Had a mixed grill meal here with Brazilian beans. Very tasty, very quick and lovely staff

I was excited to try the restaurant with the good location in Wembley. I tried Papa Ji's signature fried wings on Uber Eats. On arrival the wings STANK of FISH totally putting me off them. I don't know what happened but they probably used the same equipment to cook the chicken wings and maybe fish 🤔 Not to mention the wings made me sickly because they were dunked in oil.

Wow, this is delicious I’ve chosen boneless jerk chicken with chips and Mac and cheese pie with the friendly staff. This is the best restaurant I’ve visited and the taste was pure quality 🔥👏🏾. I’ll definitely recommend this restaurant

I’m genuinely concerned about the hygiene standards at this Itsu location. I visit a few times a month, and on about a third of those visits, I’ve noticed staff in the hot food prep area using the same gloves to handle food and chemical cleaning products—without changing them in between. This raises serious food safety concerns. On one occasion, I even saw staff handling a customer’s food with bare hands, without any gloves at all. It seems there’s a lack of proper training or oversight when it comes to hygiene protocols, which is disappointing for a brand I usually trust. Today, I’m so done with it because it happened to me again. I decided to leave this comment and hope they can train their staff better from now on.

I’m very disappointed by the customer service I got, ive been looking so forward to coming to hola guacamole as it represents my home country and wanted to make a family day out of it, I was spoken to with a lot of disrespect by a lady with tattoos on her arm, she continuously stopped preparing my food to speak to friends and also using very foul language in front of my kids and vaping inside the kitchen which I don’t think is very professional or hygienic she is very careless about her job and isnt putting a good look on the company , I really hope nobody has to face the same treatment that I got.

I never experience in my life this type of behaviour, They have no worried about customers time.

Disappointed, paid £58 and the amount of meat was very little for the price . Smallest mixed grill for £25. Also they ask for cash but they do have a card machine. Pay your tax like everyone does.

Recently visited with three kids and was perfect for quick grab of food. Ordered food on my phone directly to the table and it was with us within 15 minutes, despite the restaurant looking quite busy. Drinks were served quickly before too. Some of my kids food could have looked better but overall very pleased with the service and food here.

I had a good experience. Surprised by some of the reviews. I walked in on a Saturday evening. Service was friendly, efficient and attentive. Not too busy. Clean and basic. I ordered the battered cod & chips. I couldn't fault it. Freshly prepared. Huge portion. Comforting and delicious. The dish comprises a crispy battered cod, chips & your choice of peas or Heinz® Baked Beans. I went with the baked beans. So good. Simple and basic.
