This was not our first choice restaurant staying in Uxbridge this evening but the food and service was excellent.

We did our son's birthday there and it was great, the service and the food were perfect. With so many children being children (lol), they didn't lost their smile one single time, always kind and ready to support with our parents request. A special thanks to Aya, who was serving us that night.

First impressions were great. Although a little sceptical due to all the vacant tables: I just put it down to it being fairly early. The staff were friendly and helpful but as soon as I saw my cannelloni, I knew it wasn’t going to taste nice. It tasted and looked like it had been rewarmed a few times! The spinach was dry! We have all ended up with what I can only describe as food poisoning. Such a shame but won’t be going back and I’ve been to a few Bella Italia’s.

what a waste of time! I went there with my girlfriend and we have waited for our orders to come for an hour. after an hour when orders came (really cold pizza) our drinks still did not came even though we warned them multiple times..unbelievable management. groups of people suffered from same issue and some of them left the place before their orders came. i dont want even walk in front of this place. they ruined our friday night.

Disappointed by our visit recently here. We went to order a pre meal drink only to be told that all beers were out of stock with only 1 brand remaining. We begrudgingly order 3 of these bottles only to be told they only had 2 and that we were more than welcome to order from the expensive wine menu or an even more expensive cocktail menu. Again begrudgingly, and at additional expense, my wife ordered a white wine. As the food came out my wife wanted to order another wine only to be told this had also ran out! This was all very frustrating and the only explanation was that ‘it was a busy weekend’ we went on a Tuesday night!! Can not fault the food, although was very slow coming out in a nearly empty restaurant, but would be very hesitant to go back here again.

First impressions… the restaurant was messy, lots of vacant tables but all still covered in dirty plates etc… I was instantly nervous. A gentleman said he would clear us a table which he did and then gestured us over to sit. After quite a wait we went and found menus ourselves as we weren’t given any. When our waitresses arrived she was polite and friendly however no rose wine and no coffees left both adults disappointed. By this point I was very nervous and wondering if we should go elsewhere. The food all arrived quickly and was as expected apart from my daughter’s pasta which was swimming in an inch of water.. this was however quickly dealt with. Despite my low rating for the above reasons this will remain a positive experience for us due to the lovely waitress who went out of her way to make our meal special especially for our daughter Bella who was celebrating her birthday. The waitress even went running to a neighbouring restaurant to get candles to add to her dessert. On the way home my husband commented that her hard working and positive attitude was carrying the men who were working and who seemed disinterested and work shy.

Family run restaurant and it shows, excellent as always!

I took my partner and her sister for lunch and I have to say that the food was really palatable and very well priced. Staff were friendly attending to us to make sure we didn’t have to wait. The courses arrived in good time. A special mention to the lovely staff especially Chloe. Will call again, for an evening session!

Didn't even get a chance to try the food, as were seated and we quickly realised that there was only 1 server covering the whole restaurant floor. We were left sitting for 10/15 mins with no-one coming over to take even a drinks order, so we left and went elsewhere. The management should be embarrased to leave one poor girl on her own to serve the whole restaurant. I would have walked out with us if I was her!

Was there for a quick bite during supper time. Love the pizza we ordered and enjoy the food very much. We had an overall enjoyable experience. The ambiance and food were lovely, and I appreciate the effort the team puts into ensuring a great dining atmosphere for the diners. During my visit, I requested for tap water, but it took a few reminders to receive it. While I understand how busy the staff can be, timely service for such simple requests would enhance the overall dining experience even further.

Ordered a tomato pasta for delivery and it came dryer than a desert with minimal sauce only covering a small layer of pasta at the bottom. Cheese felt extremely artificial like cardboard and rubbery at the same time.

We,three older people, chose Bella Italia in order to sit outside on the sunny side of the street so that we could enjoy the autumn sunshine. One of us ordered Spaghetti Carbonara which arrived with dry spaghetti and a few scattered pieces of bacon on the top, no sauce and bearing no resemblance to the dish we often make at home or eat in other restaurants. The spaghetti was not freshly cooked and was dry. We sent it back and referred to the menu which said " An Italian favourite featuring bacon lardons, tossed with spaghetti in a creamy sauce with Italian cheese and black pepper" It was returned with a scant watery "sauce" beneath the spaghetti. The second person ordered a pizza with mushrooms on top. The pizza looked reheated with meagre tomato on the base and cheese. A few dried out cooked mushrooms adorned the top of the pizza. Pretty mediocre taste too. I ordered spinach and ricotta canneloni which was insipid and saved only by the rich tomato sauce on top and around the sides. The cheese and spinach hardly had taste, with no salt, nutmeg or the usual flavourings. Coke from the tap £3.39 house white about £6.00 The saving grace was the friendly obliging person who served us. Thankfully we had a discount card which saved us 20% on the price. I tipped the person who served us in cash, making sure that they received the tip. Normally we would add 10% to the bill total to be distributed to all involved. When we returned the carbonara the manager had complained to the person serving us that the dried out spaghetti with bacon and no sauce was the way the dish was usually served. Never again!!

