Cinnabon in Hillingdon

Cinnabon is no longer at this location. We travelled quite a way to come and try it and found just a per trip station with an empty Cinnabon stall.

It’s permanently closed even though online it still says open till 10pm. Wasted journey don’t bother going

It was closed. Wasted journey. I believe they may have shut down as the petrol station, Greggs, subway, mini Asda and Sbarro pizza were all open.

so yummy i go here all the time! hopefully it never closes 😞

Cinnabon are amazing and it's disappointing that there aren't more retail outlets in the UK. That said, this shop is really nice and is located inside a petrol station. The highlight of the visit was the lady working behind the counter who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She is very hard working and clearly enjoys her job (give her a pay rise!). She explained all the different choices and drinks. Excellent customer service

The woman who served us was so sweet and lovely. She got us proper fresh cinnabons - we grabbed a multibox of classic and chocolate, and she got us 2 fresh big single cinnabons. She also gave us a sample of the cinnachips which were nice, so will grab some next time! Very nice.

This is a lovely place to buy take away cinnamon rolls. I wish they can open more branches in the south.

First time I had cinnabon in the UK and would definitely go back.

0 ratings, raised a complaint online and heard nothing back. Went to the store to buy 15 and they refused to sell me a box told me I’d have to buy 15 individually - even though they sell a 15 box bundle. Served by Shaun who always tries to do his best not to provide good customer service. Asked for the manager and was presented with a person who pretended to be a manager and didn’t give me their name

The biscoff milkshake and the cinnabon!! Both were Marvellous!! 😋😋 Definitely going to visit again. :))

Sometimes the larger cinnabons can be too sweet but they’re still so yummy anyways!! The staff are really nice too.

The lady who served me, Sandeep, was very kind and food was fresh and very tasty, like back home.

Food is nice but the staff aren’t the nicest. I asked for a lotus biscoff bun and was given a standard. Once I asked for my original order he replied “you should’ve told me - it’s a bit late now”

Try to order last night about 9.00pm on just east. They declined the Oder twice, so I went there as it’s only 5 to 8 min drive ? Got there mans cleaning up 9.16pm and they close. This happen few times mabe change your timing on Google then. And always out of stock.

My first try of Cinnabon and I was blown away. By far the best Cinnamon Buns I've ever tasted.

I just visited the Heathrow Cinnabon branch and the manager was really helpful and sweet. The cinnabons I ordered tasted amazing and please expand to more places in London as I took a long commute to make it there. Thank you for the amazing service and hopefully see u soon more around London. ❤️

Yummy Cinnabon mini store. Its located at a petrol station in the muddle of nowhere, but needs must. And we were dying for some cinnamon rolls so worth the drive. Nowhere to sit, just take away

It’s something I’ve tried for the first time, buns were fresh and tasty, but this is one of those things which you enjoy once and die🤣 sugar overload is just enough for whole life. Very tasty tho. But super sweet 🫢

Surprisingly good for a petrol station concession. They make them fresh right there which I was surprised about. But yeah, if you’ve had Cinnabon before, then you’ll know what to expect. If you haven’t then here is as good a place as any to try. You won’t be disappointed… unless you don’t like cinnamon.

Until now I was very happy with my weekly treat. However they have reduced the portion sizes and trying to tell me that’s standard size. I asked for more nuts and was told if I paid 50p extra I could have them. Bearing in mind I’m paying £4 for a bun I think that’s extortionate. Especially as they reduced the size (don’t tell me you haven’t) and then say it’s the normal size.

I have been served twice now by such a lovley young lady by the name of Huda (pls forgive me if I spelled it wrong) such an amazing aura about her, helpfully in every way, polite and a customer services second to none she whent that extra mile which really meant alot to me and she didn't have to. She is an asset to yourselves!

Crowded, but staff okay, did not buy petrol ascto expensive, just becouse close to M4 is no reason to charge more and take advantage of motorists.

This place is very friendly, the service is amazing, the treat is wonderful. They are very welcoming and one person in particular called Sandeep has made our experience enjoyable and we won't stop coming.

Horrible experience - bought a too good to go bag, drove 8 miles here to collect and was told that the bags were already given away. I explained that I bought a bag and drove all the way here and was told it’s too good to go’s fault! I told them that the store is in control of how many bags are on too good to go and that it’s the stores responsibility for the amount of bags available to purchase and they just told me they couldn’t do anything. I’m really disappointed with the service I received! Well, lack there of. Wasted £6, fuel and my time for nothing!

Excellent service by Poonam and another Asian staff member, the buns were extremely fresh and tasty! Slightly expensive but acceptable as a treat now and again.. oh and they offer a blue light discount which I think is 10% so that’s a huge plus !! 10/10 for food quality and service.

I love Cinnamon and haven't had it outside of the US before. Pleased it was just as tasty. Wish there was a branch closer to me

I've been eating this food for years and it does not disappoint. Those yummy Cinnabon buns are the best!!
