I love my local Costa for which reason I visit this place a lot. However, what I witnessed today around 10:20 am is really appalling - one colleague bullying the other by insulting her in front of customers. I wanted to intervene but I refrain from doing so because of my health condition. I hope someone has to stand up for that poor asian lady against that bully.

Usual service expected from a Costa coffee shop. Pricesvare high. Quality of coffee is good, nothing outstanding.

Walked in half hour before they shut, was looking at the paninis and the guy behind the counter told me I can't have one as he turnt the machine off! Two customers came in for the same thing and the guy was just rude saying we're shut but they were still open. My drinks had flakes of ice and they had no oat milk, the guy suggested a blended milk which had normal milk in! Absolutely rude and disappointed.

I came to Costa in bedfont I got a amazing drink made by a guy who has tattoos. He made me a flat white it was amazing And it really tasted great. He was a good barista who now's his coffees.

You do not feel like just another customer , but part of a family, the manager is hard working, and Costa is so lucky to have her.

Certain staff are horribly rude, especially the manager. Some are lazy and cant do bare minimum. Overpriced foods too.

Water was quite expensive. Toilet didn't have any Toilet paper. Nice coffee and service. Popular to shoppers and place to meet friends.

Tragically slow service, 27 minutes for a frappe...

the last two times i visited this costa to buy their cakes/drinks has been a disappointment. the first visit the two young ladies who served me were not nice when preparing my drink. the second time i got a slice of cake but it stale and tasted like cleaning products. however the lady who served me was nice and probably didn’t know

Very friendly and professional staff. Drinks are top notch quality. However, I wish they would start doing too good to go bags just like some of the other branches of Costa.

The latte was very well done! It is so nice to have a coffee in a reusable cup as well. No so many cafés offer that now. Most of them have removed all the mugs and cups and offer only plastic/cardboard which isn't good for the planet.

They are the worst. The queue could be just about 5 customers and the Baristas lack that active omph of service. They are too slow and the salted caramel Frappe was tasteless.

Great costa this one! The manager xana; gives to this costa a personal touch she knows the customers by name and is always kind and efficient.

very lazy staff; they can’t be bothered to do the bare minimum. I got one of their cakes for takeaway, when I got home it smelt and tasted like soap and it was stale. I miss the old staff because they used to provide excellent customer service and they were friendly and kind. now it’s just waste of time and money to even bother going because of lack of effort within their service.

Tables are not cleared and cleaned after each customer. Toilet was clean.

The staff are nice, drinks were okay. Some of the seat covers need replacing. Pity that some kids wanted to cause havoc and throw sugar about . Feel sorry for the staff.

Lovely Costa coffee restaurant tucked away in Bedfont High Street. I got the energiser vanilla cappuccino and ham and cheese toasty, was very delicious. I ordered on Deliveroo, delivery was speedy and driver was very friendly.

Very clean and hospitality was very good by staff Drinks were hot and tasteful.

No customer service found hair in coffee need hair nets or somthing.. before you get you drink have a look arround the back you can access from tesco car park... rats and rubbish used nappys...

Nice service and coffee, served by two ladies. They were really friendly, talkative and professional. Last year I gave 4stars in total for the shop and service. Today I need to increase it for 5.😊

Staff are not very helpful. Ordered 2 mochas and they automatically put chocolate powder on them. I can not have the powder for health reasons but all they did was scrape it off. So I paid for 2 drinks but only one was consumable.

Great staff and a relaxing coffee shop

Ok coffee shop, a bit too cold in summer and too hot in winter. Clearly they don't know how to set the air conditioning. Fortunately there are seats outside. Coffee is the same as every other store: overpriced and not that good. It's the only coffee shop around here, so unless you want to walk over a mile, you'll have to like it. However, if you can be bothered to get yourself to Feltham high street, you can get a better coffee from the pub at a quarter of the price and with free refill.
