The best restaurants in South Ruislip Hillingdon London

First of all I have been overcharged for my meal. £11 for 9 wings and rice without a drink ? I asked them how the portion was and he said very big. When I opened my box I was incredibly dissapointed and left hungry. The wings taste was fine but were absolutely tiny and the rice portion was even smaller. Look at the photo on how small my rice portion was underneath my wings. The depth of the box compared to how much it was filled. The rice had no salt. Very dissapointed

Todays takeaway that I ordered from Nando’s was lovely,the food was delicious.Everything I had was gluten free,I had the 1/4 lemon and herb chicken,2 packs of chips,coleslaw,halloumi and sweet chilli jam.All the food was so delicious,nicely presented and a high temperature(except for the sweet chilli jam which was chilled).You can never go wrong with a cheeky Nando’s.The sweet chilli jam was really nice with the halloumi.Therefore,It would be nice to have a menu option of sweet chilli jam chicken and sweet chilli jam loaded chips.Had so many lovely memories at this Nando’s.Look forward to returning soon.

Avoid this restaurant! Poor service, rude staff, the lady managing this place needs to learn customer service, she’s so rude and laughs at you when you give feedback. We have eaten in here several times and it’s gone from bad to worse. We’ve given them a chance and we’ve invited family too, but after all the money we have now spent here we have finally decided not to go back and waste our money as we’ve not once come out happy! Table wasn’t cleared when mains arrived and we had to clear our own table, the soda for my drink came in a separate glass to my vodka, the kitchen staff are not in correct chef clothing they are wearing hoodies! Poor hygiene and EHO need to know this! Chicken was dry, the saag aloo was absolutely vile! Avoid at all costs

Very bad customer service, the call handler I spoke to thinks they can only give good service to people with large orders. They don't understand customer is customer even if they spend £1. He said of he does anything extra for customers the manager will fire him and he will lose his job. Losing your job for good service, I heard it first time.

My go-to fish + chips in the area, freshly made and always high quality. Perfect!

Ordered a pizza , and it took an hour and half to turn up. The driver said nothing , great customer sevice... not! It was cold and had wrong toppings ! And then they refused any refund just saying "enjoy your food" (via just eat) Steering clear of this place!

firstly the price:quality ratio is extremely balanced and a good bang for the buck. Only downsides is that some of the staff are not useful and on Sundays there is minimal stock.

We first reserved this location since the hall and parking were ideal for our son's wedding party in April 2024. We looked over every arrangement, including the hues, snacks, and beverages. We even made a deposit with Paul on the same day we saw it, and he was really accommodating and helpful. The fact that the chef would be on vacation and unable to prepare the food we had requested was never brought up. When we called to discuss the reservation and inquire about the possibility of a meal sample, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly unpleasant and unhelpful, unprofessional, rude and unsympathetic telling us she has had to come back from maternity leave due to unforeseeable circumstance and that they are not able to cook the food we had requested therefore our reservation had to be cancelled at short notice. The scary thought is if we had not contacted them they would not have contacted us and we would have turned up on the day assuming everything would be ready.
