Used to be decent, or maybe i had the bad idea to order on a monday, because what i got was a very bad pizza, with very dry ingredients, overcooked maybe or the ingredients were left outside for too long and got dehydrated. Anyway they weren't fresh by far. Chicken wings were raw cooked, just ok for a beef steak, only i didnt ordered steak, and quite dangerous for health for chicken to be served like that. I am always give tips for the delivery guy, but i feel not ok for the money spent on the food i ordered, not to mention that after a busy manic monday food can become that little comfort thing that you need. Delivery was ok, no issues there, friendly chaps on the phone, but too bad that doesnt extend in the quality of food. Get it right with the food you are serving, or those reviews will not get any better, and competition is fierce, very easy to us to choose someone else.

This is not my local GoGo but it is a nice takeaway place. The pizza's are always nice here and very tasty. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Ordered online on just eat, their driver couldn’t find my address, had to go collect the pizza 😂 Then went to collect it, asked for a fresh pizza on the phone, they give me the same one when I got there. Cold but good pizza 😭 It’s good to stay?

Lovely staff and good deals .. had only one bad experience when i placed a delivery order .. it took more than 1 hour to deliver although we lived only within 2 mile radius. They said us 20 minutes for delivery but we ended up waiting too long. Otherwise I always had a very positive experience from them..

I live nearby and always get collection and recommend others do so as the parking is easy and you can pick it up fresh cooked . it’s fairly priced and pizza’s are in my experience consistently of a high standard for the price you pay .

Normal, inexpensive American style pizza. It's not the peak of taste, but you can eat it from time to time. It’s usually ready to collect in 20 minutes. We tried different ones and we like the Hawaiian one with thin crust or with chicken, mushrooms and corn. Sometimes the cheese in the edges of the dough is tasty. As for the sauces - they are ready-made and not good for us. If they made their own garlic it would be much better.

Our local pizza place, best value for money. Good quality and great customer care! Open late too, which is appreciated as I sometimes finish my nursing shifts late evening. Always on time with deliveries too.

Ordered mushroom and chicken pasta what I got literally was pasta and 3 tiny cube of chicken plus two piece of mushroom. Absolutely a mess, served the food with no tissues, no cutlery, wouldn’t come back again.

The pizza’s arrived late took ages I was going to call when the incompetent delivery driver couldn’t even come to deliver to my door. The deliver was direct through the website. For what I paid Pizza Hut being cheaper The pizza was very disappointing and not worth the cost of £21 for two medium pizzas. The pizza was warm not hot. I ordered two create your own though they looked good tasted like I was eating cooked dough no taste flavour anything. Will definitely not ordering again.

I ordered a family meal with a New York Pizza and 2 sides, both chicken wings. Plus a small margarita pizza. The pizza was delivered by a very friendly driver named Paul. The pizza was delicious as were the wings. The leftovers are even good. I think the tomato sauce and the crust are better than most pizza places in London and I’d recommend PizzaGoGo Ruislip for quality and service.

Pizza was great and Paul delivered it really quickly and with a smile.

Ordered from Just Eat and AFTER I placed my order the delivery time said OVER an hour. I called the restaurant asking if this was correct and the person said that the driver was on the way....THIS WAS A LIE!!! Had I known that ONE pizza would have taken this long I wouldn't have bothered. I'm annoyed the person wasn't honest.

Pizza is ok, they charge an additional £2 for making it half / half ?? I don’t understand why? If you want to make it better don’t charge without justification.

Would give no stars if possible.Ordered at 8.00pm said 40 mins delivery--waited till 9.00pm nothing phoned them and told will be 5 mins-- phoned 4 more times always being told it was on its way--I only live 2 mins away asked I can pick up but they said it was on its way--arrived after 1 hour 40 mins and still forgot our drink--said he will come back with a drink and free ice cream--still no one came--had to go to shop and pick up--no apology when I got there--Really bad customer service will not use again ever

The new management of the shop are more friendly then before. This shop has best milkshakes in area and take cash and card which big improvement then before as it was only cash.

