Had take away chicken tandoori that was full of red colour that tasted awful There was no spicing at all ended up binning the lot Shall definitely not visit the place again,lost my £s for useless food

Had this restaurant provide the halal food for a large home gathering for 30+ people. The food went down well with all the guest. The staff prepared the food on time and helped put it all in the car. Would recommend them for future events too. Hope you found this review helpful 🙂

Inside isn’t appealing how food is authentic and you can’t go wrong with price and size. Always make sure your orders right before leaving the shop. Sometimes in busy periods you may get the wrong order. Cash only! Would recommend.

One of the best takeaways in Hayes (West London) . The main thing is that they don't do microwave oven. They make it fresh on the stove which tastes way better than microwave warm. I highly recommend this restaurant.

It's Friday today, and that means it's biryani time. No matter where I am, I will always look for a decent authentic Pakistani takeaway shop. Today, I'm in Hayes trying out a place called Zara. It is a small shop so there wasn't much seating. I ordered the chicken biryani, tandoori legs, and kebab roll. I honestly thought the rice could have been done better by adding more spices. Value for money and portion size were good. Service was slow as they were too busy. Better to call and place the order.

Naan are rubbish thr more like popadom than naan food uses to be good now has no flavour wobt be ordering here ever again

Food is always on point and great value for money too! 10/10 I'm there every weekend and the chicken and lamb briyani is 10/10!!!

Food is decent from zara1 staff is always giving good service

We have been doing takeouts from Zara 1 since a very long time now. The quality of the food never disappointed us, even though they are always so busy. Certain food I don’t much like from them such as chilly chicken, I just find it very different to the original authentic ones and loaded with red colour and their naans (though it’s fresh but as soon as we reach home and red to eat it starts turning hard. (Not that we live very far from the place) But their biryanis, jalfrezis and tandoori chicken is just yum. I also noticed their set Ramzaan iftar menu which is just for £18.50 and will be enough for 4 people and will include (chicken jalfrezi, lamb Karahi, samosa, mix veg, naan and biryani and one more starter i can’t remember. It’s commendable they have made it so affordable for everyone by adding so much varieties for just a reasonable cost. I just cannot wait to order them for 1 of the iftars.

Back home style but Food magnificent

My experience is worst with Zara the quality of the food was worst and taste was extremely bad , I did ordered for the first time even I have ordered gajar ka halwa they did charge for that but they haven’t given us . Overall , the restaurant food is not eatable it should be close they are fooling people . Disgusting !

I didn't like the chicken biriyani as it was very dry & the chicken pieces were undercooked. Not biriyani flavour at all. Do not recommend to anyone & never again going back to buy any food.

Very poor meat quality I bought lamb curry which very hard it seems it was beef curry very hard meat couldn't break with ny hands also mix grill very disappointing chicken tikka was smelling very bad and kabab no taste too much fat and very dry definitely something was mixed in meat not going again

I love this take away shop it is one of my favourite restaurant in hayes town. The food is always fresh and delicious. I normally have chicken biryani and lamb curry these are the top 2 dishes. The prices are very reasonable and inexpensive. I definitely recommend to anyone wish to eat out

A humble restaurant in West London (Hayes) that offers a great tasty Pakistani food for a low budget. The food is spicy, I always go for "Chicken biryani" as It's my favourite and It's only for £3. I would recommend you to go there around 4:00pm or 9:00pm to be served quickly without any need to wait, unlike midday, you'd be waiting in a massive queue while you wouldn't find any space where you can eat in as well. (This has been my favourite Pakistani restaurant since my first day in London back in 2018).
