Delicious meal today at Nando’s in South Ruislip today,the service was excellent,staff were friendly and professional.The food came out so fresh,piping hot and exactly right.They were good with my gluten allergy.The 10 gluten free lemon and herb wings were delicious and great value.Toilets and restaurant were clean.Would highly recommend! Can a chef please pop by and show them how to cook a chicken , or just take it off the grill .... I dunno about 25 mins sooner so it's not completely dry . Other than that it's alright .

Went at a nice quiet time (Tuesday early evening) and was immediately greeted by a friendly man who let us seat ourselves at a table of our choosing. This was fantastic as we got to sit in a nice booth as a family for once, a rare experience these days, and the atmosphere was just perfect and calm - no screaming kids or chaos around us. The food was great, can't fault it, and worth the price. Service was friendly. 5 stars.

Brought my granddaughter out fir a bite to eat and visited your South Ruislip location for the first time. Everything was fine until I ate the coleslaw, which unfortunately was not nice. I did tell the waitress it tasted awful. Nothing was said, however I note that another table also handed back two bowls of the coleslaw so I was not alone. I think it may be an idea to same the 'fresh' dishes, each day, before they are given to customers. I am a BIG coleslaw fan, so disappointed. Perhaps the waitress could have asked if I would have liked an alternative, instead of just leaving!

Ordered food via app at table and after 45 mins it still hasn't turned up. Got a refund for my food as whilst rest of tables food eventually arrived mine didn't. Complained via webform to head office and no reply - I will eat somewhere else in future.

I thought it would be a fried chicken place but it turned out not to be. So I got a Mac & cheese but it wasn’t that good

It's a bit dirty and prolonged service. Customers waited 30 to 45 minutes, but many tables were free and messy. They need more stuff and speed.

The staff are lovely however the food was terrible as in Nandos is expensive that you expect, but the size of the chicken wings is a complete joke. They were unacceptably small with barely any meat on them. The chips although crunchy and hot seemed to be uncooked on the inside. The kids chicken burgers were extremely hard and stringy in texture. Lastly the yogurt ice-cream for kids was flavourless and very watered down and not that creamy. I have been to other Nandos restaurants where the chicken wings are at least 3 times the size and the ice cream is creamy and rich. The staff are lovely but the food is extremely poor value for money given the quality and quantity. Only a 3 star as the staff have somewhat redeemed my view. Sorry. Nandos need to get their kitchen and servings in order.

What a shift from my experience a couple of years ago. The staff is more welcoming and smiling, service has improved. I saw the manager speaking to a young child ensuring the boy was comfortable. This human touch makes all the difference! Keep it up!

Meh chicken burger was dry, took ages to come out too

Was my first time going to Nando's. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and overall really happy to see such a diverse workforce.

Went to Nando’s on a Wednesday afternoon got half a chicken and asked if I could get 2 leg pieces. The lady at the counter and servers were very helpful but the counter lady told the lady who was cooking and she started shouting at the counter lady and slamming the chicken on the grill. I asked the lady on the counter if there was a problem and she was like just ignore it. 5 stars to the counter lady but honestly who ever the Eastern European lady was cooking on a Wednesday afternoon shouldn’t be working in Nando’s as most evening when I have visited the Nando’s the food has been amazing.

We waited about 20 mins for a table but well worth it

Samir was amazing everyone else was terrible. Was waiting 1 hour for a takeaway order the manager with a big beard simply didn’t care. I ended up cancelling my order he did not even try help. He just responded with “you will receive a cancellation email” they was busy it not busy enough for an hour wait.

You’re better driving to another Nando’s and ordering your food there before you get your food here! Consistently slow, certainly not on par with other Nando’s! Certainly the slowest Nando’s I have been to!

Love this place. Great chicken. Good delivery too. Generous portions and excellent value. I left full and satisfied. Will definitely be back.

