lot!

Was wondering if this place has changed their Doner meat as the one I had was horrible Really dry and cut really thin and was spicy Before it was always thicker cut and tender and juicy and not spicy, sorry but I really didn’t like it at all Same as the chilli sauce, have you changed the recipe for this too? The chilli sauce we had was really spicy and much darker in colour and a lot thicker and not so nice The chilli sauce you had before was lighter in colour and thinner and just the right amount of spice ( I use to eat it by the spoon full before ) Chips were nice although we have had better Quarter pound cheeseburger was really nice and the kids sausage and egg and hash brown were nice but the egg was quite overdone The salad was so nice, crispy and fresh Always use to really enjoy the food from here and never had any complaints before, not sure if you were having an off day or Think I might have to stick to another place around the corner for my Doner meat and chilli sauce in future

Not a great place to get takeaway, portion was all small and end of eating chicken doner wrap with no sauces on both when clearly asked to put garlic sauce. Guys behind the counter doesn’t seems helpful either. Total waste of money never again.

Terrible. Ordered a regular chicken shish (£9.80!) and got the smallest pita I've ever seen with like 7 cubes of chicken. Also ordered a large chicken donner, which was huge, but not in a good way, it had lots of yellow chicken skin and it looked old and it was cold. Would have rathered had a pot noodle.

My order came missing my chips - I rang to tell them and was told they’d give me more chips next time! Good customer service would be to apologise and immediately send out missing item and give a refund. But none of that happened! Not good enough

Golden grill was always a good choice... not this time :/ I went for Chicken shis kebab.... joke... small pita and 7 small cube of chicken + salad... a small handful portion for 9.80£ what a rip off :S Lamb donner was ok + 1 portion chips We paid 24.40£ with delivery I think this was the last time...byee lol (Im still hungry :s)

This is my regular burger and kebab joint and in August my boyfriend and I decided to dine in at Golden Grill which I feel is the best kebab place in Isleworth.. We both went for kebabs. I went for a lamb doner kebab in pitta bread and he went for chicken shish kebab in pitta bread as well as fries which we were sharing; as well as a Dr pepper for both of us.. We both enjoyed our food and we'll definitely go back sooner or later.

Not so golden ☹️ Went in for takeout. Pointed to what I wanted on the menu and read the dish - kebab rice dish and lamb rice dish. Gave me a wrap with nothing inside, just meat and a pita bread. Need to invest in better customer service, listen to the customer and be more organised please. Called the restaurant and they said they were “sorry”-they also do delivery.

I went here for the first time, as it was recommended as a local place to go. There was both seating in and take out - decided to eat in as it was already getting dark outside. For a kebab place, I thought it was very good - and there was a variety of choices (mainly chicken and lamb). I ordered the Chicken Shish Kebab with pitta bread and fries - all at a most reasonable price :) Along with a can of Dr Pepper. The staff were welcoming and patient. I would go here again and try one of the other dishes.
