Arrived late last night after 30hrs plus of travel via access through walkway from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2. Staff member Sanjay and one other tried patiently to help set up a SIM card for me so it was nearly midnight when I got to bed. Room perfect especially the king size bed! Another staff member Jurisa continued to rectify my Sim problem this morning. I must commend the reception team here on their care, helpfulness and efficiency in every way - Hilton is lucky to have them as their front desk “face”. All other amenities very good and I would certainly return! So convenient for those travelling in and out of LHR!

Rooms - We had a regular king room, and it was a bit small. Tight pinch space between the end of the bed and the desk. The curtains did not work when we first arrived. They were fixed quickly after our first request. The bathroom is also small but usable. It's the shower that I did not like. Again, another Hilton has a half wall in the shower. Water goes on the ground. I am not sure what architect recommended this for hotels in Europe, but there is a special place in hell for him or her. Service - Excellent. Very friendly and responsive. Thank you to the manager who got us a "top sheet" for our bed. She is our hero. The breakfast team was also very good. They knew I wanted poached eggs by the third day. They are buzzing around at 6:30. Such big smiles too. TY to housekeeping on Floor 1 - You kept the room spotless. Location. About a four minute walk to the closest Underground station. We used it to go everywhere. Lots of things to do close by as well.

Broken water machine, no free water included with 300 dollar a night room, charged me like 3 bucks for each small bottle of water to make up for it, gee thanks. Extreme lack of service at the hotel in multiple areas with interactions with employees, was just odd. The other hotel we stayed at in London was exceptional in service at almost half the cost. Sometimes it’s the small things in life that make all the difference, something as simple as water. Would never stay again

The hotel itself is good business standard, and the staff extraordinarily helpful and friendly. However, you learn to value a professionally managed hotel when things go south and this one is perfect in this regard! When I foolishly left my brand new iPad in my room and took off to Germany, the house keeping found and stored it immediately. After an email with the reception, the iPad was packaged and returned to me WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COST or even accepting a reward. It is not usual anymore to feel treated like a valued guest these days, but here I very much did! Thank you Gagan, Ana and all who helped!

What a convenient place to stay upon arriving in London at Heathrow. We stay here upon arrival and the night before we depart. It saves us 2 days of a rental car. Also it is great to not have to leave airport. You walk to the hotel and decompress and stretch out as the body adjusts to the time change from long flights.

My wife and I stayed here the night before our flight back to the US. Great location as we could walk directly into the terminal the next morning. The room was extremely clean and was completely soundproof. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant on level 2 is fantastic! I highly recommend eating there. The best thing about this hotel is convenience. The room was clean, minus 1 hair on the bed. It has a good view, complimentary Wi-Fi, gym, and much more. However, you can save some money like I did and grab dinner from Terminal 2 if you don't want to go to the hotel restaurant or bar.

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful employees. Would not let me check into a room that was already booked in my name. Workers implied that we couldn’t afford to stay there. I was charged for early check in which is fine, what threw me off is the money was supposed to be credited to my room. Just to find I would be getting charged extra. I don’t care if this hotel was heaven. If that’s the treatment you get I want no part of it. Never again!

Absolutely despised my stay here. They made me wait over 1 hour and tried to kick me out saying that I didn’t have a reservation. I SHOWED them my email, passport, & confirmation yet they “somehow can’t find it” and then asked me to leave. Leaving snarky remarks trying to say I don’t speak English, that were too cheap to be here, and then wonder why we were mad! Eventually they found it, DIDNT APOLOGIZE, then charge me €50 and said it will for early check in deposit, & I’ll be comped 50 to my room for whatever I purchase. I then proceed to get €50 worth of items & they charge me for it. Then now he says it’s not comped and I won’t get anything. If you’re going say I’m comped €50 I’m going to use it. IF I never heard this I wouldn’t have even spent anything at all! Why say something and then lie about it when we go and spend it? Absolute garbage customer service. If you’re working in the hotel industry I think you should learn how to speak to your customers with respect. I’ve never had an experience like this at any hotel around the world. Were the paying customers, you get paid to work there. You guys need some serious changes with your customer service. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to anyone. Stay away with a 10ft pole.

Brilliant location on T2 - collected our suitcases & just a short walk through a car park and straight into the lovely hotel. Also, easy to reach Heathrow Express into the City. We'd just done a long haul flight & felt instantly relaxed. Dropped our bags off & went straight to the top floor bar to watch the planes land. Beautiful room and bathroom and the glazing was so thick we couldn't hear any outside noise... lovely sleep. If I had one complaint, it's that Hilton took a precautionary £50 out of our bank card on check-in, to a fully paid room, and then took a whole week to repay back into our account.

