We ordered 3 pastas and a veal. The food didn't have flavour nor did it taste like it was freshly made. It resembled airplane food and seemed preheated. The tortellini especially had no flavour despite being called a prawn chilli tortellini. Service was also poor. The starters took about 40 minutes, and we were told our mains had not been entered yet when the starters arrived. Our bill was also wrong as we ordered an item which we were later told was unavailable, but the item stayed on. They also included a service charge which, given the quality of food, was disappointing. As an airport hotel, guests are limited to the restaurants provided. I would not stay at Radisson again due to the quality of food at the restaurants available, especially at price point. We paid less at Dishoom, for example, for a substantially better meal and experience.

First time with my work collegues walk in the place, 8pm and the place was not busy at all, the staff pointed imediately to a long table in front of the bar, but i sugested a near by table, then 2 staff refuse, by saying that it is the section closed because of the breakfast... i remind them that the breakfast is tomorow morning, but still they refuse... anyway I give up with the arguing and we all seated by force to the one table that the saff likes us to seat... The menu says it is Italian, but is vary basic, only some pasta, pizza, and steak, and seabass, very few items to be honest. I ask for mineral water still, they said is finish we have only sparkling... I order the sirloin steak well done, a T bone arrived medium rare... The next day my collegue order a medium, and a very rare arrived wich he eat a little and the rest he left it. The staff are comming and go very quickly and they keep asking for drinks.. I ask what is the best on the menu and the staff said - pasta....There is nowhere any Italian on the restaurant to be seen, it runs by mixed nationalities, very far from Italy if you like my opinion....The breakfast it is standard also as you can see from the photos.

Good thing I brought my sudoku book with me because everything else sucked. A guy sitting next to me had to explain the waitress my order because I was being gaslighted into believing I ordered something else. Came down here to not leave the hotel and kinda regretted not have eaten in the vending machine instead.

We arrived to the entry and faced with unpolite staff to wait for five minute to get the table. We were directed to the table which wasn’t well prepared so we asked to change the table. They agreed to change the table but never gave us one. Third servant took us orders and we indicated her to sit in another table that was free and she agreeded with that. Great! We got the table finally. We ordered two beers and bottle of wine with two stakes medium rare and fries on the side topped with red wine sauce. Everything fine, we got the beers in few minutes. Until.. When the stakes the arrived, you can immediately tell those were cooked on a outside grill (diamond pattern on the meet) which is not a problem, if the stake doesn’t taste like a charcoal. We had to ask for our red wine because it wasn’t served as ordered with food. One of our stakes were well done and one was medium plus so it was nothing like ordered. Red wine sauce sauce tasted like brown sauce diluted with water. Terrible experiment.

We were celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday at FILINI. The celebration took another level when our waiter Darwin realized of our celebration. He went above and beyond to please my mom’s wishes. He made special arrangements so my mom would have exactly what she wanted for her special day. On top of everything, Darwin arranged a delicious cake for her and sang happy birthday. We are very thankful with Darwin and wanted him to know that we would hold great memories from our trip and my mom’s celebration thanks to him 🙏🏼. This is priceless!

Watched who I assume is the in charge of the floor yell at a waitress (Darwin). I wouldn't recommend interacting with Darwin. Shout out to the waitress he yelled at, she was lovely. Got the family ragu for 4-6, shared between 3 and was barely enough. Convenient but not worth it.

We ate here out of convenience after landing late. Obviously the prices are high - you are paying for the ease of walking in straight from your room. We begun with the unusual experience of a leaving guest speaking directly at us in a foreign language whilst also seemingly talking with a server. Weird but ok. Our server, Darwin, was very argumentative with both us and the other staff. We witnessed him arguing with his colleagues on the floor which was quite awkward. After waiting a long time for our cocktails, I asked him where our drinks were and he gave a very brusque and sharp response. This was followed by the drinks being immediately served which was suspicious. I suspect they had been languishing at the bar. Suja was very polite and professional. In regards to the food - somehow they were out of bread baskets which seems silly. We instead opted for the ‘garlic bread’ which was £7 for a sliced up piece of naan. The family sized meals are advertised to feed 4-6 people. In my opinion, it would feed 4-6 toddlers. We shared between three adults which was far more appropriate. It was about as good as you’d expect. Probably at the level of a nice pre-made meal, or airplane lounge. When we requested to pay, we were told the machine was down. We were able to charge it to the room, but they weren’t even able to provide a receipt. To be honest, I wish I’d gone to the Pakistani restaurant around the corner.