Absolutely disappointed with this company , let me apply and gave me a interview over the phone then told me I had the job then it came to the day I was suppose to go in and I’m ignored 3 days up to that then get a calling saying we don’t need you no more ! I’ve turned away jobs for this now let with nothing !

We were there on 14/09/2024 there. Extraordinary amazing Food we got on Table no. 23. Service was brilliant. Hardworking people especially a Lady setting the table & chairs in evening time. Nice atmosphere create by the whole staff collectively.

I visited this evening and was asked by a staff member whether I booked the table, we said no and she made a face and gave a look as if we asked for free food. Then she offered us the worst corner small table which you would normally avoid. When asked if she can offer us another table as there were 8-9 of them empty, she rudely responded all of them are booked when they were about to close in another hour. We just left without having dinner and the staff clearly didn’t bother to ask. Disappointing Service.

I went here last night and wasn’t happy at all with the service/staff. We chose to go for the set menu and wanted to order 3 courses however, staff members were all over the place and food took a long time to arrive. We felt very rushed like they wanted us out there asap ! After the main course the lady came over to take the plates and we asked if we can order desserts and she said no because they are closing. She asks her colleague (male) if it’s ok for us to order he just simply says “no”. Not an apology or anything or atleast let us know that you’re closing soon & that it’s last orders Incase we wanted something. Disappointing!!

We arrived near closing time and the waiter Filip was still very welcoming. Brilliant customer service, amazing food. Headchef Alan personally came and asked how the food was and even when the kitchen was closed asked if we’d like dessert which was very thoughtful. Would highly recommend for any friend or family group. Great experience.

Review for Bella Italia Uxbridge I visited Bella Italia Uxbridge on 5th of August '24 and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience with the food. I ordered the cheeseburger, which was completely inedible. The patty tasted like plastic, and the fries were a mix of uncooked and cold pieces. The coffee was also far below expectations. On a positive note, the staff were nice and welcoming, which made the situation a bit more bearable. Despite their friendly service, the quality of the food was a major letdown. I ended up paying almost £19 for a meal I couldn't eat. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant based on my experience, and I don't plan to return.

Food was very nice. We chose dishes from the set menu. Cocktails were very good too. Service was very quick and efficient. Filip served us. He was very friendly and polite. He had very good attention to detail too. He asked my nephew and his girlfriend who are 21 for ID for the cocktails incase they were underage. Very efficient. Will def return soon.

We had a disappointing experience at Bella Italia. We ordered the Funghi pasta without chicken, but what we got was soupy and unappetizing. The pasta was chopped into small pieces and didn't even resemble a proper dish. As for the pizza, we requested one without chicken and ham, to be replaced with buffalo mozzarella. What we received was a stale pizza with mushrooms and buffalo mozzarella—nothing else. There was no other cheese, and the taste was terrible. It was hard to eat and a major letdown. To top it off, no one bothered to check on us or ask how our food was. The lack of attention added to the disappointing experience. Overall, the food quality was really poor, and the service was lacking. We won't be returning.

Our server Lauren at uxbridge Bella Italia was absolutely amazing she was so friendly and listened to our requests i have truly never had a better server. The food was amazing and was really enjoyable, our drinks where also great and we received a great recommendation to witch we accepted and were not disappointed.

Ordered food via deliveroo. Only side dish delivered. Driver drove off - not his problem. Tried calling the restaurant for 30 minutes, no one picks up, no answering service. Lost £16 and will no longer trust this restaurant to fulfil a simple order.

Sad to say, I had a terrible experience. To be honest, I went many times to Bella Italia even though Italian friends said it wasn't worth it. The waiting time was always too long, but I kind of liked the food. This time, the waiting time wasn't too bad but the quality and the taste of the food...awful. From starter to dessert, even the coffee, everything tasted just wrong. I had the Tastecard so I went crazy and ordered double of everything, just to try as many dishes as my son and I could. We ordered calamari, flatbreads, 2 types of pasta and 2 desserts and gosh, I couldn't finish anything and not because of the size of the portions. The calamari were undercooked, the flatbread (which I ordered without cheese and received with cheese) was too oily, the pastas didn't taste of anything and the desserts were absolutely crap. On top of the disappointment of all this food, and the service which was cold and impersonal, I paid more than £50, considered that, thanks to my Tastecard, I should have paid 1 instead of 2 meals. I took some time to count it all and yes, it was right, which means that everything is just too expensive. £9 for the calamari alone, £17 for the gamberoni pasta. Even the espresso (£3) had black bits in it. Disgusting. Overall, a very bad experience and i doubt I will be back.

I've been once here with colleagues. Ordered the less ridiculous dish. Had to leave the table earlier to run to the office toilet. A simple pasta took me straight to diarrea. I am Italian and this place should be banned from the Earth

Myself and my wife had booked a table for four people on Thursday 23of May for 7-30 pm for 01/06/24.When we arrived we were left to waite for 15 minutes .When the waiter eventually came to us we told him our table was booked .He told us as they were short staffed he was closing the Restaurant. He then rudely turned several people away.Our night was ruined will never use Bella Italia again.
