Best burrito in Victoria. Fresh, very filling and tasty. I get them from here every week. Nice staff . Much better than Tortilla burritos !

I felt like having a burrito at Victoria Station. The service was polite, and they served me exactly what I asked for. It was good and generously packed with ingredients. Later, I read reviews about food poisoning from that place and got a bit scared. However, everything was fine. I can't complain about anything negative regarding this place.

Picked up a veggie burrito from here yesterday afternoon- gave me food poisoning. When I asked for the veggie option, a bucket of veg was pulled out from under the counter (there was no veg in the part that keeps it hot with everything else that goes in). l ate half- veg was still cold and whole thing tasted dodgy but as it was so expensive I didn’t want to waste it. A few hours later I started feeling very unwell- was being sick all night and all day today. Avoid. :(

What a rip off. You order your wrap and then they tell you guacamole is extra! Is this a Mexican or not? Avoid.

I had a chicken and beef burrito with rice and all lettuce and cheese. It was the last thing I had eaten before flying back to Ireland where I spent the next 24hours in hospital vomiting blood due to this disgusting restaurant. AVOID!!!!! AT!!!!! ALL!!!!! COSTS!!!!!!!!

The burrito was expensive for what it was and Luke-warm at best. It didn’t taste bad per se, but it was very unexciting. What was truly terrible though was the service. The two members of staff clearly hated their jobs and couldn’t be bothered in the slightest to give even a modicum of service. First - and most definitely last - purchase. Avoid!

One of the worst nachos I’ve ever had. Lady behind the counter refused to warm up my nachos as apparently they were “already warm” when in fact they were stone cold. Over priced, tasteless and rude staff!

Wow, I mean wow. Food was rank and the service was dog crap. So rude and I have made better burritos at home. This place really sucks and owner was so rude to my girlfriend when she wasn’t impressed with the nachos, was a tiny pot it was laughable. You guys suck. Pretty drunk sure I have said this before, I like a lot of poop when I’m drunk but this was well bad, see you next time

I ordered a burrito from the Liverpool Street location. The burrito was stone cold, rice was hard and undercooked and I had to Chuck in the bin. Really disappointing. Please avoid!

Server blowing her nose in the middle of the restaurant while I was waiting, threw the tissue in the bin and then got some gloves out to make a burrito. Asked if she wanted to wash her hands and said she was putting gloves on, the same gloves she got out with her snotty hands. They laughed at me as I walked out. Hygiene 101 training required. Yuck!

As far as take away burritos go, obviously you can't expect too much to begin with but by comparison to similar chains Mi Casa falls very short. For the extortionate price you get a tiny burrito, no variety but only one type of rice or beans and the rice isn't properly cooked and quite hard. If you are looking for this type of food, I strongly suggest you find a branch of 'Tortilla' which is the same but good.

Pedí una envoltura vegetal y se llenó muy rápidamente. . muy rápido . . pregunta qué rellenos. . sin queso por favor. . pidió un sustituto y se le cobró una libra extra. McDonald's is a better alternative its that bad. Regardless of the bad taste all the fillings were luck warm suggesting it would also be dangerous to eat. There are laws in places regarding food safety for a reason.

Literalmente, el peor burrito que he tenido en toda mi vida. Me pregunto cómo es posible hacer un burrito tan terrible. La carne sabía a hervida y no tenía ningún condimento. Lo tiré después de dos mordiscos y pagué 8 por el placer. Me sorprende que esta cadena todavía esté en funcionamiento. Mejor ir a otro lado.

I have never met a more rude, uncooperative and downright idiotic service in my life. I have been here multiple times. Usually you’d think that they cannot spare what they have left (as if they don’t have pre-cooked/spare food at arms reach) as they give you next to zero filling bar lettuce. If you ask for more beans they’ll give you maybe one teaspoon more (no joke) which I asked for more than twice with the same stupid response I walked away to which the chap behind the counter became incredibly horrible and defensive—as if he gave even remotely good service to begin with.

This was a complete waste of money. We love burritos and ended up throwing 2/3 away as it has no flavour. My partner asked for chicken and it looked more like beef than my beef one. Cold and tasteless. Should have gone to Subway! Never again.

Servicio absolutamente horrible. Terrible service, staff are so rude and the burritos aren’t worth it, when they put “refried beans” on my burrito it was just sauce (not a single bean), when I questioned it she said that’s what I was getting and that’s it. This was preceded by more rude service so I walked away and spent my money elsewhere.

Ive been to most of the chain burrito take aways in London and had their Naked burritos. Was shocked at the tiny portion of nothingness i was offered here as they made it at the counter. The cost was close to 10 quid with the addition of salad (like 4 small pieces of lettuce and another extra charge and a few extra beans). It was a tiny tiny portion even with extras.

