The best restaurants in South Ruislip Hillingdon London

Dad was looking for a traditional pie and mash place. This was perfect. Exactly what he had wanted and remembered from when he was young. The pie was well filled and tasty, mash was creamy and the liquor (gravy) was a classic. A limited traditional menu in a funky wooden booth cafe. Service was friendly. Would definitely go back again.

Good food and service at a great price. Friendly staff, eat in or take away. Comprehensive and varied menu. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere is great, food is limited for veggies / vegan and service can be insouciant at times. If the trainee is not making your coffee, then it's mostly delicious and the right size otherwise, it's hit and miss. There is a fair bit of seating available and whenever I have been, have found a table. It does quite busy early mornings especially on weekdays.

Visited honeybees to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We had a lovely afternoon tea, the cakes were so good! Staff were friendly and we had good service. I would certainly recommend.

I had the meatball feast and I can honestly say this is one of the best pizzas I've had in this country, staff were very friendly and the service was quick.

Literally the best curry in the area. I've tried all the other Indian takeaways...this is the best.

Delicious pizza. We only had to wait 15 mins for it to be finished. The prize was cheap for the size of the pizza. The old man working there was super polite and quick. Truly recommend and we will repeat on this place 100%.

I have been visiting this family owned Kebab restaurant for half a decade now, they are great and so is the food. Great service, great food and never a problem. The prices are also very reasonable and i diffidently recommend the restaurant over others in the area!

I’d like to thank the gaffer and staff for always looking after us when villa or England play at Wembley and we pop into the Middlesex arms they’ve always made us welcome. Yesterday he even got a member of staff to help with the app on my phone. Unfortunately we won’t be back for final. Keep up the good work and see you soon
