I have given 2 star to this place, purely for the food. That 2 star is for the food as the food is really good. When comes to service and hygiene is a zero. There was no interaction with the staff at all. Our table didn't look clean and I saw when customers leave, the staff just pick up all the cups, tray and tissue and throw them in the bin but never wipe the table. I don't think I'll dine at this place again. I'll just have a takeaway.

Order 10 piri piri chicken wings but there’s only 6 in pack . I called them to complaint but they didn’t bother much & said by mistake they give me wrong order . Bring it back & we check then we tell you what can we do . I didn’t ask them for more wings but at least they should apologies. Very poor behaviour by staff

Absolutely delicious food ! Yet again ! I have frequented this place for about 17 years , and I have to be careful with what I eat , I have not once ever had an issue , they are courteous/considerate/ are above and beyond with customer service, the food is delicious and well my burger that was very very yummy again today didn't even last 3 minutes (I think I should chewy food , I'm sure I inhaled it lol) mine and my families new go to place thank you for the very delicious food

Poor quality food. Made an order via UberEats. Orders Masala chips which everyone knows is chips tossed in sauce with various toppings. What I received was normal chips with peri peri salt on top. Also ordered a large kebab roll. One kebab was still pink and raw in the middle while the other one was burnt and crispy. Also wasn’t tasty at all. Would not recommend this place.

We often visit this fabulous restaurant but felt it was overdue for another review as I was disappointed to read some negative reviews. We have always received a warm welcome (as we did yesterday evening) no matter how long it’s been between visits. The food & customer service is excellent, for example I dropped some food on my top and began wiping off, but carried on eating etc. next minute our lovely server discreetly handed me a wet cloth, it’s the little things that count and bring us back time and again, along with the excellent food and cost.

The best resturant you ever can try is SHIRAZ. Thanks for your beautiful food , I can eat in Shiraz everyday 😇
