Excellent food service and cozy atmosphere

Plenty of choice for those that like real ales, but also larger. An array of spirits and cocktails to choose from and a selection of wine and soft drinks for all tastes. Most notably at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and helpful, a selection of food available with specialists days for curries, fish and chips etc. Well worth a visit, it's usually busy because of the value.

The children's menu seemed a bit expensive to me. The inside is gloomy as always and they need to be a bit more careful about cleaning.

When I arrived at this Wetherspoons in the afternoon I was very surprised to see just how busy it was for a Wednesday afternoon, I'm guessing that along with good prices for drink and food at a decent standard it was also due to the 'Beer Festival' as the beers in that selection were certainly popular as I observed during a slightly longer than expected wait to be served. To be fair though it was very busy. The Mocha Porter was fantastic and the staff and locals friendly and welcoming. A nice clean, well kept warm and bright pub with decent bogs

This Wetherspoon's is surprisingly spacious for the area, and it's easy to find a table even on weekends. They're family-friendly until 8:30 pm, which is a nice perk. Of course, the beer selection and prices are fantastic, as you'd expect. But what really sets it apart for me is that they have Leffe Blonde on tap. A proper Belgian draft beer! It's the only place I've found in Hillingdon and Harrow that offers it, making it my regular go-to. Good food as well!

It's a great place for a Sunday brunch, especially after a swim class for the kid. Friendly service and relati clean.

Best pub in the Manor and unbeatable locally. Great choice of real Ale, and extensive food menu. Very popular and can get very busy at peak times. Well managed and run. Value for money is a given.

My husband and I popped in to J.J. Moon's for a festive drink on Christmas Day and the atmosphere was great, the staff were friendly and helpful and a good time was being had by all. Well worth a visit.

Staff do their best , but place looks very tired

This restaurant serves the local community admirably. It has a variety of tables to suit a variety of needs from small groups wanting to have lunch/dinner and small tables for single people wanting to have a couple of pints and borrow a newspaper to read. Simple food at reasonable prices .

Went yesterday 30th Nov 24 for wycombe wanderers vs wealdstone unfortunately waited ages for food n drinks took over 1hour to get food which is understanding because of it being only boozer open early pre kick off but it's ok just needed more staff on tills and serving drinks

Not enough staff, too much delay delivering food and attending customers.

Food is always hot and fresh. It's a very busy pub and staff work really hard to keep everyone happy. Due to the amount of people they have coming and going table's often need a good wipe down but other than that it's great!

What you expect is what you see. A varied selection of exceedingly good real ales at wallet friendly prices. Reasonably priced pub food and efficient service. A patronage, the majority of whom identify as men, watch the football and look forward to curry night. Great if you like that sort of thing, dreadful if you don't.

Nice wetherspoons, usual good value. About 6 tables out the front of the pub which are good for people watching. Very nice and friendly lady behind the bar.

Their Tennessee burger got me enteritis.

This is a very nicely laid out pub with clean chairs and the tables not too sticky. The staff were nice and friendly. My only real gripe was the slowness at clearing the tables that had plates and glasses left for our whole duration at other tables. Even when we get our drinks brought to our table staff go back and don't pick up the empties or plates on other tables. I would recommend visiting the Great Spoon of Ilford where the staff are so on point that they deliver drinks and go back picking up empties and clearing tables on their return to bring more drinks or food. 4.5 stars for this pub. Good prices, good pub grub and comfortable chairs. As an extra I think the greedy egotistical people ,who hog booths that can hold 4 to 6 people, who take the space for themselves, should be charged a single occupancy rate for their drinks. They do this in hotels and it should be applied to pubs , they just sit there with their laptops drinking a coffee refill for hours. Just a thought.

Poor management and extremely poor member of staff, different rules for different customers in the pub, if you are a regular feel free to get away with whatever you like and nothing will be said but if you are a new face you will be treat very differently almost to the point of racism. Maybe the group should send random people in to the ruislip wetherspoons very very regularly to monitor the really poor levels on a Friday and Saturday night.

Food fantastic and portions very generous Prior to this visit was using Watford Weatherspoons but recently their portions are minute compared with the Ruislip one will be using this one in future

We have family staying at the moment. So we went for breakfast , unlimited tea and coffee traditional breakfasts all very delicious food was hot and staff very helpful.

Food was basic but very fairly priced.

I don't know how they do it. Reasonable food, not haute cuisine, but you don't go the wetherspoon for that! Great value. Really busy and great atmosphere. Roughly £2.50 for a pint as well as cheap cocktails. Great!

One of the earliest Wetherspoon pubs around. Always clean, good tall ceilings (an old Woolworths store) make for great airy atmosphere even when busy. Usual reliable Wetherspoon's menu, and great value drinks as always. Can't go wrong here,

I've been here a few times, usually for a pint with a group of friends as our regular meeting place. Very well priced drinks and drink/meal options. Service at the bar is usually quick, and tables cleared regularly.

Both my partner and I had the steak. I cannot recommend it. Very chewy. Other meals looked much better. Bet was good as was the atmosphere.

Absolutely outrageous as the disabled toilet has been out of use for over a week.

You can't complain about the prices.Allways good value for money. Toilets absolutely disgusting. But not the only Pub. It seems no one check's the toilets in any pub in Ruislip on the weekend. So if you're out on the weekend wear wellingtons.🥾

This is a great pub but the manager kelvin just barred someone for saying he was in front of someone. Shocked as the guy is in here everyday never causes issues. Bad manger.

The usual Wetherspoons experience, you know what you are getting and at a good price.

Staff on the whole are great, but some are very moody and it’s definitely a case of serve the regulars first regardless of when they get to the bar.

Lovely katsuy curry 😋 It didn't put me off as I work in a kitchen but I did find some plastic from the top of the rice box in my food I did inform a member of staff who did appolagise.

This weatherspoon is very clean and looks so nice, toilets dirty as always! Service is very fast and food is delicious. Staff is friendly also. They don't serve pizza so 1 star less. You can have some cocktails choices also.

Wasn't friendly or cosy food was cold over cooked fried fish was cooked too quickly and in old oil

Food is good for the price, including the drink, but you have to be careful to turn your back to your drink or food , they take it away from you without finishing it, they took my drink from my table in seconds without even ask me if I finish, my glass was almost full , I question them , and their answer was , that the drink was unattended, be sure to let go your drink because you will loose it. Don't even think to go to the bathroom because without finishing your meal you wont find it, it is probably you will find somebody else in your table
