Se visiti la Sagrata Familia non può non mangiare qui. Locale simpatico, tipico, cucina locale eccezionale, servizio decisamente cortese (Andrea è stata gentilissima).

Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante all'interno di Victoria Station, che distava dal nostro hotel pochissimi minuti. Abbiamo ordinato il menù da 16 pezzi poichè eravamo in 4!! le porzioni sono molto generose , l'impanatura è leggera e il fritto è leggero.

Siempre excelente servicio aquí en Soul + Grain Avash es siempre educado y amable y el café y la comida son buenos también! Recomendado!

Came here for Christmas with my family. Wouldn’t do it again. The staff were nice but the food was not up to scratch. The beef could have been slow cooked, was rather tough. Dessert was great though. I’m probably being quite harsh but on Christmas Day was expecting much better. Atmosphere was also strange with the news on a massive tv screen on the wall. Much room for improvement.

The truth is that the hotel is half decent, and for what there is in London it is not bad, but you have to keep in mind that they ask you (apart from what you have paid for the room) for a deposit of 300 euros (I don't know why), which when you check out they will return it to you. This way of making the deposit the first time I see it… and I repeat, you have already previously paid for the accommodation. This creates, without a doubt, great distrust in the client, since they do not understand why you have to deposit your money by freezing nothing more and nothing less than 300 euros.

I hadn't ordered from Yum Yum Pimlico for a couple of years so with family from overseas and Yum Yum just around the corner I thought that it would be worth doing a takeaway order as the food would still be hot on arrival and the food was always good. That was a mistake I won't make again. I ordered £56 of food to be delivered, after ordering it I received a call asking if I could collect it instead, which I did. Upon getting home with the order I and my family were appalled with the quality of the food. Three portions of egg fried rice which were completely brown from what I am guessing was soy sauce were inedible, mushy and devoid of anything looking like egg. The spicy garlic chicken was bland and more onions and bamboo shoot, I expected the onions and bamboo just not the lack of spice or flavour. The bbq ribs weren't very good. The meat was dry and the bbq sauce bland and it left my hands stained yellow, rather like turmeric would. The cashew chicken was more onions than chicken but apart from that not particularly objectionable. The sweet and sour chicken was sour. Far too much vinegar and nothing to sweeten the tang with a few token pieces of tinned pineapple for appearances. The spring rolls had been cooked almost to mummification. We threw the lot in the bin. After trying it all, looking for something that might redeem it we chalked the effort and cost up to experience and went out for dinner. Only the cashew chicken put up a gastronomic fight but was clearly not in the running for a happy meal award. I am embarrassed in the eyes of my family and utterly disappointed because I used to love their food, how close it was and quickly delivered. Never again.

Came here today waited 25 minutes for food 3 staff taking orders 2 in kitchen and 1 serving. Manager called to one angry lady he just said sorry and sneaked back into his office, 1 guy missed 2 trains waiting abd sone people behind us got their orders in 3 minutes. Total shambles I demanded to cancel and get a refund and the guy just looked at me with a blank stare. Never going back.

Just arrived burnt and missing two toppings, not surprising but unfortunately they are my default delivery branch which you can’t override.

Yo tenía inicialmente ordenados hace algunos días de mi pedido y Deliveroo fue cancelada en el momento en que fue destinado a llegar. Pedí de nuevo hoy, Mariscos Jambalaya unseasoned, seca, ni siquiera parecerse a jambalaya. Una muy mala recreación de la comida sureña. Las patatas fritas eran incomibles profunda Encurtidos el revestimiento estaba pasada y sin salsa cajún remoulade estuvo presente. Por último, y sin duda la más horrible costillas que he probado. Las costillas estaban mal cocida, dura y la grasa en las costillas sabía amarga y cruda, sin embargo, la salsa era muy agradable en las costillas, pero no podían ocultar el terrible bajo carne cocinada. Yo binned los mucho!!! El terciopelo rojo era un buen gesto de cortesía, pero incluso el pastel era dura y la base fue una sombra fuera quemado, la crema de queso abundante era buena. Nunca he escrito un comentario antes, pero estoy en total incredulidad que por 35 libras esta fue la comida que sirve.

Placed an order onthe website. Paid for. 30 minutes later. They closed No one is picking up. Yet. Onthe site they are still open they have taken my money.

Habitación encantadora con personal de camarero muy amable. La presentación del buffet era encantador y buena comida. Recomendaría alojarse en este hotel cuando esté en la ciudad.

Esperó 5 minutos solo para que le dijeran que no había bebidas calientes sin explicación - 45 minutos antes del cierre No es un gran servicio al cliente y el personal que no era en absoluto disculpado
