Wasn’t up to the usual standard taste wise , tasted floral . Don’t know what was put on salad . Didn’t eat it

Portion was great, took note of order requirements and delivered on time.

Ordered kebab and chips, got salad with order, never ask for, so got less kebab and too much salad, and chips were good, would have preferred more kebab meat..

Title: Disappointing Experience – Needs Serious Improvement I recently visited this restaurant, and I must say, it was an extremely unpleasant experience from start to finish. There are several issues that need to be addressed, as they significantly detracted from what should have been an enjoyable meal. No Card Payments: It is 2024, and many establishments now accept cards as a standard form of payment. To find out that this place doesn’t accept cards was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Whether this is due to avoiding transaction fees or something else, it gives off the impression that the restaurant may be attempting to evade tax obligations. This is not only inconvenient for customers but also raises serious concerns about transparency and trust. No Hand-Washing Facilities: In a food establishment, basic hygiene should be a top priority. The fact that there were no hand-washing facilities available is absolutely unacceptable. Expecting customers to eat with unwashed hands is unhygienic, and it shows a lack of consideration for basic health standards. In the current climate, where cleanliness and sanitation are more important than ever, this is a serious oversight. Incorrect and Small Portions: I ordered two separate dishes and clearly instructed the staff to serve the salad separately and the meat dishes on individual plates. Instead, I was served everything on a single plate, which was both unappetizing and disappointing. Not only was the presentation wrong, but the portion sizes were also shockingly small for the price. It felt like I wasn’t getting my money’s worth, and frankly, I left feeling unsatisfied and cheated. Overall Value: Given the combination of poor service, hygiene concerns, and the lack of attention to detail in fulfilling orders, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are simply too many better options out there where customers are treated with respect and where hygiene and quality are prioritized. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues. If they don’t make immediate improvements, they risk losing many more customers like myself.

I called the Restaurant and they said that they had prepared the food but were having trouble getting a just-eat driver. This meant I received my food more than 30 mins later than normal. Really happy with the food though, food was amazing.

delivery was good but quantity and quality was poor. Box was not fully filled and only one sauce even though I ordered two kebabs. meat was not very tasty either so I think the meat is cheap. I went for a low price and got what I paid for I guess.

Placed an order online. Lamb shish. Called up to specify what salad and sauce I'd like as they don't offer these options on the app.... (Lettuce, red cabbage and a little garlic sauce) Very pleasant on the phone... however what arrived was far from pleasant... What's happened to this place....

Friendly clean establishment with plenty of seating. Areas clean and tidy with 5 food rating! Plenty of choice of drinks. Staff friendly. Meat was good quality. Will visit again.

Food was amazing. I've had a lot of Doner wraps in my life and it was great. I think the chips (on this occasion) were some of the best I've ever had to my chip preference. Well done.

We had the mix shish and kofta kebab with chilli sauce and garlic mayo for 2. It was hot and very tasty. 1 chilli and 2 garlic mayo is enough for 2 poeple.

Lovely family business. They are nice and kind people. They do such nice, fresh and juicy food. Love it so much. Been coming here for years. Even forgot the change one time, they came out quick to give it before we left. This is one of the best kebab places you. can go to! The chips with salt and vinegar make it so appetising and the doner is brilliant

Just popped in to get my other half a kebab on the way home. Asked for a large all salad no sauce. The meat smells and tastes like it’s been there for days. We called the shop to explain and didn’t really care. I’ve been going here for years and it’s always been a good place. Clearly management has changed. Will not be going back. Oh and he made sure I went to get cash out before ordering as well lol

Asked for pot of garlic mayo (paid for it) sent me TZatziki. Not what I asked for. Phoned the restaurant as the driver told me they asked him to ask me to call as there maybe an issue with the garlic mayo. NOT HAPPY!

Went there with a family, the shop was empty, we we’re trying to order food one by one as there were NO menus to look at. The man on the till was rushing us, he asked if i have cash because he takes cash only????!!!. I kept repeating yes yes. Food served ( No salt on the tables,No catering) I asked for knives the guy brought me a kitchen knife, hell no 😯, I said table knives, he went looking for some in the kitchen finally he found 2 handed them to me without tissues. Food wasn’t best served. NEVER AGAIN

The guy serving the food is very rude, no customer service at all. Creates a bad and intimidating atmosphere in the shop I would not recommend this kebab shop. There is another one down the road with much better service

The mince kebab was very very salty, the donner kebab has very thick slices, donne kebab should have thin slices. the large and small portion was same but one was placed on a bigger box.. come on that not fair! the only thing is that salad was good and fresh chips was good.

