Panjeeri | Vegetarian Indian Restaurant & Sweet Centre - Hayes in Hillingdon

I have ordered the panipoori it’s all broken … how am I supposed to eat the broken one as well the tiki burger was not that much tasty as I expected… i have paid 14 pound on just eat I don’t think it was worth it

Lovely warm friendly family orientated place. Food is v tasty. We had allo prantha, gobi parantha and chole bhatuara and masala tea.

Initialy was reluctant to go there as there wasn't many opposition for jain food even tho it's pure Veg but tried couple of starters and must say was well impressed with real authentic Indian taste. Best of all pistachio waffles one must try it's absolutely delicious

Best vegetarian restaurant in hayes, the food is amazing, we’ve tried a lot of dishes from their menu over the past few months and each and every dish is cooked to perfection. You must try their noodle burger and malai chaap if you visit.

I ordered food first then I wait for at least 30 to 35 minutes then when I got my food, food is not fully cooked and the taste was also not that good even after their food I had stomach pain and the service is also bad I never visit again

Tasty food and very gud service

Their sweets are pretty tasty, however pani puri (water) and soya chaps are very bland and nothing close to authentic flavours. Their prices are also higher for the quality of food you get.

Good vegetarian restaurant. Recommend: Makki roti with saag. Average: Amritsari chole, kulcha and Salty Lassi. Would like to go back to try some more dishes.

The food was truly delicious. We are sampling dishes from various restaurants so that when my guests arrive from Australia and New Zealand, I can take them to our favorite restaurant. After trying their cholle bhature and noodles burger, we have decided that this restaurant is on our favorites list.

I didn't have the opportunity to try the meals at Panjeeri. There is no dine-in option available due to Diwali.

Good quality food,asked sbout thali,9 pounds,wanted water ,given a bottle ,asked if charge as wanted tap water.She wasn't happy got a look.Anyway water didnt turn up for a while,overall poor service dead inside,but once again food was ok not piping hot,roti was hot.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience here. Usually I like to support vegetarian restaurants so I don’t leave bad reviews but this one needed it. We came in at 10.30pm (bear in mind they advertise that they close at 11.30pm) and they told us they begin to close at 10.45pm. Found the staff standoffish when I was ordering and they didn’t know what a mendhu wada was. They could have suggested an alternative that may be similar but instead looked at me as though I was speaking to them in Chinese. We weren’t given cutlery, napkins or even plates until we asked. The staff stand there and stare at you (or daydream) but didn’t respond when we said “excuse me”. We ordered 3 things and only 1 came. The tea was not good. The spring rolls were just the Shana ones, but they were really greasy. When I was discussing the issues with who I think was the manager he didn’t come closer to me, but preferred I spoke to him across the restaurant, strange. He apologised when I raised the issues with him, but it was too late. The men’s bathroom smells genuinely terrible. Like old urine over a long time. Makes me worried about the cleanliness behind the scenes. Only realised at the end. Really confusing experience. I wouldn’t come back here at all unfortunately, which is a shame because I am local and like to support Indian owned, vegetarian restaurants.

We Visited the restaurant in September, very clean and tidy. However, the service was very slow with only 3 tables booked! We ordered dosa at lunchtime and first had to ask how long would it be for food as more than 20 minutes, the cashier went to the kitchen and bought 1 dosa portion not 2 as ordered! Had to wait another 10 minutes for 2nd dosa which was burnt. Overall, they weren’t very bothered about customer service and the service was too slow in not so busy lunch time! I cannot recommend it.

I asked for Makki roti and was asked “why not have our saag also”? My response “because very few places make good saag”! The server then said look at our reviews we have the best. Well if this guy thinks this saag is the best then I’d hate to imagine what the rest of their food tastes like. The saag looked gross and tasted even worse. Looked like henna with orange oil. I’m assuming the chef is not punjabi. The taste was dire! The Makki roti was soo thin and burnt all around the edges. Would I go again?!…. Never!!! Worst tasting food ever! Went straight in the bin!

Nice little spot of masala dosa

Amazing food!!! The paprichaat was my favourite. Was planning to eat one portion ended up eating 2. Loved the masala dosai and panipuri too. The waiters were friendly. Honestly recommend this place

Today we ordered masala dosa and the stuffing was not good. The potatoes doesn’t cooked properly and the sambar was literally water . And the dal makhni was soo bad and doesn’t taste good and the naans was so hard to eat

Brilliant vegetarian food and such good value for money. Would highly recommend palak paneer and daal makhani. The jeera aloo was more like plain aloo and could have been cooked a little more however food overall is great quality and affordable for the area. Fast becoming my local Indian spot! The restaurant is very nicely decorated too and they also do Indian sweets.

Everything we ordered was superb - chilli paneer, hara bhara kebab, dal makhni, bhindi…all authentically Indian. Plus quite reasonably priced. Service is a tad slow but that’s understandable as everything came out fresh and piping hot!
