Cold food. Customer service is poor. Ordered click and collect. Collected order within the allocated time slot. Found that the staff carelessly put ice cold drinks in the same bag up against the hot food. The hot food was no longer hot…. Complained to customer service online who have offered 25% off my next full price order (this doesn’t address the issue with my problematic order)….. not great. This was my first experience - and will definitely be my last. Update in response to the reply of GDK: you’re providing the same contact that offered us the insulting 25% off our next full price order. Have some shame.

Since GDK open .I been getting take out whenever I feel it. My order has been delivered on time and with lovely customer service and big smile . I always order food from this shop and I always see This staff Radhika. She is always friendly , and communicating with the information on the products sold In the shop. I love the krunch burger here . But I love the taste of burger in honslow than feltham. Taste could be a bit more better instead of meet being very dry. But not complaining but it’s feedback.

It's our monthly treat. Me and my wife love this place. The doner is super tasty. The dorrito krunch kebab burger is one that my wife always gets and she enjoys it every time. The lady by the til, Omal is super helpful and kind. Her service was impeccable! Good job to the cooks too. Highly recommend!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The food was delicious, juicy and yummy. The staffs are really nice. The place is nice with cool music no noise .

Food order was easy and it made a pleasant change from a typical Macca's etc. Kebab meat was a little on the thin side but overall no complaints. The lady who served me was delightful (Koman), unfortunately she had to deal with an aggressive pleb (pictures attached) who tried to buy food with a fake £50. She was unruffled and handled it very well. Hopefully someone recognises him. Will definately use GDK again

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of a beef box with salad and chips for £9.00. What I received was a complete joke. The portion size was ridiculously small, with only a meager amount of meat and a tiny portion of salad. This is nowhere near what I would expect for an adult meal, especially at this price point. It's outrageous to pay £9.00 for such an inadequate portion. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I strongly urge the establishment to improve their portion sizes and overall value for money. Do better!!!

This place is amazing!!!! It’s has A/C and bathrooms inside with an upstairs seating. The Serivce was great they explained the menu. And the food was super good. The left picture is a plant based ov kabob. The right is a regular kabob

An OK time. Card machine at till didn't register my payment even though bank app did. I was quite disappointed. Not the fault of the employees as it was the card and till machine at fault. In the end I got the kebab that I payed for. Usually this doesn't happen.

This place is terrible. Whenever I order online they always get the order wrong and the food ALWAYS arrives cold (we live 2 minutes walk away). Fine if you go in but seems to completely fall apart when you order online. Then when we ordered a chicken kebab from them yesterday some of the meat was raw. Obviously won’t be going back and shan’t be recommending them.

We ordered through the app. told us they were coming, and they didnt. we went and picked it up ourself, they didnt give us our delivery refund. the food was cold and burnt. Ther woman we spoke to had no idea what was going on. Dissapointing and im still waiting for my refund.

I ordered a vegan kabab and Fleming fries for the collection, when I went to the store I was told that they don't do vegan kabab in that store, I was a bit disappointed. They shouldn't have that item on Manu if they are not doing it in store. Anyway, I opted in for a vegetarian kabab, generous portions and good value for money. They can improve on service though, it was too slow.

The change in ownership for this franchise has really made this place much better. Sohaib at the till really looked after us very well, really big portion with a lot of meat, all freshly served in very quick time. We were given a lot of sauces, place was really clean. After such a long time, I had a really good experience at GDK!

The doner wrap meat was tender, the veggies fresh, and the sauces perfectly balanced. If you’re craving for doner wrap, this place won’t disappoint.

German Doner Kebab in Feltham exceeded my expectations in every way! As we do orders the food for a group of 20 people. From the moment I walked in, the inviting aroma of freshly grilled meat had my mouth watering. The service was prompt and friendly by the Branch Manager Mr Umar , making me feel right at home. As for the food, it was an absolute delight! The doner kebab was perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor, while the generous portions left me feeling satisfied. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience. I can't wait to return and indulge in more of their delicious offerings. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic and delicious kebabs!

The seating upstairs was incredible along with the service and the food. An absolute must to check out. Umar, the member of staff was very cooperative and friendly to speak to and interact with.