Really awful food (undercooked in some places, cremated in others, reused rotisserie), rude owner and as you can see from their reply to other comments, not the sort of person you'd want to approach. I'd recommend King Kebab or Kebabish instead.

Not my usual place, but I give it a try as I was in the area. I had 2 take away today kebab. Absolutely rubbish and the chicken wasn’t even cooked properly. Please don’t go I spent £ 8.50 for one but not even worth it. Low quality food at high price.

We ordered 2 kebabs - 1 mixed doner and chips, 1 mixed lamb shish and kofta with salad. Both very tasty. It came to £31 with delivery, we think worth the money and will be ordering here again

This is by far my first choice for a quick meal. I have never been disappointed.

Small doner was too small for the price but fine otherwise. Small chips was a good portion of average fries.

The food was ok however the drink in which I ordered for £1.50 was a small 250ml ribena which is absolutely ridiculous and is some what force advertisement as this is not specified when ordering. Too over priced.

What is the point of notes, when you don’t read them?! They can read what sauces you want but then ignore the rest, two times in a row they have decided what I want for me, rather than read the full notes. Use other places. Like I will, never used to be this way, I WAS a regular customer

I ordered a doner kebab and chips, but there was no option to choose a sauce so it came without. The main problem was that it was about 15 mins late due to the delivery guy being on a bike, so the food was tepid. The chips were wrapped in paper so this had become damp due to condensation and the pitta bread was soggy. Unfortunately this all resulted in a poor meal.

Didn’t listen to order notes, but normally always do. portions seem to have got smaller and garlic sauce looked like it had turned, wasn’t the usual colour

I dont have a kebab very often but if I do I will always go here. Food is always good and salad is normally fresh, the service is relaxed, friendly and prompt.

Food as always was great, just a same the sauces spilt and order was covered, big clean up, pre food with little to no sauces…

I don't understand why people leave such awful reviews, the Kebab is such a nice place and when its open and I have time I always chose to eat there, the food is nice, I can take it back home and it's still very warm.

Cheeky takeaway and decided to have kebab 1 kebab and chips with cheese large 1 kofta kebab large 1 peppers It was delicious and a fair amount of food, we thought reasonable price of £29 Will be coming here again

The food came late due to lack of drivers not the restaurant.

Spoke to the owner on the phone who was very rude. Refused to refund us or redeliver. Food arrived cold after spending £43.27 Food quality was awful. I do not recommend this.

Amazing food, no matter where else I go, I always return back to this place as they provide quality food with good portion sizes at good value.

The driver was really nice, polite and the restaurants forgot to put my bottle of Coke so the driver went and got it and bought it back to me. I’m really happy

First order from the restaurant, delivery was quick, food was lovely and hot and cooked well. Only point was that the portion size could have been slightly bigger for a large, but will definitely use again, thank you.

This was my first order from here, food was really nice, will be ordering again. I would have like more chilli sauce on my kebab though, but all in all, it was a nice meal, thank you!

Unfortunately the doner kebab was dry. The shish kebab tasted like it was the cheaper cuts of meat and had a very fatty texture and flavour. The chips were nice as was the chilli sauce.

Terrible. This restaurant was normally very good. I have used it in the past but recently they have begun to miss orders, pretend that orders have been delivered when they have not been ordered. They are rude on the phone, cut calls, pretend not to speak English. Blame everyone else but themselves. Overall a poor restaurant that for some reason has suddenly gone down hill very quickly

The chicken was overcook and hards to chew and the burger was very dry no sauce no flavour. I have never eat burgers with cucumber neither, most of the chips were black we had to throw most of it . The delivery was in time no concern. The presentation was ok just the chips were sent folder on paper instead of box . We did not enjoy the burgers as we had to throw all the food . a refund would compensate.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I went in to look at the menu and didn't see anything I liked so walked back out and they laughed at me. I asked why and they started swearing at me and then slammed the door in my face. They have very poor hygiene and are extremely overpriced. Stay FAR away and avoid at all costs. It's not worth it at all.

I cant believe this happened place. I went in to look at the menu and the guy said to me are you going to order or effin stare at me. I said relax and he said a whole bunch of swear words at me. If i was not with family things would have gone much more different. As i leave he calls my wife a slur and slams the door on us. What a 🔔end

My food delivery still hasn't arrived

Excellent food was nice but I asked for no tomato in the salad but got some anyway. Don't like to waste, but otherwise service and food was tasty!