Great pizza, excellent customer service. Drink was left out of our order but this was rectified super quickly (by both our lovely delivery guy and the branch). They even gave us a free dessert!

I have been a regular here for around seven years, so feel well placed to write a review. Great tasting pizza (better than other local places), affordable prices and best of all, very friendly staff. Living in a world of my own, on two occasions I have walked out without taking my change, not to worry- both times the staff chased me out the store to give me the money. Can't recommend the place highly enough to pizza lovers.

My daughter called to place a order the man on the phone called her a child and said that they don't take orders from children despite her telling him she was ordering for the family when I went to speak with him in the store he was being rude and disrespectful, I have a business my self and wanted to teach him how to treat customers he said he doesn't care Highly disappointed and upset we went and got pizza from somewhere else pizza Village was better with their customers and weren't rude

I go here just for the pizza. Deep pan to be precise. For £5.99 you can get a 10.5 inch pizza of utter deliciousness. The dough is thick, soft and fluffy. Sauce - rich & sweet. Incredibly cheesy with fresh ingredients. Easily the best value for dirty pizza ;)

Do not buy from this store. Absolutely disgusting and a rip off. Bought 3 pizzas and asked for deep pan and stuffed crust. The pizzas were thin crust and not stuffed crust as well. Avoid this store at all costs.

The pizza is great the best but the deliver people who say they work there are not nice my husband was waiting in door way with mask because of the virus and the people whom worked they pushed past him no excuse me or social distancing and then made out my husband is over reacting they have no respect for customers .:(

Ordered for first time from this shop and I am assuming it’s like other branches tasty and delicious but I was disappointed. No taste at all and too dry.

Short walk for me so ordering on the phone and collecting always results in a steaming hot pizza, great taste & reasonable price.

I am really disappointed about their staff. They are not understanding orders and don't talk properly. They said dips are only free for delivery not for collection. They dont accept their faults and verbally abusing infront of customers

Been using these guys for a while now and in general we are never disappointed. Staff is friendly and relatively quick even when you pop in to order. Only issue we've had is that in the past we ordered half-half pizza when going in they gave it to us at no extra cost but when we ordered on the phone and spoken to someone different; they said they were going to charge us.

Kids love this place we used to live a few minutes away now every so often we will drive from our new house near Harrow town centre and pick up pizzas

Giving 2 stars - BEWARE they accept only cash for orders below £10. They need to display a sign clearly mentioning before taking the order. Looks like they prefer cash transactions 🤔 (I wonder why 😁). I Ordered a mini lunch deal for £3, only found out once in the shop when I pointed out the size. Again it's not advertised anywhere. Staff service was average..

Do not order the chicken from here. Sent to use completely burnt and was told they 'usually' cook like this. When I sent back for another, I got a 3cm chicken! Amazing! 0 star review if possible. 1 star is being generous. Never ordering again.

Used to order from here years ago then stopped because they were delivering too late or not at all.Thought i would give them another chance last week but wished i hadent.Had to make 3 calls to see where pizza was each time was hung up on.Told guy to cancel order but it still came hour and a half after first ordering.Delivery guy fed us some sob story that heds had a hard day(Like we cared).This joke of a pizza shop has lost my custom for good and i would urge others to aviod it.

Absolutely Fantastic Pizza, Fantastic Service, And Very Cheap comparably to other pizza shops around and it just remind me my hometown Margarita Pizza back in Italy. Very Testy and delicious and I can feel the freshness of the Dough has I am export on testing different kind foods. THANK YOU GUYS FOR GREAT SERVICE

I think these are the most amazing pizzas and fast collection times. The branch are really acommendating to make your choice of pizza and they normal do a offer for collection for any pizza, any size for £6.99 (or there abouts). We have since moved out of the area and where we live now the pizzas from another GoGo branch and vaule for money doesn't compare. So while you are thinking of ordering a pizza from GoGos in Ruislip / Eastcote go and order it as these are definitely worth it. Enjoy!
