I recently visited Albinuta Beehive and, unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.
I clearly indicated what I wished to order even pointing to it on the menu yet the wrong dish was brought out. When I politely raised this with the staff, their response was far from professional. Rather than a simple apology or any attempt at resolution, I was met with visible irritation. My plate was taken away without explanation, and moments later I heard shouting from the kitchen. Eventually, I was informed somewhat ironically that the dish I had originally requested was not even available.
What made this encounter all the more upsetting was the stark contrast in how I was treated compared to my partner, who is white and Lithuanian. As a Black British man, I couldn’t help but feel that I was being treated with far less patience. The difference in attitude was undeniable and left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected.
Dining out should be a pleasant, inclusive experience. Sadly, this was anything but. The lack of basic customer service, combined with what felt like differential treatment based on my background, made for an upsetting and frankly humiliating evening.
I had hoped for a warm and enjoyable introduction to Romanian cuisine, but instead left feeling alienated and insulted. I sincerely hope the management reflects on this, as no guest should be made to feel the way I did.

The coffee here is ALWAYS on point. This place is one of the very few places which I go to knowing their drinks wont let me down as not many places do good coffee anymore. The customer service is also great, no matter the time of day I go in the baristas are always smiling and have great energy.
Yet another phoenix rising from the flames of a previous venture. Doesn't know whether its lebanese turkish, greek middle eastern or none of the above. Given the quality of much of what they served the best answer would be - none of the above. Simply nothing more than a space to escape power cuts, poor weather etc

May I say a big thank you to the staff. A hidden jem with an wonderful grader and pool table.
What makes this venue rememberable is the team behind the bar. Is refreshing when you come across employees that genuinely enjoy their job! They do dictate the atmosphere.
The drinks are not failing to accommodate you to a welcoming atmosphere.
I do wish and believe these staff mentioned above will get the recommendation. They are the proud ambassadors of this venue.
Thank you for having us and see you soon!

I hate giving bad reviews but sadly the food from this place was awful. Bought for 4 people and everyone one of us said it was far too oily. We had to throw more than half if it in the bin.
I chose this place because it was cheaper than everywhere else. Now I know why.
I live in Isleworth but always used to go Richmond for Chinese or Thai food as never liked the taste of food from Asian restaurants in Isleworth.
But after eating at Thai Bridge Inn I have stopped going to Richmond. Food taste and quality is extremely good and price is roughly 1/2 of what you pay at restaurants in Richmond.
I have seen local Thai people eating at this restaurant which is a big sign that food is authentic and good.
Avoid avoid avoid. I suspect that nothing is cooked on site. It’s definitely microwaved Furthermore the papadums and naan bread are pre frozen items that can be bought in any whole sale distributor. You might as well chew on a cardboard box
It’s just not nice and certainly nothing whatsoever is authentic Save your money and go elsewhere where you will have a decent meal
