Food was 1 hour late. Called the restaurant and the staff gave us attitude because we asked for an update on our order. And when the food arrived, there was hair in our food, chips were missing, and the burger was not edible. Absolute joke.

Not fresh, burgers were not fresh, neither were the chips, chicken wasn’t tender, food was cold as well

The customer service is really good all the workers are very polite and food is really good definitely one of the better selekt chickens. This one sells really good pizza as well for if you are feeling something different. Most chicken shops that sell pizza usually don’t do both good but this place was originally a pizza store so go figure. Overall would definitely recommend.👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m very happy from Selekt chicken and Pizza after long time I saw my friend I offered him dinner I choose Selekt Chicken and Pizza we ordered the pizza , Grill chicken and Burger all food was on time very tasty, me and my friend loved it. It was very cheap I highly recommend Selekt chicken and pizza. The staff are very professional and polite Thank you for serving us.

This restaurant is a MUST TRY! The prices are the most competitive in the area, and the quality does not disappoint! The wings and burgers are definitely my first recommendation, and the short wait time and comfortable seating area is a bonus! The staff are warm and welcoming and the restaurant is a beautifully run family franchise!

I found that the customer service for selekt chicken was exceptional to start with as i first entered, with the workers greeting me with a warm welcome.Alongside that, the wait time was quite short.The food was amazing with good portions despite the cheap prices. Would definitely come back again!

Some of the best fresh pizzas made here. Great customer service. But they make pizzas too slow and only have 1 oven and make 1 to 2 pizzas at a time. They can't manage big order very well.

The pizza is excellent with a wide variety of toppings and sauces.The service in there is astounding as when you enter you are greeted with a smiling face who is always happy to see you.The atmosphere is incredible as when you enter the shop is often filled with people who are dying to get the delicious food they make.The newly added ice cream is astonishing as it is a perfect fit for this weather with the cold cream that melts on your tongue and the soft Cadbury flake is the perfect touch to top it off.Overall the the shop is amazing and I highly recommend you going.

The ice cream tasted disgusting and the chicken burger had a chicken head/eye in it with a crunch in the middle. I am certain it was not chicken and potentially is a pigeon. Furthermore, the ice had a chemical taste and intially was willing to give a refund but lied and gave us no refund. I have just recieved my refund but two minutes later my friend (who also tried it) threw up. DO NOT GO THERE!

Ordered over the phone. Came after 30min to an empty shop and order still not ready. Was waiting in the shop another 30mins and just gave up. Very slow. A chicken and burger can't make in 1 hour. Not coming back ever again and don't recommend. Waste of time. Went next door ordered and came out in 5mins.

Ordered a Pizza and a Family bucket to share with my family! It’s safe to say it was hot, fresh and there were smiles on my kids faces. My kids are picky eaters but these guys’d food was spectacular. The staff were lovely and the wait time was short!

Since the new management, nothing more can be said. I tried the chicken wrap and an XL Pizza and it was stunning. I ate in and the food was hot and fresh, it was very filling and i will be returning! I would very much recommend this place over any other and the dine in atmosphere is much better than before!

Absolutely disappointed, the so called giant burger was not so giant. And was Absolutely smothered in bbq which was ridiculous the bun fell apart an was un eatable and the cheese literally didn't melt (I have a photo is was In the same shape it went in) on top of this I ordered 2 strawberry mirinda drinks for eat meal and they took it upon themselves to send 1 orange tango and 1 apple tango. Don't confirm an order of you don't have the correct items that was ordered, next time deckine it or contact the customer to check it was ok first.

Worst " fast food" on the area by a mile, TRUST me, You are better off this shop. They're disgusting. Bad food 🤮, bad customer service, bad hygiene, bad portion. They're nothing but thieves i regret coming here. If I could give them 0 star, I would without doubt.

It is very clean place with good service and food.

I was not pleased with the service I got, i ordered at 5pm and got my delivery at 6.45pm. My food was cold and soggy, i had to reheat everything. NOT PLEASED AT ALL.

Place has gone downhill. Was known for the flavour and spiciness of thier wings but the last 4 times coming here they are always cold as they are cooking in batches that are too large. The last time the wings were also soggy and fries luke warm so won't be coming back. Don't bother with their burgers either.

I ordered a grilled chicken meal. I first thought the guy forgot to put the chicken in the bun. It was 2 small strips that hardly filled half the bun. Charged me £6.50. Rip off

I really dont understand why this place has so many negative complaints...when i visited, the place was clean, all the chairs and desks where wiped of and clean!the young fella who served me was great and had a smile on!food was great!had chiken strips with fries and spicy wings!and had an pizza for takeaway...the spicy wings had actually great taste and was well spiced, fries nice chrispy ,and fluffy from inside, the pizza tho wasent great...it was below average, the dough was sponge, like it was a cake with toppings....