There are six Hilton hotels near this airport. If your room is around £100, then you have the one directly off property and you will either need a bus, walk or Uber to it. I went to the one on terminal 2 and they told me to goto terminal 4. I went to terminal 4 and they told me I was at the wrong one. Then the representative tried to call his "guy" to have me taxied to the one I was supposed to goto. Luckily a bus pulled up and it was going to the correct one for much cheaper. You would think that a chain like this with so many locations would have a shuttle for their hotels to make sure guests get to the correct one. We spent over an hour in the tube's trying to find our hotel. We asked representatives in the tunnels but none were able to give us directions and there is no GPS signals in the tubes. There were people on the same bus with us that had the same problem as us. There is no reason for Hilton to not make this easier.

Absolute rubbish for planespotters, lying manager, and staff. Overpriced, even when booking FAR in advance. We booked the room, being told we're allowed to film using any camera. Upon entering the bar, we were told that filming with a DSLR is a "security concern" - yeahh right.. The number of YouTubers and bloggers I've seen here is crazy. I'm probably not famous enough for them to let me 😂 The manager also lied, saying that the no cameras part was on the downstairs menu? Hmm. He then went to the back and on the computer for around 15 minutes. He came back with a "copy of the menu," featuring an obviously rushed edit to the menu, which he definitely did in Microsoft Word. We went to the downstairs restaurant to look, and the camera thing was not there at the time of visiting! Awful liar. Eventually, we disputed with the credit card company and got our money back. Dont recommend it for planespotters, as you NEED to have a good lens to even get a chance of getting a decent shot. And a phone won't do it. Trust me.

The room was great. The experience, not so much. The rooms were completely overpriced for the “amenities” of this accommodation. $400 for one night. The key card machine was down and the staff just seemed very defeated. Secretly charged a service fee in the dining area, odd for England. While booking the hotel, stated it was next to terminal 3, that is incorrect. It is a JOURNEY to get to this hotel and find terminal 3 in itself. Will not visit again.

Great location next to T2. Room large, clean and great bed. Terrific shower. Breakfast very good. BUT…. I paid extra for a runway view room. Yes I could see the last 200m of the landing runway so all I saw was planes taxiing. The TV in room 1016 was faulty, every minute or so the sound cut out for a few seconds, annoying. The digital key gave up after five minutes and I had to go and get a proper one. For the week before our stay I was constantly texted on my phone to check in online. I thought I would try it - because of this I got my room with limited view. Even the nice man on reception said it’s best to check in at reception. Enjoyed our night, but found it a very expensive experience. Really not good value.

A good option if you have an early flight out of terminal 2 or 3 from Heathrow. Stayed here for a night as our flight to Provo the next day was at 8:05am. In my case, I was lucky to arrive in Terminal 3 so it was an easy walk to Terminal 2 where the hotel was. Just follow the signage and take the lift down to 1 of the parking lot. The hotel is well-marked you won’t miss it. Check in and out were easy and you have the option to do a digital check in which I did not do. Beds are comfy, roomy, and a fridge is in the room should you want to store drinks. A restaurant is on site and the runway bar on the 14th floor offers amazing views of the airport. Otherwise, a 24-hour convenience store is right beside the reception where you can buy drinks, coffee, snacks, and even a travel adaptor in case you forgot yours for the UK.

The staff are not hospitable hoteliers. They have no desire to help, they're just no machines. Hilton is losing the good name they had in Europe. It is the only hotel in the world that does not store luggage for 18 hours for a guest. The management must have a deal with the airport storage place that does not have as much security info on me as Hilton has with my Hilton cr card and years of HHonors loyalty,so security is not a valid reason. The hotel not well sign posted so not easy to find and despite reviews mentioning that they had a continental breakfast. We booked the hotel as a day use option to bridge the time between two flights. Our flights each departed from T3. Hotel can be reached in T2 covered. There is a good YouTube video of the hotel showing how to follow the signs; It took us about 30 minutes from the gate in T3 to the hotel (you have to go through immigration) and 60 minutes on the way back including security checks and a bit of a buffer. This means you have to calculate this time to decide whether it makes sense. It worked out well for us. The room was super clean, quiet and functional, just as you would expect from a Garden Inn. We ordered 3 pastas and a veal. The food didn't have flavour nor did it taste like it was freshly made. It resembled airplane food and seemed preheated. The tortellini especially had no flavour despite being called a prawn chilli tortellini. Service was also poor. The starters took about 40 minutes, and we were told our mains had not been entered yet when the starters arrived. Our bill was also wrong as we ordered an item which we were later told was unavailable, but the item stayed on. They also included a service charge which, given the quality of food, was disappointing. As an airport hotel, guests are limited to the restaurants provided. I would not stay at Radisson again due to the quality of food at the restaurants available, especially at price point. We paid less at Dishoom, for example, for a substantially better meal and experience.
