The best poké bowl ever. So glad this place has opened again, it’s found inside of Stakt. Definitely will be buying from here again, food is served fresh and quick, quality of the food is excellent.

90th birthday celebration....lovely room , food and service

Had a great time celebrating my mother's 70th birthday. Delicious food and amazing service from Veronica and Corbin!

We made an enquiry about whether they were available to take booking for 2 people, and they said they will, when we got there we found the lovely waitress had already reserved a table for me and my girlfriend. And the waitress was amazing in giving suggestions on what foods we would prefer based on our dietary preferences. And food itself was just delicious! The texture of my pasta and my girlfriend’s pizza were beyond excellent. I would defo recommend!

The food was delivered after two hours. The restaurant called and informed me that the food was cold and that they would be delivering it as is. When I asked to cancel the order because we didn’t want to eat cold food, they said they couldn’t cancel it. It is the restaurant's responsibility to ensure that the order is delivered in the condition it was made. Customers should not have to wait two hours for their order; they could have easily prepared a new one, which only takes about five minutes. If someone is hungry, they want to eat promptly, not after two hours. Additionally, Uber stated they couldn’t cancel the order, and they, too, delivered the cold food. This service is completely unacceptable and reflects extremely poor quality.

Just came here after I heard it being hyped for ages - thought it would be underwhelming as all hyped places - but oh my god the food was on point, customer service was really good - the owner think sheikh/hadiyar was really present, asad the cook showed cooking quality beyond his years - really nice place - fully recommend going to be back here real soon

Friendly staff, very clean throughout. Tea and BLACK AMERICANO are good, that's the main thing, lol. Cakes are also good.

Delighted it’s finally shut . the Owner knocked me for a £80 deposit and denied he had taken it . Even though my name was in the booking diary for 8 people. eventually found the actual receipt saying I had paid the deposit but couldn’t be bothered to return to the place to collect it. BUT DELIGHTED its shut - KARMA !!!

Normally go to yaprak(Eastcote) but thought I would give Istanbul a second try;called before visit to enquire about the “ special” ;Kleftiko;was it slow cooked;;;yes;ordered said dish;filth;seemed microwave heated;full of fat and so many chunky carrots should rename dish carrot casserole(needless to say I will no go back a third time;yaprak it is;beer was good;service good;pitta bread(?)presented with complimentary salad stone cold(yaprak give wa toasted bread and dips;fine details set the restaurants miles apart(Turkish v Greek?)

I love this place. We're regulars since moving to Ruislip and as they're open well after any other coffee place has closed, we get to enjoy it even more. The guys are very nice and attentive. The pastries are all delicious.

The lounge was doing a roaring trade in cream teas. I've been before and its excellent. The restaurant had 1 person dinning and 2 tables, other than ours, set up for bookings. 3 course set lunch at £32.95 offering all the roasts. We all had the lamb which was excellent, the vegetables were well cooked. The roast potatoes were rock hard, my fork could bearly break the skin, and my first attempt made it jump of the plate. The Yorkshire Pudding were cooked to death, perhaps days before. We all had the ice cream sundae. The ice cream had not been stored properly and had ice crystals in it, and the brownie was stale, presumably from a left over cream tea. Hawtrey's used to be really good, but looks like it has suffered from the times, with customers walking with their feet. Won't be coming back.

Such a cute little place where you get greeted with a lovely smile from the friendly staff. Have been here a few times and I can definitely recommend it big time. The food is amazing and definitely fair priced. One of the places to go in Ruislip Manor😊

The shop is permanently closed That’s unfortunate. It was a good spot that we discovered not so long ago. Wish them the best of luck for what’s next