We arrived at dinner at 9:30. One hour before closing time. It took at least 20 minutes after being seated for the waiter to come to our table. He came over and provided a sincere apology and we felt his delayed attention was out of his control. After ordering, it took an hour for our food to arrive. We ordered the tortellini, the lasagna, a Margherita pizza, and the veal. All of the items lacked luster. There was nothing authentic about any of the dishes. Honestly between poor service and horrible food quality, please save your money and avoid this place at all cost. McDonalds would be better than this. The veal picatta did not have capers or the sauce. The pizza sauce was very sour and the cheese was hard and chewy. The tortellini came with some sort of brown gravy that made the dish seem like fish soup instead of pasta. Honestly they shouldn’t waste their time TRYING to be Italian. They should stick with simple pub food and hope that it comes out way better than anything they have on the current menu. UPDATE: our server came by around 11:30 to ask how everything was and jumped to asked if we needed anything else since the kitchen was closed. To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, they took the credit card machine and selected the 20% gratuity option for themselves. ABSURD!!!!

We went here as it was part of the hotel. It looks very nice and we were seated within a few minutes of arriving. We did not get served until 25 minutes later for either food or drink. The food arrived before our drinks and we had to ask again for them to be brought to the table. The tortellini was an incredibly small serving for £20 and needed two sides to make it more filling. The lasagna was reasonably priced and tasted nice. Overall, it was very expensive for what you get.

Ran out of characters on my Radisson RED hotel review, so I am including the dinner portion here: Dinner time! We went down to the lobby and soon found ourselves at Filini (not to be confused with the Italian director Federico Fellini who would likely have considered it slander to have his name remotely associated with this place), the hotel restaurant claiming to serve Italian cuisine. The host took us to our table where we sat down and began browsing the menu. The prices were fairly high, but I was expecting to be gouged at a hotel that close to the airport. An extremely disinterested waiter who seemed to think that us ordering some Cokes was an imposition took our order. We sat in the perfectly sterile and soulless dining room and awaited our food. Restaurant staff shouted loudly across the dining room at each other. Eventually our food came. My wife had ordered a goat cheese and caramelized onion pizza. Instead she received a vegan broccoli, olive, and tomato pizza with bread crumbs standing in for vegan cheese. The item received was not even on the menu. My child ordered penne pasta with bolognese. This dish appeared correct and adequate, but when he attempted to eat it, the pasta disintegrated into a mush. I had ordered a simple margherita pizza. Allow me to describe the mockery that I received. Imagine you explain to a toddler what a margherita pizza is. You then give them $10 and send them into a grocery store to purchase ingredients. They select ketchup and string cheese and spread them over a bland crust. They garnish it with a pool of olive oil. If you’ve ever eaten Ellio’s frozen pizza, you’ve had the better version of what I ate. Whatever. We were tired and hungry, so we swallowed some down without complaint and paid the check. One more thing. As we were leaving, our waiter turned toward me and just stared at me with a blank, creepy expression on his face. It was bizarre. I just smiled, nodded, and left the restaurant. Avoid the attached hotel in general and you will avoid this place by default.

The employee, Souad, is very cooperative and dedicated to her work, and her cheerful and welcoming attitude made me feel more comfortable in the place. All thanks to her and her more than wonderful, friendly and smiling treatment. She helped me with something that was not in the restaurant in the first place, and she cared very much about the matter. Darwin, is a great host. He really looks after the customers. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We stay at the Radisson before travelling through Heathrow a few times a year. Yet despite the thousands of people he must see at this hotel, he recognised us and really made us feel special and valued customers. He really is a credit to the Filini and the Radisson.

Darwin really went the extra mile today. I was on the way out having decided the table was too noisy for my hearing aids. He caught my eye and immediately found me a quieter table. Service was quick and friendly. Menu was reasonably broad but it was the service that made the difference. The restaurant was busy but the staff were working quickly with great skill .

Arrived late last night after 30hrs plus of travel via access through walkway from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2. Staff member Sanjay and one other tried patiently to help set up a SIM card for me so it was nearly midnight when I got to bed. Room perfect especially the king size bed! Another staff member Jurisa continued to rectify my Sim problem this morning. I must commend the reception team here on their care, helpfulness and efficiency in every way - Hilton is lucky to have them as their front desk “face”. All other amenities very good and I would certainly return! So convenient for those travelling in and out of LHR!

Nice people working there but food poor. Prawns in cocktail were not fresh and salad was old and limp. Manager suggested latter due to dressing burning holes in leaves - yeah sure. Good for a chat over glass of wine but food was awful and expensive.

The experience was unique. The pizza and the calzone were delicious. The dough was baked to perfection, and the atmosphere is amazing. The manager's attention to detail and commitment to the customer is impressive. We liked it so much that we are planning to come back next Saturday for drinks and dancing, as they have a DJ playing at night.
