The Dorothea’s did a great job, it was busy and their service was fast and personable.

How can a first class lounge in British Airways only have an average of 4.0 on google? By having the level of service I received today… wasn’t even allowed in, despite me showing that my last flight just hadn’t been updated and I had enough points. The words “no discretion” were used despite this being a delay in the BA app. I was literally told if the bar hasn’t been updated on your screen, you can’t come in, even if you prove it - a “computer says no” answer and no offer of help or apology that the app hasn’t updated. I was even ushered to move away and go elsewhere, so I started reading the reviews of the lounge and they weren’t great either, no surprise… BA and their staff letting themselves and the airline down again.

Food was good. Service was very slow had to ask a different server to bring check so we could leave.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem near the airport. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. I ordered the grilled salmon, which was cooked to perfection, and the sides were just as delicious. The service was friendly and efficient, making it a great spot for both travelers and locals. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!❤️
