Chaii Master® Hayes in Hillingdon

I have given 2 star to this place, purely for the food. That 2 star is for the food as the food is really good. When comes to service and hygiene is a zero. There was no interaction with the staff at all. Our table didn't look clean and I saw when customers leave, the staff just pick up all the cups, tray and tissue and throw them in the bin but never wipe the table. I don't think I'll dine at this place again. I'll just have a takeaway.

Recently, Chai Master’s customer service has been really disappointing. The staff don’t seem to know how to treat customers properly. Either they need better training or new people who actually care about the job. It’s frustrating, especially after visiting so often with friends and colleagues.

Chae Master is my absolute go-to spot for aloo parathas—I just can’t get enough of them! They’re perfectly cooked, flavorful, and hit the spot every single time. If you’re a fan of parathas, this place is a must-try. Highly recommend!

Very very stale cakes! They are just sitting out in a window and they are not covered. Collecting dust in the window, people go and stare at the cakes, cough on them and what not. Very disappointing and overpriced. You don’t get what you pay for.

i was very pleased with the customer service, i accidentally left a note about seperate sauce for chips....but they included them anyway! Shows they read the notes. Great food and service

We tried the milk cake and honestly it’s like Egg free cake box with a biscuit on top. The usual standard flavourless unnecessary sweetness of the overload of cream! Don’t go here, walk across the street and go chaiiwala instead.

Staff not very friendly, entered the shop no customers, didn’t even greet, I aksed for WiFi password they said no WiFi password this is absolutely unacceptable how can the chai / Coffee shop not have WiFi for customers that should be the main selling point for customers

Really disappointed with the service here. The lady who was serving was very rude despite me having to wait 15 minutes for a chai and aloo paratha. They weren’t busy and when I asked how much longer my order will be as it’s been 15 minutes she was arguing saying it’s only been 14 minutes not 15. She stood there arguing with me instead of apologising. Then she asked me whether I ordered a regular or large chai and instead of checking the receipt she gave me a regular chai. To be honest their regular sized cup is actually a small size cup. If they want to make money they need to ensure their customer service and food is of excellent quality. I will definitely go elsewhere and would recommend others to go somewhere else too!

Karak Chai is so good , I have tried honey and saffron flavour loved both !! They have more flavours too !! Samosa chaat is a must try , authentic street food! Can’t wait to try more items !!

Absolutely horrible. Guy at till was nice just when I turned rude. Until then no one doing nothing. baking team was slow as any thing. Just one takeaway wrap took like half an hour. If someone has half an hour there isn’t any point ordering takeout.

Would you like some chai with your sugar? Very nice rich tasting, creamy chai but despite various options on the menu, no option to have without sugar. Tasted about 4 teaspoons equivalent of sugar in each cup. Sugar can be added to taste so I don't understand why that choice is taken away from customers. Nice place, though. Oh, just seemed a bit pricey, also; West End prices.

Had sandwich, burger, chana & Puri and Aloo parathas. Sandwich, burger were ok. Chana puri and aloo paratha werent that tastey. Service is ok but not that engaging.

The food didn’t taste fresh, the chicken in the sandwich tasted like it was cooked day before and kept in the fridge and they just added mayo it had a old tasting smell. I didnt like any of it to be honest it could of been much better. The oil needs to be changed regularly for the chips. The behari kebab bites tasted weird. I think the business will go down fast if they dont soend money on ingredients and maje the items fresh. I dont normally write reviews but I felt I could of made better at home. Disappointing!

The food was good. Nice and clean store, however I think they could have cleaned the tea dispenser a little bit more. I was VERY dissapointed withthe service. I walked in on 17/06/24 morning time and both colleagues saw me walk in. They did not even think to acknlowedge me at first but when they did, they continued working. I waited for almost 5-6 minutes before being served. One was prepping food while the other was stiring a large pot. When a customer walks in, its best to acknowledge them and let them know that you will be a few moments. I had no problems in waiting but the fact that I was not acknowledged, its poor customer service. Then, when collecting my food when it was ready - the person behind the till did not even say "you're food is ready" - all I heard was "here" and the order was put on the counter for me to collect. After asking him kindly if they would cover the tea with cling film, they did so. However, he didn't acknowledge my request or say "Yes" or anything. Seems like he wasn't too happy with a SIMPLY request. However, the food was really nice. But I will not be returning as a customer. I'm really sorry.

I was there on chand raat. First they don’t care that the customer is waiting for order the food Anyhow one old man can uncle type and he took my order as a takeaway . after long wait when the food came and when we open the package it was unavailable Every was totally rubbish and tasteless. To be honest it was just waste of money and wast of time. They don’t know what is customer service Rude behaviour and rubbish staff . Will not recommend at all.

Was looking forward to trying this new place out but was rather disappointed. Very cramped and people hovering around tables. The tea tasted overcooked and had a bitter aftertaste. The coffee cake also had a bitter aftertaste.

It is a pity that the Karak coffee and chai tea are overly sweet, with no options for no sugar or even just a normal coffee if the Karak or chai tea without sugar isn't possible. Otherwise, the food is nice, and the staff and premises are welcoming.

When coming into the shop there was no helpful service, we had to get up and get the menu ourselves, no communication from the staff, the food took ages to arrive. Only good thing about this place is the music so I would definitely not recommend

The person on the service desk was highly rude, I have asked for the fresh cake and he said what’s infront of you is fresh but I could see it was not covered behind the glass it was open,and it’s unhygienic. instead of helping me with my request he was giving me an example of other cafes in central London that their cakes are in open place as well.i would never recommend to anyone to go there.im disappointed.and finally he said some people have problem.thats what you don’t expect when you’re in service industry.