I threw it in the bin inside Liverpool street station half way through eating, even though i was absolutely starving. It was vile. Worst burrito of my life.

I just paid 12 pounds for a vegan burrito, corn chips and a drink. I've just thrown the burrito away as it tastes so bad.

Vegans beware - the prices here are outrageous. I have just bought a £7.99 vegan burrito with tiny amounts of protein (small amount of tofu and beans) no vegan cheese or sour cream and a tiny amount of avocado. The staff apologised and said others had complained before. I only paid to avoid food waste. Definitely use your hard earned money for something better value elsewhere! The profit mark up on what you are given must be huge.

Manager tells the girl openly “don’t rush for them” (in a fast food outlet) and then girl says I can’t have the ultimate burrito when I’m veggie. As it’s two meat fillings (when that isn’t mentioned on the sign). Paid extra for wanting tofu and cheese. Vile service and rude manager.

Wanted to grab something quickly for dinner and was so disappointed. Very overpriced and doesn’t taste good, I couldn’t eat half of it. My parter grabbed something from nearby wasabi and I couldn’t believe what he bought for less than I spent. I won’t be returning.

Needed a quick bite pre train and wish so much that I had chosen better. How can this place still exist given the poor quality and consistently bad reviews (which I wish I had seen before I tried it)? Poor service - they barely deigned to speak with me. Poor quality food - bland rice charged with over strong chilli sauce to blow your taste buds and barely any meat content (presumably for fear of using the costly ingredients charged for). Very expensive for what it was (ie a low quality poorly served piece of rubbish). Do yourself a favour - take food from the bins before taking it from here.

7.49 £ for a beef burrito . It was only rice and salad and beef flavour. The server was very rude and evasive and said that there’s only 70 grams of meat on it . I don’t think that I had in my burrito more than 40 grams of meat . Waste of time and money . Stay away of it ! -5 out of 5

This food was deader than a dead thing. The rice was clearly uncooked, everything was cold, and it was all dryer than my skin after a winters night with the dehumidifier on. Would have loved to have got a refund but like most people I didn't tuck into it until I was sat comfortably on my train heading home. At this point I'd rather tuck into a bowl of frosties. It genuinely tastes like something an explorer would have in his back pack while in some god forsaken place man has never entered. If I could give it no stars, I would. Save yourself, don't eat here.

If there was a 0/5 rating this would get it. Disgusting burrito and very expensive. I keep going back when I’ve had a few drinks and on train home but I instantly regret it

Just been “followed” across the concourse by the manager. Refusing to serve, even though there was still food available. He looked like he would rather go outside for a fight than serve food. Embarrassment of an establishment. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve eaten a lot of burritos and this was hands down the worst ever - the “beef” was a tasteless ground up mince kind of thing with some salad plus £1 for guacamole and 50p for jalapeños for nearly £8 - the staff are friendly but this was appalling!

Hi i would just like to say thank you for helping me the other day with my order & payment i was in a rush too catch my train & i believe Nada :) helped me fix my problem with my order, i would travel just to get served by her again plus i am Scottish & was my 1st experience of London Euston so understanding my language was a task for her but she was amazing and heard my accent a mile off & loved to chat with me great day great person will travel again to be served by her ! Give the Girl a promotion :) true story!

This place is absolutely awful. Even in a state of inebriation this place is horrendous. I wish I’d chosen McDonald’s! Staff were incredibly rude, food was lukewarm, no chicken to be found within a ‘chicken’ burrito. The only reason I’m leaving a review is that I couldn’t find a website to contact the company to complain (which I have never done for food before). I wish I’d read reviews beforehand, do NOT go here, go and get yourself a Big Mac (I don’t even like McDonald’s so that’s saying something).

Very hungry and train to catch ... asked for a chicken burrito. Watched them wave the Chicken tweezers over the burrito. I guess this was supposed to magic the chicken into it. It didn’t. And I don’t think a DNA test would have found any either. If I’d wanted a vegetarian burrito I’d have asked for it. To add insult to injury it was cold and tasteless. I won’t be going back. I suggest you don’t even try. The only good thing is the queue was short. Only me. But I guess others had already read a review. Another lesson to learn. Aaaarrrrhhgggh

Wish I’d read the reviews on TripAdvisor before buying a burrito here tonight... Had one here about three years ago and it was okay. The one tonight was as my late father would have said ‘pretty awful’. Was asked if I wanted cheese which I said I did, but I was given the smallest amount of the rubbery stuff I’ve ever seen. I leave more cheese on the grater at home than I got this evening (which to be honest probably didn’t matter as it was tasteless and cheap in any case). Same for the guacamole and the jalapeño that I paid extra for, both poor quality and served in meagre rations. As for the coriander, I asked for it, twice, but if it was in there I’d have needed a forensics crew to find it. In comparison to the burrito I had at Wahaca recently (which was awesome), the offering from Mi Casa was flaccid, bland and ultimately extremely disappointing. Avoid! I’d even go as far as to say go hungry rather than endure the burritos here. Walk on by.

