Hot House Pizza is honestly the best pizza place around. From the dough and the homemade sauce to the toppings,everything is so fresh and tasty. Great value for money. I have been back here many times and will continue to do so,I eat in,take out also get delivery. Very clean and the staff are friendly,professional and helpful. Great atmosphere . Great tasty Pizzas :) Never had a complaint.

Hi yesterday had pizza collected but it was not good at all. I do not what was wrong but has no tase and there was hardly any cheese, and yet it was the same price as from Pizza Express for collection. I would not go there again.

12" Desi chicken, very nice & filling, struggled to finish but was determined.

I order a pizza one hour ago He said you will get your pizza within 45 minutes after 40 minutes i call to hot house and A person told me Delivery boy will reach within 5 minutes at your place then after 30 minutes of wait i don’t get my pizza then i call them again and they said we dont have your order very bad service I m not happy ….. Never known a pizza without a spread of tomato Italian sauce, and then you supply a very hot chilli sauce, which is not suited to ham and pineapple or a Margarita pizza. A Pizza is Italian and should be kept that way, no English or any other interpretation, otherwise rename your style and don't mislead by calling it a Pizza.

Great pizza along with other products such as chicken nuggets, fries and much more, it is a great choice as they have their own choices suck as hot house special, meat feast, chicken special, kebab special and much more, in general, the food is great, the service is wonderful, nice and easy to talk to, besides that, the atmosphere is really modern and cozy.

Awesome place. Pizzas are massive and heavy and spicy and full of desi Indian flavors. Loved the place. Staff is always a bit overwhelmed because of the orders but they are fast and efficient and attentive.

One of the famous pizza 🍕 stores that offers a generous discount for an extra large pizza 🍕. The store smells of baked pizza 🍕 herbs and spices. As far as I could tell the store is very busy. There is a small seating area in the shop but most of their business is takeaway and home delivery. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

One of the best pizza’s I’ve had, thin and crispy. Garlic bread with cheese and green chillies was good aswell. Threw in a few dips for free aswell can’t fault it. Will definitely return again

pizza was soggy and not to the usual standard, pizza boxes were wet and damaged and when reaised concern to the driver his response was " don't worry about it " really disappointed and hopefully this was a one off

Asked for extra olives and mushrooms to be added on a chicken supreme pizza instead received a over loaded veg pizza. 4th time they messed up the order, tried complaining to the owner and he made up excuses.

I belong to a sports club and we planned a "pizza party" after our last event of the year (on Sunday 3/12/2023) - ordered 10 x 18" pizzas. I rang up Sat evening to place the order as we wanted to ensure delivery for 1pm on the Sunday. They called back on Sunday 11am to confirm the order. Pizzas were delivered promptly at 1pm. All our members were very happy with the pizzas and dips (BBQ Chicken, BBQ Meat Lover, Meat Feast, Hawaiian & Veg Supreme) and none was left over! Excellent customer service from the delivery guy, and also Hothouse who added a couple of bottles (1.5L) of soft drink free. Will be happy to order from them again next year!

Delivery was ages late. Contacted the restaurant few times sometimes no signal. When order arrived was incomplete ascordered can coke and got bottled Pepsi👍

The reception lady is too rude.She doesn't know how to deal with the customers. She's not porfessional at all.

Worst service. Zero customer services. I was waiting for pizza more than 1 and half an hour. 2 times call the restaurant. After finishing estimated delivery time. They sent a text, your order is cancelled. Avoid this place. Ridiculous people, no work ethics.

Second time I have ordered, first time they did make an error and sent the wrong order but quickly corrected it and delivered straight away. Pizzas are fresh, tasty and still hot on delivery.

All are good specially for service by manpreet singh I really like it because his talking view is awesome and really good.

First time ordering from here. Although the pizza was nice it was very bland..no flavour at all. No spice at all Garlic bread was burnt Chips just about cooked. Wouldn't order from here again. Shame really as I'd heard good things about this place

Service could improve drastically, ordered a pizza on the website. They didn't start cooking it till we got there! Even then I had to ask the guy if the order was on. The pizza itself was good.

The best pizza, gets really busy so order on the phone and collect. Parking is awful at peak times you have to park on the side walk or on road.

Absolutely ridiculous these guys, we spent £40 with them and they did not send a few items of food which were all part of the deal, when i called the guy had the cheek to say to me dont worry we will give you a free pizza next, there really isn't going to be a next you cannot charge me for food you havent delivered and expect I'll order from you again. The delivery driver was good however and apologetic as he saw we had guests and children were ready to have their dinner, the guys who took the order however have no regard for even admitting their mistake- instead trying to convince me to order again and no refund given back. These people also need to learn how to speak english to take their orders, basic instructions like half & half were not understood, an absolute waste of money and more importantly we didn't receive the pizzas we had ordered!!! Be warned never order from here they will try and con you!!!!!

I always get my pizza from here. But we found 2 hairs baked into the pizza. This is absolutely disgusting and we are never going to order from here ever again. Do not recommend. Avoid!

Order large pizza but they charged me XL and also paid £1.40 extra just for adding green peppers. Substandard quality hardly any chicken you can count the small pieces of chicken waste of money Low-quality cheese is not worth of money spoiled my weekend dinner

Ordered pizzas for a party of 25 and they were amazing. Ali and the rest of the staff were so accommodating to our needs as we wanted a few without onion and garlic. Everyone enjoyed the pizzas. Great customer service by sunny. Best desi pizza in the local area. Also put loads of toppings and variety for vegetarians.

Food is always yum, good place for takeaway. It’s quick if you order by calling.

Visiting London and stayed nearby, Hot House was the only place open for takeaway when we got back. Staff were helpful and friendly. Ordered a 15”half/half for 2 of us and can’t fault it. Pizza was lush and great value, enough left for breakfast and lunch on the drive home the next day. Defo be back if we’re ever in Hayes again 😋

We was really looking forward to the chilli paneer pizza but the ginger and garlic overpowered every topping. Maybe use less because they're two very strong flavours. The vegetarian pizza and paneer pizza were both great. These guys are very generous with the amount of toppings they put on. We also ordered the chilli chips and the spice level was perfect and really tasty. Overall, we really liked the desi style pizza's and they're reasonably priced. Great touch with the garlic and chilli sauce tubs, much better than the standard garlic herb dips.

This place is a better version of all those guys who try to fake foreign dishes. This place is not just an underdog. It's a white crow of Hindu fusion . The "New Desi Garlic bread" I ordered is a legend. The only flaw it has is that it disappears to fast from the plate... I thought it's an average Hindu... I was totally wrong. The food is A+. This tiny place is GOOD class if you know what you order.
