The only thing better than the first beer of the holiday is Sanjay’s immaculate service. Flawless from start to finish. Home is where the heart is? No; home is where Sanjay is.

Very good pub/bar in the middle of busy station. Clean and tidy and the service from Sanjay was great. A welcome break from the station chaos.

Clean, bright and not too noisy for a Saturday evening. For a pub inside a train station it’s priced less than I would expect. I had a Caesar salad that was simple but tasty and exactly what I needed. Staff were all friendly and polite. House red wine was better than I’ve had at a lot of other pubs and again was well priced.

Just came in here for an hour before catching a train. Nice little pub with some seating on the concourse. Service was fine and the food was good and arrived promptly. I love railway station bars, and this is worth a visit.

This place was great! The waiter was so nice and helpful. Food came super quick just in time for our train. I even asked if I could buy the beer glass off of them (Beavertown Bones) and he showed me the link in Amazon where I could order it.

We came her before going to see wicked which is literally across the road. I wasn’t in the mood of a burger so got the snacks 3 for £10. The teriyaki chicken wings were really tasty. The meatballs weren’t great and the cauliflower wings had been heated from frozen so crispy on the outside cold and wet on the inside. Not a good lunch for me I’m afraid .

Only stayed for one. The toilets were a disgrace. Old sick all over them. Urinals overflowing and blocked with hundreds of cigarette buts. If they can’t keep the toilets clean what else is wrong. Left after one drink.

It didn't start well when they told me they didn't have any veggie sausages, rather an issue when the only meal served, really, is an all day breakfast. But, hey, that sort of thing happens, I'm not running them down just for that. Then I asked if they had mustard. No, they didn't, I was told in a manner that suggested I'd just asked the stupidest question ever. They just didn't. All they serve is breakfast and they don't carry mustard. When breakfast arrived more than half the plate was a piece of toast. And I do mean *a* piece of toast. The hand drier in the toilet doesn't work. And - and this is incredible in this day and age - the emergency pull in the toilet hangs a couple of inches from the ceiling, so you have to be able to reach about six foot to pull it. So what if you're collapsed on the floor? Mind, that's probably academic as a wheelchair user would have negotiate what isn't a step as such, but is a change of level, Staff who don't care providing an offering of half measures that is poorly maintained. The other pub in Victoria is a Spoons, and I, like many others, am avoiding Spoons. This should be a golden opportunity for the Beer House. But they so utterly don't care that the whole experience of being there just feels like a deliberate insult.

Disappointing. Arrived at 18.00 midweek to meet a client (who suggested the venue based on convenience rather than experience). Limited choice of beers that night (and nearly £6 a pint), very limited choice of malt whisky (one expects better in London) and no food available...