Queue for (the usually good) Wasabi was very long and only had short time before train departed. So, decided to try this concession on the concourse at Liverpool Street station.

Unfortunately i didn’t get to try the burrito as I asked for the £7.99 meal deal and was asked to pay nearly £9 as I’d added some Jalapeños which I was not told I would be charged for? I don’t mind paying if I’m told there is a cost, hence why I didn’t have guacamole as I know it’s always chargeable!

This is my first ever review of an establishment ever, but I felt inclined to leave a comment because I am so appalled. I opened the take-away box I got from Liverpool Street Station and found a SHORT, CURLY PIECE OF HAIR (with the follicle still attached...literally thinking about it makes me want to throw up) stuck in the chicken/beans. But, since I paid seven pounds for it and am a broke graduate student, I took out the entire surrounding section where the hair was found and tried to eat the rest. I have a high tolerance for gross food – especially gross food that I paid for – but I took a few bites and literally just threw it in the trash. Truly would rather go hungry today than take another bite. I hate to speak ill of businesses but honestly...cannot stomach it. AND THERE WAS A FREAKING PIECE OF HAIR IN IT. No. No no no no. I'm going to go throw up now.

How can somewhere so consistently bad, still be in business?! This place is awful. The staff hate their job, the food is cold, the portions are rations. Had a naked burrito 3 months ago, it was equally as bad as today. ZERO improvement. Do the owners of this place a favour and stop giving them £8 for a cold box of regret.

Used to get the odd one from here, now they weigh out the meat to ensure you only get 20g which makes you fully aware of quite how pathetic it is, and how unbelievable it is to expect people to pay about £10 for something to eat & drink. Absolutely not worth it, many better value options next door, and if you want decent food at a reasonable price I urge you to look elsewhere

Pedí dos Burritos de mi casa a la estación Victoria. Después de escanear mi tarjeta contactless me dijeron mi pago no había pasado y me pidió que la captura de nuevo. Mi cuenta fue de 17 libras. 20 y esto, por supuesto, ha sido cargado a mi cuenta dos veces. Entiendo que estas cosas pasan, pero intentando encontrar un contacto o número de cuenta de Twitter para esta empresa ha sido imposible. Estoy esperando que alguien que lea esto le responden con información de contacto y ofrecer un reembolso.

Unless you like bad tasting, cold food in teaspoon sized portions. Went back after about a year to see if any better as the nachos are literally the only gluten free options available at Victoria station. Wish I'd waited an hour to get a nice curry at home.

I did ask for hot spice on my veggie burrito but this is so hot it’s inedible to me. Also so much liquid it was impossible to eat on the go. Staff were nice enough.

Just the worst thing I have ever bought in a railway station, period. A bigger rip off than the price of a standard day return on Southern Rail. Naked burrito was a few grains of rice lost in the bottom of a box with minimal extra toppings. All for £6.99. I should just have refused to pay and left them with the mixed up ingredients. Perhaps I will next time as a way of getting revenge. And I can't even tweet them a complaint because they aint on Twitter! Jeez!

Ordered a chicken naked burrito. Just plain awful and very tight with their portions too. Better off going upstairs in the station to Tortilla. Much nicer and fresher.

We are here before going to see Wicked. The burritos were awful. The filling was cold and the rice over cooked. I said I liked my food hot so Tabasco sauce was poured all over it.

I just paid 8£ for a super small portion of a naked burrito. Rice and guacamole were tasteless, the meat was dry and old, they just put spicy as to make it taste something, I will never buy something from this place ever again!!!

I paid £6.99 for a veggie naked burrito. What I got was hard cold rice with large aubergine bits, roughly cut large bits of tomatoes, dirty salad and less than a table spoon of guacamole for £1 extra even tho I got veggie.

Ordered a salad it was absolutely tiny and cost £8 +. Was appalled that paid £1 extra for guacamole and the server put no more that a TEASPOON! Food had no flavour too.

Un último intentó comprar burrito para 8. 99. Que sí pesará minuciosamente pesada (escasas) cantidades de pollo y carne a la envoltura. El chico me preguntó si quería los extras. Le pregunté en el lote (seguramente eso es lo que viene con un último burrito? ). Me cobraron más de £10 (costes de guacamole extra! ). Les dije para mantenerlo. Servicio de atención al cliente es inexistente. Los dos miembros del personal parecía que no podían comunicarse o sonrisa. Estoy seguro de que hacen un montón de turistas y borrachos.

Tenía un burrito de carne, que era en una palabra terrible. Me cuesta entender cómo un plato sencillo puede ser preparado mal. El plato tiene 4 elementos literalmente y ninguno de ellos eran buenos. El arroz estaba crujiente, la carne le faltaba sabor y toda la cosa era generalmente poco apetecible!