Have been going here for a while and finally decided to write a review, we have enjoyed many visits here and their standard has always remained the same. I have a food allergy and they are very professional to always check and make sure I won’t accidentally eat something I shouldn’t, this wasn’t the case with any other Nando’s branches I have been to, such as the Harrow, St. George’s and even some others. The chicken is cooked perfectly and it’s always so tasty. The staff are also very friendly and the few mangers I have met (when they have checked my allergies) have also been very friendly and polite. I would say this is such a lovely Nando’s and all the best to the team. Looking forward to coming again soon.

Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service experience encountered during our visit to Nando's South Ruislip, which has been a cherished dining destination for our family. Unfortunately, our recent visit was marred by an unpleasant encounter with a staff member named Aarleah, who was responsible for taking our order at the front desk. Regrettably, Aarleah's demeanor was perceived as rude, arrogant, and dismissive, leading to a significant degradation in our dining experience ( she even threw our Nando’s reward card on to the table without returning it to us courteously) Her treatment of customers was highly unprofessional and contrary to the service standards we have come to expect from Nando's. The concerning aspect is the apparent tolerance of such behavior by the branch management. I am puzzled as to why individuals exhibiting such demeanor are retained in customer-facing roles. Even if Aarleah's responsibilities extend beyond the front desk, her attitude could potentially influence other team members negatively, impacting overall service quality. I strongly urge a review of the CCTV footage pertaining to our visit, which occurred between 9:20 PM and 9:30 PM (as indicated on our receipt timestamped at 9:25 PM). While Branch Manager Sandy was not available during our visit, I conveyed my dissatisfaction to the acting manager present at the time. I am a loyal patron of Nando's and would like to emphasize that such encounters tarnish the brand's reputation and may dissuade customers from returning. I sincerely hope that proactive measures are taken to address this issue and prevent similar occurrences in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that swift and appropriate action will be taken to maintain the high standards of service synonymous with the Nando's brand.

Had ordered dinner online through Nandos website. Waited 1.5 hours without any communication on order status. Even after 1.5 hours there was no information on the order. Had to ultimately cancel the order and get refund. Guys, atleast have the decency to inform that you will not be able to service an order. Useless people.

Very very slow service, ordered online via Deliveroo and they kept updating the arrival time. Took more than hour for just two burgers. Last time we order from this branch

I visited today to collect an order for myself and my son, and for the third time in a row I was missing some items. I only realised the the items were missing once I arrived home which again caused an inconvenience as I needed to return to the restaurant to wait for and collect the missing items while the rest of my food was going cold. I was very understanding the first time it happened because I understand mistakes can occur but after the second and third time it really leaves me questioning how the restaurant is running and the management. I did not want to cause a scene but the response from the member of staff when I returned stating that I'm "more than welcome to check the bag myself" was a prime example of the poor customer service. I placed an order, all items are written on the receipt and the staff should ensure all items are packed prior to giving it to the customer.

No complaints about the food, it is same as all the Nando's. But the service was poor. We had to wait a long time to get our order, not that the food preparation was taking time, it was the service. The food was ready but they took long time to serve it. As a result the food become cold. Do not recommend to visit this place, avoid if possible

The food was delicious and well cooked. The chicken was so 😋. That was actually my first Nandos . Y'all I am going to be your regular customer. The food delivery was also on time.

We ordered a large order for delivery and had a completely incorrect order delivered. Rang Nandos who couldnt care less and made us contact Deliveroo despite us ordering through the nandos app. We were told - we give the right order to the delivery guys so its the delivery guys fault. Well it looks like you didn't!. We then had to go through a refund process via delivery and then re order. This time the order was delivered to the right house but despite saying no yoghurt on the order there was yoghurt in the wrap! So another order wasted. Very very poor service all round. We won't be going ro a Nandos again anytime soon! Especially not our local one!

Nando's South Ruislip restaurant is a good option for food lovers. Nando's peri peri sauce is the highlight. It is available in the mild, hot, and very hot range. Garlic and other flavours are also good. Grilled chicken is the best one. Also, Chicken livers is a good option. Unlimited fizzy drinks are allowed.

