A burger and a wrap were missing from my order!!

When the delivery driver arrived, half of my order was missing! A whole burger and wrap were missing from my order? How could this happen? You are happy to charge for 2 burgers and wraps but only deliver 1 of each. This is ridiculous!!

30 mins late delivery with cold food

Food was 1 hour late. Called the restaurant and the staff gave us attitude because we asked for an update on our order. And when the food arrived, there was hair in our food, chips were missing, and the burger was not edible. Absolute joke.

Not fresh, burgers were not fresh, neither were the chips, chicken wasn’t tender, food was cold as well

The customer service is really good all the workers are very polite and food is really good definitely one of the better selekt chickens. This one sells really good pizza as well for if you are feeling something different. Most chicken shops that sell pizza usually don’t do both good but this place was originally a pizza store so go figure. Overall would definitely recommend.👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m very happy from Selekt chicken and Pizza after long time I saw my friend I offered him dinner I choose Selekt Chicken and Pizza we ordered the pizza , Grill chicken and Burger all food was on time very tasty, me and my friend loved it. This restaurant is a MUST TRY! The prices are the most competitive in the area, and the quality does not disappoint! The wings and burgers are definitely my first recommendation, and the short wait time and comfortable seating area is a bonus! The staff are warm and welcoming and the restaurant is a beautifully run family franchise!

I found that the customer service for selekt chicken was exceptional to start with as i first entered, with the workers greeting me with a warm welcome.Alongside that, the wait time was quite short.The food was amazing with good portions despite the cheap prices. Would definitely come back again!

Some of the best fresh pizzas made here. Great customer service. But they make pizzas too slow and only have 1 oven and make 1 to 2 pizzas at a time. They can't manage big order very well.

The pizza is excellent with a wide variety of toppings and sauces.The service in there is astounding as when you enter you are greeted with a smiling face who is always happy to see you.The atmosphere is incredible as when you enter the shop is often filled with people who are dying to get the delicious food they make.The newly added ice cream is astonishing as it is a perfect fit for this weather with the cold cream that melts on your tongue and the soft Cadbury flake is the perfect touch to top it off.Overall the the shop is amazing and I highly recommend you going.

Ordered ice cream,in return we got a chemical ice cream and refused to refund it.

The ice cream tasted disgusting and the chicken burger had a chicken head/eye in it with a crunch in the middle. I am certain it was not chicken and potentially is a pigeon. Furthermore, the ice had a chemical taste and intially was willing to give a refund but lied and gave us no refund. I have just recieved my refund but two minutes later my friend (who also tried it) threw up. DO NOT GO THERE!

Ordered over the phone. Came after 30min to an empty shop and order still not ready. Was waiting in the shop another 30mins and just gave up. Very slow. A chicken and burger can't make in 1 hour. Not coming back ever again and don't recommend. Waste of time. Went next door ordered and came out in 5mins.

Ordered a Pizza and a Family bucket to share with my family! It’s safe to say it was hot, fresh and there were smiles on my kids faces. My kids are picky eaters but these guys’d food was spectacular. The staff were lovely and the wait time was short!

Since the new management, nothing more can be said. I tried the chicken wrap and an XL Pizza and it was stunning. I ate in and the food was hot and fresh, it was very filling and i will be returning! I would very much recommend this place over any other and the dine in atmosphere is much better than before!

Absolutely disappointed, the so called giant burger was not so giant. And was Absolutely smothered in bbq which was ridiculous the bun fell apart an was un eatable and the cheese literally didn't melt (I have a photo is was In the same shape it went in) on top of this I ordered 2 strawberry mirinda drinks for eat meal and they took it upon themselves to send 1 orange tango and 1 apple tango. Don't confirm an order of you don't have the correct items that was ordered, next time deckine it or contact the customer to check it was ok first.

Worst " fast food" on the area by a mile, TRUST me, You are better off this shop. They're disgusting. Bad food 🤮, bad customer service, bad hygiene, bad portion. They're nothing but thieves i regret coming here. If I could give them 0 star, I would without doubt.