Worse quality food, I will never go again. We got food poisoning. The pineapple on the pizza was smelling like bleach, looks like it has been out for a week or 2. The mushroom turned black, the pizza was not cooked, top of the pizza was burn but inside and under the pizza was not cooked. Burger was chewy, the oil they used for the chips must have been in using it for months. This store should be shut by the council.

Menu is as usual fast-food offered but always serves fresh. Ordered takeaway so far and turned out tasty. Pizza are good even veggies options are tasty

Severely undercooked pizza. smelled of old oil. Supposedly cooked fresh but dough and toppings were not fresh at all. 0 stars if it was an option.

On my first visit, I ordered a fillet tower burger meal, a fillet burger, 2 steak burgers and some extra wings. The first issue is that the shop was empty and yet I had to wait 20 minutes for a basic order that nobody should be waiting this long for - this is a fast food shop after all. Furthermore, when receiving my order, the drink being offered was a 250ml kid size cup. As an adult, I am eating a large fillet tower burger, fries, a steak burger and some wings, yet the drink size of the meal which they were calling "medium" was in fact a tiny cup drink that McDonald's usually give with Happy Meals for 2 year olds. I kindly asked for a can instead, but they declined this, citing that they had no cans in stock at the time. I asked to speak with the manager to whom I kindly explained that their version of a medium drink is in fact a small cup, whilst medium cups are usually the 400ml cups. He was adamant that the size was fine, but reluctantly gave me a medium drink which he was calling "large". Clearly, they are not familiar with drink sizes. Upon getting home and opening my food, it turned out that they had used brioche buns for the fillet burgers, which completely ruins the concept of a chicken fillet burger. These brioche buns are meant for beef/gourmet burgers, yet the staff felt it necessary to provide these with the fillet burgers. As an avid taster of halal fast food outlets, this lack of care for customer expectations and quality as a whole is really bad. I did not eat the fillet burgers because the sweetness of the incorrect buns, coupled with dry chicken and a lack of mayonnaise ruined the experience. Not forgetting to mention that the buns were bitty and falling apart. The issue with a lot of these halal chicken shops when they are run by amateurs, is that they have no regard for quality and will happily change things without informing you, thinking that customers don't care. But the reality is that we work hard for our money and we expect consistent quality. A couple of months later, I reluctantly made a second visit to the store due to a friend wanting to experience it. I agreed to stick to a basic order in order that there are no opportunities for errors or a bad service. Again, the shop was not busy. I ordered their steak burger offer, which is 2 steak burgers, fries and a drink, thinking that there is absolutely no way a respectable chicken shop could screw this up. I was wrong. I was ordering food from another shop 4 doors down at the same time and from that shop I had ordered 2 tower burger meals, wings and an extra large pizza. Surprisingly, my food from the second shop was made first and that expectedly took around 15 minutes due to the pizza cooking time. I was still waiting for 2 basic steak burgers at selekt chicken. The staff are lethargic and show no sense of urgency to deal with customer orders. In total, we waited 20 minutes for a few steak burgers, and this should not be the case with chicken shops. Usually, if you want a quick steak burger, you can run into a halal chicken shop, ask for a steak burger or 2, they then hand it over to you straightaway - simple in and out. But these guys do not know how to run a chicken shop, which is a great shame because they are in a good location. People shouldn't be waiting that long for basic orders. Lastly, I witnessed that they were using the pizza machine to cook the food, which again, is another thing that they fail to communicate to their customers. The taste of the steak burgers were really bad and dry. I lifted the bun to add in my own chilli sauce, but the bun was stuck to the chicken so it all ripped apart. The staff need training and there needs to be proper quality control in place. I will not be going there again. I hope they read this and seek to improve. If I do go to another Selekt Chicken again, it will be the one in Hounslow West who actually understand how to make burgers and serve their customers. UPDATE JUNE 22 - THIS IS MY ONE AND ONLY REVIEW OF THE SHOP. NO IDEA WHY THE SHOP THINKS THIS IS A HOAX.

Tried Pizza and fried chicken, both of them below average. Fried wings were too oily and kept in the heating area for too long too. Despite of freshly made pizza the taste of it wasnt good, no dips with Pizza. Provided little sachets of mayo which goes with pizza. Everything was disappointing; bought wings again from the neighborhing chicken shop.
