Consistently brilliant food, always turns up within the specified time. Massive portions. Always a pleasure when Paul is the delivery driver, he’s very polite and always very friendly.

Online order on Thursday, ordered from here a few times and great as always from My Grill, lamb doner meal is my go-to. Also honourable mention to Paul who delivered earlier than I expected and did so in a friendly manner. Thanks My Grill!

I had ordered food and he lied saying it would come and then close the shop and made me wait 3 hours could have told me but decided not to tell me disgusting behaviour had my 3 years old kid waiting starving 🤮 makes me sick of this behaviour

Pretty sure its changed hands. Nowhere near as good as it was. Order a large chicken shish for delivery and you have to make it yourself. Pitta comes on top of the box. Chicken dry and portion sizes have reduced.

We liked it verry mutch. We were theare whith 8 people from the Netherlands. It was a full plate and the meal was verry tasty. The kids also liked it. The staff from my grill where verry polite and even moved the tables to sit together. After that they asked where where we were from and did everything to make it to our likings.. Score 10 out of 10. Compliments to the everyone.

My Grill restaurant in Ruislip is a sizzling spot where deliciousness meets comfort. From mouthwatering steaks to juicy burgers, it's a haven for food enthusiasts seeking a memorable dining experience.

Was passing and wanted a basic burger and chips. They charged £6 for a mini burger with cheese and chips! Was expected a quarter pounder when I asked for cheese burger not a kids burger. They also only take cash. Burger was basic but edible. Would not go again no value for money!

Foods always amazing, staff are helpful and friendly, there is no one in this area who hasn’t eaten at my grill

Fantastic place to eat, the food is soo delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff are very polite and friendly.. I would strongly recomened that you have private seating area for families as I feel your business will take off massively if you cater for families. All the best Ali

Banging Kebabs. Clean establishment fresh salad and cooked fresh.

Lovely guys. As I ate the last lump of meat in my kebab, I instantly released that it was semi raw but I still hunkered down and swallowed it. My intestines woke me up at 4AM, and them I exorcised myself at 6AM and then twice after. I will go back but will not instantly folllow lumps of meat... as an aside, their bugers have always been spot on.

Best fresh halal grill food and burgers in South Ruislip! Always a customer and would reccommend to all! Very clean and tidy place. Might be little pricey but you get more than what you pay for. Portions are big and the service is really good. Staff are always smiling and happy to help. Toilets available with plenty of seating space. Tv with sports also available.

They live in 2022 and dont take card to avoid taxes. Enjoy the kebab when its still open.

Lamb doner was cooked perfectly, came here after seeing the reviews and it will now be my regular.

A few weeks back we had a Kebab from here on our 1st visit home in 7 years , "This will be the best Kebab you have ever tasted" the chap who served us said, he wasn't wrong! Friendly, polite and welcoming service. If you are in the area, try this place, you won't be disappointed.

First time I visited this place since it opened and I kind of wish I visited sooner. I had a large chicken shish, very well cooked and presented. My only gripe is the marinade is quite bland and the chilli sauce is very mild but aside from that it's worth a visit

We've visited twice for shish and both times it was so nicely marinated and big juicy pieces of meat. The staff are really professional and friendly, it has a comfortable atmosphere for eating in. Highly recommended

Wouldn’t have the donor wrap again. £7 hardly any meat in it. Asked for mayo and chilli no mayo in it when I got home. Staff are friendly tho.

This place serves / deliver good food but they only accept cash which was the only issue. Also when we place the order ,went to take the cash out from the next local shop the cash machine,when taking out the cash ,the machine is asking for 99£ extra service charge. I mean why is this 99£ extra they are charging,just to take cash out if the machine. Iam sure My Grill serves good food,only thing they accept cash not card.

Amazing and extremely delicious food And the “My Grill Special” dish is extremely good and for £29 4-5 people can easily fill their belly’s. A truly bang for you buck.

After searching for a good kebab we’ve found it!!! Doner kebabs we’re fantastic great portion well presented and most of all extremely tasty chicken burger was also great !!! We won’t be trying any other kebab shops!!!

Great food for excellent price. Even if you don't finish your food and warm it up and eat it the next day, it tastes fresh.

Can't get in as no wheelchair access so I sat out side but won't be able to do that when it gets cold lovely food and staff

i just ordered a mixed grill tasted like dog food and when i raised my complaint I was told to siimply F OFF ..the staff are unfriendly intimidating and when I called the manager only gave me his number being 07307561783 ..not a good experience and even contacted the police

1st April 2022 - had to change to two stars. Did not include all items as promised on the mixed grill - very dissapointed and such a shame as the food is generally really nice and reasonably priced. You forgot my lamb doner from the mixed grill, the one thing I craved most.

Excellent service! Unfortunately they do not accept card, cash only. However they did instruct me how to go on their website and purchase using my card. This was the only inconvenience but other than that, the service was great and very friendly staff

Great kebab place! We took chicken wraps that were delicious and not fatty which tend to happen with other places. Chips were also really good and tasty. Stuff is super friendly and courteous. Enjoyed our lunch a lot, definitely recommended. I have saved it in my favorite in case I'll be in this area again.

Nice donners, however the burgers are not all that...

Very tasty, polite staff and good quality ingredients from what I can tell. The kofta has no grizzly bits in it and packs a real punch of flavor.. kebabs aren't my usual "go to" when ordering in. But this place is consistent with the quality, which has me coming back. If I'm nit picking, the pitta could be a tad bigger..but pheshh..it's of no consequence in light of a good meal.

Nice local kebab joint. Both lamb and chicken are good. I like the spicy red sauce and the bread. Generous portions. Unfortunately cash only. Recently they started delivering also.
