An absolute gem. Beautiful hotel in a great location, really comfortable rooms with all the tech you could ask for! Very friendly service from Bruno and the team. Would highly recommend

Great location, 7 minutes’ walk from Victoria station and ideal to visit this part of central London by foot. Staff, and here special thanks to Nafisa, for taking great care of my stay. Room was quite, high ceiling, luminous and even bigger bathroom. Technology was on point to add every bit of comfort to the stay. Having a mini bar and breakfast is always a plus :) Thank you and see you soon

Posh hotel in great area. Room was micro small for the money though quite luxe. Staff were aloof. Balcony was great and worth the extra $$.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice. The hotel was quiet. We really liked the staff. My only complaint is we thought the bed was too hard. I am used to a firm pillowtop but most hotels don't compare.

Wouldn't recommend. Rooms too small. A couple of the front desk staff were very snooty. Had to ask for towels as there was one in the bathroom for 2 guests. Only chose this hotel for location.

The staff was helpful and friendly except when we were leaving on June 8 in the morning. The man at the front desk watched 68 and 76 year old people struggle to get bags down the front steps. The breakfast is not a good value. Unless you have an early start, go around the corner to DDK's. The location is GREAT - an easy walk to Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Station. The thing that was difficult to deal with was the room size. I didn't expect a large room but I didn't expect a broom closet. There was barely enough room to walk around the bed. Stay further out or pay more. I can't recommend the hotel.

Nice location but rooms were tiny, especially the bathroom. Not sure what qualifies this as a 5 star hotel.

We had a lovely stay and would come back and refer friends. Only one thought for improvement, there could be another towel bar or hook for rooms with two people.

The employees were very nice. My only complaints were the room size and some of the high tech features. I would have preferred not to have a tv in the bathroom mirror. It made it more difficult to shave even though we never turned the TV on.

The place is very nice, quiet and close to Victoria station. Nice bed and linens. The rooms are very small with little to no counter space or luggage space. And it’s a bit too hi tech for me. We also asked for a wake up call on our departure date but never received it…

Never seen a hotel room with so many gadgets. Comfortable room, although quite small, as often is the case with London hotels. Nice view over the square. Nicely decorated. I enjoyed my stay. Update 27/03/2024: stayed here again after a few years. Still very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Very good service. Perfect location, next to the station. Nice also for a quick 7km run via Buckingham, St James part, Parliament, Thames and back. I would not hesitate to stay here again next time I'm in London for work.

We visited London for the first time and we found the Eccleston to be a fantastic hotel in a perfect location. The staff was professional and friendly and really helped out when, upon our arrival, we found our room to be quite warm. The location could not be better being a short walk away from Buckingham, Westminster Abbey and Hyde Park. Not to mention being close to Victoria Station for the Underground or buses. We will definitely return to London and to the Eccleston Square Hotel.

Our first day in London in 20 years! My wife and I had been out and about in the city with our two teenage children since the morning, our shopping bags were full, our feet were getting tired, our mood was changing. Then we stumbled into this Pret branch on Argyle Street: Without any particular expectations and quite annoyed, I reached into the refrigerated section for a ham & cheese sandwich, chicken shawarma, chicken avocado and carrot cake. Cold drinks too. I actually just wanted to pay at the counter and leave. Then I couldn't decide on a coffee so quickly... The manager and his employee noticed that we all needed a break. They were super relaxed, mega friendly, and offered us an extra tea. So we went upstairs to the pleasantly bright lounge with a relaxed atmosphere and enjoyed our first delicious "picnic" in London for half an hour. If there were more good hosts like this in London, the city would get more than 5 stars from us tourists!

I hadn't ordered from Yum Yum Pimlico for a couple of years so with family from overseas and Yum Yum just around the corner I thought that it would be worth doing a takeaway order as the food would still be hot on arrival and the food was always good. That was a mistake I won't make again. I ordered £56 of food to be delivered, after ordering it I received a call asking if I could collect it instead, which I did. Upon getting home with the order I and my family were appalled with the quality of the food. Three portions of egg fried rice which were completely brown from what I am guessing was soy sauce were inedible, mushy and devoid of anything looking like egg. The spicy garlic chicken was bland and more onions and bamboo shoot, I expected the onions and bamboo just not the lack of spice or flavour. The bbq ribs weren't very good. The meat was dry and the bbq sauce bland and it left my hands stained yellow, rather like turmeric would. The cashew chicken was more onions than chicken but apart from that not particularly objectionable. The sweet and sour chicken was sour. Far too much vinegar and nothing to sweeten the tang with a few token pieces of tinned pineapple for appearances. The spring rolls had been cooked almost to mummification. We threw the lot in the bin. After trying it all, looking for something that might redeem it we chalked the effort and cost up to experience and went out for dinner. Only the cashew chicken put up a gastronomic fight but was clearly not in the running for a happy meal award. I am embarrassed in the eyes of my family and utterly disappointed because I used to love their food, how close it was and quickly delivered. Never again.
