Ubicación del aeropuerto de Budapest, lugar miserable y personal para un café horrible y galletas duras como rocas! Debe haber mejores lugares para tomar café en el aeropuerto.

terrible servicio, las dos chicas se miraban mal constantemente y se reían la una de la otra mientras nos miraban a mí y a mi amiga. . nada más llegar estaban hablando la una con la otra y luego se acordaron de servirnos. grosero y desagradable. . ya que los camareros, la sonrisa y la amabilidad son la prioridad. (si estás leyendo, no me reiría mucho con esos dientes que tienes)

Gran café y bocadillos frescos. Sin duda volver para un desayuno ligero. Personal amable y buen servicio. Gracias por una experiencia encantadora.

We arrived here at Bristol Airport at 03:30 for a very early flight to Sicily. It was very foggy on our drive to Lulsgate (as the airport was once known). We were hoping that our flight wouldn’t be delayed; and thankfully it departed only 7 minutes late. We had time to kill and not being great fans of in-flight catering, we decided to get an early snack-breakfast here that we hoped would be pleasant to eat and just good value. It was and our bacon rolls were really good and far better than we had experienced from another café here in the airport on our previous holiday flight. The tea was reasonable too, not as good as we make at home, but it was hot and did taste of tea! Service was pleasant and efficient and we will undoubtedly avail ourselves of a snack here on our next flight out.

Had a small flat white coffee had to leave it after two sips as the milk was bad it really made me feel ill didn’t go back in the shop as felt so unwell then my train was due so no time to complain to the girl serving

This new concept from SSP opened at London's Victoria Station in June 2022 and features Extract Coffee Roasters. Their facility is well placed with seating/tables on the concourse. Service was quick and professional. I had the Brioche Bacon Buttie (£5.30) which was heated in the microwave for me. The bun was moist and flavourful and lightly smoked back bacon was plentiful but soggy. It was still a good breakfast eat on the hoof. Cappuccino coffee (£3.35) was well made and hot but not too hot to drink. I would definitely visit again.

Below average customer service,not grumpy just not interested in being pleasant. Also very disapointing that they do not make even a token discount for use of own cup as other chains do.

Lovely staff, good selection of food and snacks. Clean and a really nice place e to sit and have a good coffee.

Lucy makes a great oat milk cappuccino. Bubbly friendly staff and service with a smile. Try it for yourself on your next journey. Was in a rush or I’d have stopped for some of the lovely looking food too

Coffee and Danish The best coffee and fresh unburnt pastrie I had in a long time. Delicious. Tables and chairs clean and used items cleared away.

We grabbed a quick meal here while at the train station in London. Every place was full around dinner time, and we spotted that they had an open table outside the restaurant so we were happy to give it a try. The menu here is more limited than that of a full-service restaurant, but we were pleased enough with their selections and, also very glad to find an open table without having a reservation or waiting in line. We liked the food here and would not hesitate to dine here again for a quick bite to eat.