Update.. Nando chose to nonchalantly reply to my review.... going by it..Doubt you will ever get 5 stars from me. 😉 Enjoyable food, though portion size of sides is a joke. Large sides are meant for 2 people, so why give one whole sweetcorn to share? Availability of the sides is also a issue at this site. No mixed salad or mash potatoes on my visit.

I've been coming to this nandos for as long as it's been here and wow how bad has it deteriorated. There's a new manager here she's awful, very rude to staff and very short with customers. I shall be going to other nandos in future. High turnover of staff is understandable if she's in charge.

Is it just me but nandos never ever comes piping hot, always luke warm, frozen yogurt machine was busted again. I do love a good nandos but standards are slipping

Was a casual nandos experience I would say. But I did have a staff who so lazy when I asked for a cordial for my daughter as we had started eating and mobile app was not giving the option to do the order. He refused to bring it and asked us to go to the counter to order it which was unusual as when you started eating they usually offer stuff at the table as a good will gesture. When I asked another staff she was more than happy to bring the cordial and take payment at the table.

Today i am going to Nandos to eat something different.. place is very clean and staf is very cooperative and treat well..first i give order and then take my glass and fill with pepsi..here One you take your glass and pay then u refill your glass unlimited times it's free😊.food is really delicious and i enjoy alot with my family..

Good atmosphere and service. There was more lettuce in my wrap than the bean pattie, maybe they should call it a lettuce wrap. Still I enjoyed my lunch.

60% of the time been there , they served old chicken meat.(not even cooked on the same day ) .

Service not great and food was cold when it came to our table. Ice machine was out of order and they only had coke in the soft drinks section. Shame as there are better Nandos restaurants out there

Good place. Like any Nando’s food is awesome. Ambience here is good. But location is not very easy to reach. However, it’s located right next to cineworld, so you can consider a good dinner date after a nice movie date with whoever your company is.

I've not been to this or any other branch of Nando's for some time. We visited at lunch time so expected everything to be good. Unfortunately it was soggy chicken skin, dry meat and the chips and olives seemed old. This isn't how I remembered Nandos.

We were at Nando’s on Saturday 10th 6.30 pm for a meal .We were sitting at table no 25 I was extremely disappointed with service provided. I was middle of eating my meal , just popped to the toilet and as i got back noticed the waitress has stated to clear up the table. when i asked why she did so and she replied her colleague asked her to clear the table. When questioned her male colleague, he replied he thought we had finished our meal and also there were a lot people waiting to be seated . I spoke to the manager about about it and female manager said she can give us half a chicken . I was very upset and disguised with staff and the manager. I have been eating out regularly at Nando’s for 28 yrs and this is the first time , i had endure such unprofessional customer service . I would like my complaint to be looked into . Staff must be trained fully before sending them on floor to serve customers. Not even once they apologised for spoiling our visit to Nando’s which we always look forward to .

No stock of 8 different orders place is a joke... So many staff standing around whilest the queue is to the door.. place is beyond ridiculous.

Me and my husband visited yesterday and were recognised by the manager (as we visited two days before) and he gave us our order on the house! We were taken aback with the kind gesture and cannot thank Shan enough for his generosity and excellent customer service to his loyal customers. This is the main Nando's branch I visit because it never disappoints! The service from staff is great, the food arrives super quick, its very clean (as are the toilets) and whenever there’s a queue, the staff always try to get you seated as quickly as possible and the food hits the spot every single time. Thanks again Shan!

Loved the food as always with quick service from getting a table the food coming very quickly. You do need to order using your phone and you need scan a QR code so that’s fine. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly.

Discrimination. It’s only 2 of us, but I ask a table by the window , The person who’s giving the table she said is not allowed by the window. I ask at least bigger table, this will give us distance. The table for 2 is right at the end and very close to the other customers. She told no, But 2 English couple came and it’s only 2 of them, She gave them bigger table. Discrimination, no more distancing and the manager did not say or do anything about it. The chicken is not good what it use to be. That is for a 1 star.
