Hattons Fish Bar in Hillingdon

Today i took a vegetarian hot pizza from Hattons fish bar the pizza was very delicious and also the chips with the peri peri salt were actually fresh and tasty also the staff members are very friendly and nice thankyou for this wonderful service i wanna try again ☺️

Pizzas are the best and really good value 2 for 17 for 15 inches

My experience with Hattons fish bar was far from what one may expect from a chippy unfortunately, A week ago my mother placed a bad review on their website as she is a food critic and thats her job about their food and how awful it is and how they almost made her sick due to her celiac disease .. I went in their this afternoon and they refused me service due to a bad review a Childish and illegal move 😒

Hands down the best fish and chips I’ve had in a long time! The fish was perfectly crispy on the outside, flaky and tender on the inside, and the chips were just the right balance of crunchy and fluffy. But what really took it to the next level were the mushy peas—absolutely out of this world! And let’s not forget the chilli sauce—next level flavor with the perfect kick. On top of the amazing food, the service was fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for top-quality fish and chips, this is the place to go. Can’t wait to come back!

Scratch the public apology, the food is disgusting! Kebab meat is NOT supposed to resemble raw chicken, quite frankly I wouldn't even serve that to an enemy I deem worthy of torture,... Twice in 2 weeks the food has been entirely inedible, the customer service or lack there of is astonishing, and they are supposed to be under new management??? Personally I think they should be under strict scrutiny from environmental health and food standard's agency ! over priced under cooked inedible and if you comment / complain or request a refund for inedible food ( or post a truthful review they ban you for the privilege, so yeah erm .... There is another kebab shop just a little further up , I advise you to head there instead as an add from my last review 3 yrs ago, service is no better , ordered an American classic hot dog after checking the just eat menu .. which was changed shortly after , received a sausage in a bun with the paper squashed into the bun and sauces which ended up with paper shreds in it ... Was missing the 'crispy' onions changed shortly to chopped onions (which one would expect to be cooked not raw ) and when I asked forthe correct order not only did they handle my food without gloves but handed me back the same food after dumping raw onions on it .. my son works in food service I should have received a fresh one ! I think a visit from environmental health is in order

I was craving fish and chips and Hattons didn’t disappoint. The portion sizes were good and everything tasted amazing right down to the mushy peas! Will definitely order again when I’m in the mood. Many thanks!

The batter wasn’t crispy, was very soggy, they obviously hadn’t made it fresh and the chips tasted off and now I feel sick. I don’t like putting another businesses down but for the price too they charge is too much especially if they put out such poor quality food.

Ordered large rock samon fish but they gave stale fish instead. Totally disappointed with the taste as it was so fouly in taste and was'nt fresh at all. Totally wasted my 13 pounds never gonna order from this place and won't even recommend to other's.

All the order was packed sideways in the Same Bag, the Burgers where all fallen sideways. The Vegetarian Food was packed with Meat Food where the Paper Wrapping was Soiled, the Chips looked & Smelt as they where cooked in the same Oil as the Fish.

I ordered a large mixed kebab on just eat and when I received it it was it looked like a small also the food was flat like a heavy item was put on top.also salad was non existent. Never again will I order from them and I won't recommend them to anyone

Go in there regularly and have to say I've never had a bad experience. Really friendly staff. Fish and chips is top notch. I would say best in the area.

The food is not what's in the pictures on this Google page. Very overpriced, chips underdone and just tasteless, and the wait is long.

The worst fish and chips I’ve ever tasted. There was no taste of the fish and it certainly did not taste fresh. I could only taste and smell the stale oil and the fish was very greasy.

Food was luke warm. Sweet potato fries soggy as had sweated in polystyrene box & battered sausage very greasy. No wonder food wasn't hot as the chilled cans of drink were in the same bag. Don't understand why you would do that.

Food was delicious. Chips absolutely fab. One small problem: they packed the buttered rolls on top of the hot food and so on arrival all the butter had melted into a mess in the bag.

Really disappointing.. fish was extremely oily and soggy, chips were good. Not the kind of quality I expected from a place with such good reviews.

Today i went to this fish and chips shop, in the evening and requested for chips for several times and lady was serving and she said want fish and chips, I said no, just wanted chips and several times and i ask how much is it, saying in word numbers and was so confusing and she barely speak English and for small chips not worth it, it was very soggy not even crunchy, , the sever didn't even asked me if I wanted to be open or not, not even ask for salt and vinegar, never get the chips here, not even worth it and the price of it.

Donner kebabs one of the best in the area, very good customer service and quality of food is 10/10.

Delivery time kept getting expanded. The main problem was the driver was yet again useless. Fish and chips came in a small cardboard box, so fewer chips.

Food was good but the drinks were forgotten off the order. This has happened on a number of times before,it’s always the drinks with the kids orders .