What is going on with this place? We just found another foreign object in our food. This time, what appears to be a piece of plastic wrapping paper, likely from the cheese used in the breakfast muffin. Unbelievable.

I didn't have a chance to try Chaimaster. When I went there today, I noticed three staff members, but none of them seemed to be in the mood to serve. One of them was occupied with filling up on straws between 5-5:30 PM.

I always order from you guys but this time you forgot to put the chai please make sure in future to check your orders

The panner tikka wrap was mouthwatering and it's was nicely cooked smoky flavoured . Then the wrap was freshly mad, I recommend all guys visit southall branch and taste district food items

Came to the Hayes branch for the first time today as I found out it was open the other day I was actually quite surprised , i was served by this girl with black hair make up on beautiful face and she gave me really amazing customer service she was smiley , made sure i got my customised food order made correctly. I didnt have to wait too long although the store was really busy. I was struggling with my toddler she even helped me put my push chair next to the table. I will post the pictures of the girl im sorry because i dont know her name but need more people like her

Food was really tasty, friendly staff and you can find parking nearby easily. Worth trying club sandwitch, behari kebab bites, dynamite fries and masala tea.

Quality and portion size has definitely changed, for the worst. We also found (and bit into) three whole cardamom pods within the chickpea curry.

I got take away for breakfast - paratha, cholay and omelette. It was really good. I then went to eat it. That was really great. The Street chips, club sandwich and chicken bun kebab were amazing. The servers were helpful and friendly. Kids options were good too, including Nutella paratha. Toilets are really clean and wheelchair/pushchair friendly and accessible. Overall I'll certainly be a regular.

We visited the Southall branch today which looked good and clean. We were short on time so decided on a cold drink with a slice of cake. Unfortunately we waited 40mins for 2 slices of cake which the lady behind the till was not displayed in the window but they infact were & tbh I think the one I had had gone off under the strong lights and direct sunlight in the window. Not only very disappointing but also unwell from this visit

I was extremely disappointed with the service that I received in the Southall branch as a paying customer from one of your staff members. I came into the store on the 20/04/24 in the afternoon for some tea and snacks with my family. My 4 yr old daughter who has Type 1 Diabetes was refused to use the toilet( basic human right) by a young lady who would not give her name. She said the floor was wet but the customer who had been sitting there for half an hour said no one had cleaned the toilets while he's been there. The girl who had light eyes, hair tied back with an strong Indian accent not only was rude, agrumentitive with terrible mannerisms and customer service but lied to me. She opened the toilet room door to show me one drop of water on the side of the floor to which I have photos/proof that the floor was not wet, in fact very safe for customers to use. There was no wet floor signs up either! This member of staff will definitely effect your business in the future as customers will simply stop visiting your store and go elsewhere unfortunately.

Thought I would give this place a try, and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered alloo paratas, which were tasty. They came with a mint sauce. Karak chai and pink chai. Both were nice, and my mum, who us fussy, ate her paratas and drank the tea without complaining once.

Popped into London for the weekend and decided on a desi breakfast on the way back.. to say I was impressed is an understatement, everything was AMAZING

Great kashmiri tea (nuts are an extra 40p). The samosa chaat was also delicious - great channa that didn't require much chutney for flavoring and crispy samosa that stayed crunchy while eating

TOO EXPENSIVE Staff are polite and helpful in explaining and recommending menu items, they seem to work well together and it’s a good staff vibe that reflects in the overall atmosphere. The tea was very nice, but the chilli paneer wrap wasn’t great, all it was paneer chunks with chill sauce dumped over it. I was hoping for more effort like it being actually marinated and the colour and texture just tasted straight out a packet into a wrap, but of a let down, unless it was described on the menu as “paneer with chilli sauce” then it’s a great wrap and the expectation wouldn’t be so high.

Went there today with friends Had Karak Chaii and vegetables punjabi samosa Staff was very polite and welcoming Punjabi samosa they made fresh , crispy and tasty.

We've ordered a few times in the last week and a half due to a recent house move, and have found a severe lack of quality control. Depending on the day you order, the standard of cooking and portion size will vary drastically. As an example, the channa pot will be filled 2/3 of the way one day, and the next it will be sent barely half full and swimming in oil. Unacceptable for £8 a pot!

Welcoming staff, we had the Karak chaii and Karak coffee and this has now become a stop on our weekend walks. Lovely flavours, not too sweet or overpowering. Decent price, we would recommend.

Ordered chana and halwa portion for take away charged 200gm & £6 each -£12 paid . Chana quantity is very very less for £6.00. Only 200gm , for £6 should be at least should be 500gm box. But chai master selling only 200gm channa curry more than the price of chicken curry. Not recommended for take away. Attached pics

Hit and miss at times with chai and coffee. Last time I came here karak chai and karak coffee was the worst I have ever had. There are many chai places around the area and for the price you can go to southall with better options.

Love the food at this place, excellent chai, fries, club sandwiches and anday wala burger. Their chocolate pudding is also very nice. I have only one complaint regarding the service hygiene practice, the other day there was one girl at the counter who was sneezing continously and used the same hands without wiping or washing to put the lid on chai cup and handed over to the customer. We have had finished our chai and burgers already and this girl didn't serve us, she came later, else I wouldn't have taken food from her hands. Also, the food is a bit overpriced.