Realmente no sé por qué la gente está haciendo fila para este lugar. Yo tengo hambre y acabo tirado mi burrito. El personal es mediocre, excepto por el tipo de factura. I am writing this to the management rather than for the consumers So I got a chicken burrito in Liverpool Street station which was 6.99 but the guy realised I was coming back from drinks and won’t pay attention to what I pay and tried to charge me for extra Guacamole. You could argue that it’s a honest mistake but it’s definitely not. Otherwise the guy who doesn’t post much on tripadvisor making an effort to do so.

I have been a Victoria station commuter 6 years - and this place amazes me it's still operating. This morning, with my 18 year old son, he wanted a breakfast burrito. We got there, a man was serving a lady - a vegetarian burrito, he took ages to spread the beans then add the salsa then ask her a million questions, got to the end then the lady asks for more beans and salsa, so the whole process started again. He then took forever trying to wrap it, take the money , then faff for a paper bag and napkins, then the woman asks for a receipt. This was a £2.99 breakfast - I was waiting to order a £12+ breakfast - there were two other staff just standing watching - they could see we were waiting and waiting and waiting. We walked out!

Staff rude. Terrible naked burrito, the worst in London and the worst I’ve ever had. Just appalled that you feel you can charge people for such poor quality food. First negative review I’ve had to write on tripadvisor!

Staff were so rude, the till froze as I was about to pay and he blamed me! As if it was my fault his dodgy till went down! This place needs to close and fast!!!

In the UK I have learned to expect poor service. It is part of the national fabric here. So it must be a remarkable failure of competence if a shop manages to provide such rude and insulting service that I feel compelled to write a review. Mi Casa provided that experience today.

Worst lunch based decision, decided to head back via Victoria station to get a Mi Casa Burrito. Dismal. Asked not to have all that expensive meat, cheese and sour cream stuff so could he add a bit more guacamole. Stingy goon reminded me it costs an extra £1 than have a desultory little smear of the green stuff before slamming it down on the counter. It's basically a wrap full of boring rice and not much else. Last time....

ヴィクトリア駅の中にあるブリトーの店です。メキシカンは好きなので、こちらで大きなブリトーを買って帰りました。具やソースは好みで選べます。ホテルの部屋に持ち帰って食べました。不味いのでビックリ。いや、これ本気で不味い。半分残しました。人によって好き嫌いはあると思いますが、あまり一般的にお勧めできないかと。

Usually I eat here regularly and it is okay, however, I went yesterday and the burrito was really small and they offered me salsa but I got hot sauce from a bottle. I was not pleased and it did not feel like good value for money.

I had a few minutes spare and was feeling peckish so stopped by to grab a burrito. Clearly working a Sunday shift was a bit much for one of the staff members who was very grumpy. I asked for the chicken burrito. Small portions of stringy chicken with some rice and mixed vegetables wrapped up costing £7. Is expected it to taste like Chipotle. Disappointed. Couldn't taste the chicken and despite not having beans on it I could still taste them. Save yourself money and go elsewhere.

Just bought a naked burrito from the Euston station outlet. The food portion was tiny for £7.95 and they even charged me 50p for a few slices of jalapeno. Luckily I saw how small the guacamole portion was for £1 so they didn't fleece me on that too. It tasted only OK and l am still hungry. I wondered why the shop was so quiet and now I know! Avoid.

Oh dear, wish I'd read the reviews before going here. We ordered 2 chicken burritos - served by miserable staff and miserly portions. But it tasted so strange!!! Very vinegary, not at all how a burrito should taste. Avoid!!!

As most of the comments here, I regretted asking for my burrito the minute I saw the frijoles and rice. No chicken at all, it's short in all ingredients as well as very small. Even the service was not good (and only took like 30 seconds), they put sour cream, when I said no please. When I told him that I wanted no sour cream, he just moved on to... salad? Tomato? Anyway, the amount of the fillings is so tiny that I didn't bother and moved on. Very pricey as well, £7 for a tiny burrito...I know it's a rail station but walk 20 meters and get something at Wasabi, it'll be much fresher and the service will be way better as well.

Just finished my burrito. I was adamant I was going to eat it, even though it was vile, because I paid so damn much for it! Daylight robbery!The rice was undercooked - I mean it was like eating popcorn kernels, it was rock hard! Horrible.

I would avoid this. Burritos are meant to be lovely and beany and spicy. These burritos are about 80% rice with a smidge of beans. Paid a £1.00 for guocamali and got around a teaspoonful. I do not give bad reviews generally but this was not good.

Just purchased a £6.99 pork burrito from and immediately regretted it , what looked like only a pinch of pork, such a rip off! will definitely not be returning and now having read the other reviews I am scared I have food poisoning!
