I agree with the other review that Pret is overrated. Pret has been successful to fool the public and staff for years. Pret has strict mystery shopper scheme in place forcing staff to smile. I write on this on expret.org

33 Clarges St, London, W1J 7EQ, United KingdomUnfortunately service, we are a family with 3 small children, they left us without accommodation 10 hours before arrival, even having paid in advance, they relocated us to another different and lower category address that I had to pay again in advance, thus disrupting all of us travel plans and routes, I recommend taking out travel insurance with compensation for unforeseen events of this type. I don't recommend it at all.

I totally recommend taking a break, having a coffee and recharging your batteries to continue.
