Smashing Plates Wembley in Brent

Got a light chicken gyros for my lunch, the filling was generous, pink aioli sauce was bomb, definitely will be back! Also it was a fast and pleasant service 👍🏽

Staff at smashing plates were extremely friendly, service was great and food was delicious as well as being prepared really fast while tasting fresh! Would definitely reccomend.

I paid for extra chicken skewer but did not receive it

I was expecting this place to offer poor value, small portion sizes of overly processed food akin to some kind of mechanised ‘McDonalds’ take on Greek food; I was very pleasantly surprised to find quite the opposite. The pork gyros box meal was very good with a decent amount of well-cooked, nicely flavoured meat, fresh salad and chips for a very reasonable price. The hot chili dipping sauce and tzatziki were also nice. Quick, easy ordering from the computer screen with customisable options (I definitely didn’t want coleslaw with a Greek gyros!) and a very short wait for freshly cooked food even when very busy. The only problem was the pitta bread I paid extra for was missing and I didn’t notice until I was too far away to bother going back, but mistakes do happen. Highly recommended if in the area, I would definitely visit again.

AND they WILL not honour their advertised deals!!!! AVOID AND PICK ANOTHER GREEK THEME PLACE!!! THIS ONE IS NOT THE ONE YOU WANT!!!!

Not good quality. Greasy kebab shop style meat. I would go elsewhere in Boxpark.

So putting coleslaw inside a gyros it’s like putting pineapple on a pizza, illegal. The driver was extremely late, the gyros we ordered were cold and the halloumi fries were drenched with a sweet sauce that made them soggy and EXTREMELY sweet.Very unpleasant experience.

Olympus Wrap….there’s more meat on a Sparrow. Never worth £14.50 and won’t be ordering again.

I like food very much and every member of smashing plate are very nice and the lady paula is very sweet and helpful , so overall nice experience.

Food is overall very good but the unorthodox gyros fries are a complete hit or miss when getting them delivered. On several occasions they haven’t had any cheese, paprika, oregano or parsley on them. Portion sizes also vary all the time, sometimes you get a full box, sometimes you het half or less. Seems like the assembly is just lazy or it heavily depends on who assembles the boxes… The wraps are all very good.

Ordered with them through Uber eats. Sent the wrong order, and their phone line was 'engaged' no matter how many times I tried to ring them. Update in response to the business who replied: Yes I spoke to the Uber eats driver. He told me it was 'not his problem' that the order he handed over to me, was addressed to someone else, and my one was not with him. I was left with the choice of eating it myself, giving it to a neighbour or throwing it in the bin. Luckily I found a neighbour who was willing to eat it (my dietary needs meant I could not eat it myself).

Made an order with 4 items. They sent 3/4 while the most expensive item (the one that costs £11.50) never arrived. This doesn’t look like a mistake as I was never contacted by the shop.

Easily the best food outlet at Wembley Boxpark. I’m never disappointed. Had the small pork wrap this time and it was delicious! The pork was juicy and flavourful and for a small wrap it was very filling and generously sized, even without the chips! The lady that served me was SO lovely too. She was so smiley. It made the experience perfect.

Extremely good food. A great range of options including both vegetarian and vegan, as well as meat-based dishes, best helping staff you will ever seen. Worth to try, don't miss out.

I dont normally leave reviews but this was so disappointing I just had to. The portions size is massive but the taste is just meh, what’s the point of a cheeky take out if I can make something tastier at home? And I’m not a good cook or anything. Not worth it. Will not be ordering again.

Tried to make enquiries over the phone as it is being advertised on Deliveroo as Halal, However, phone has a message as not available. It has pork dishes too on the menu. Checked the online menu and no where it is mentioned as any item is halal. It needs clarification and proper recording on 3rd party delivery services...

Ate here with a few friends before a gig and was really impressed - all the meats were succulent, fries nicely seasoned, and the sauces were a highlight especially the fiery roasted pepper & jalapeno one! Would highly recommend

The food came pretty quick and it was all hot which was great. Both wraps were pretty flavourless even though they’re covered in sauce. Pittanuts were delicious though

Good service and food was very tasty; fries were a little under cooked but more importantly both wraps had very! little meat and were needlessly filled with fries. We will try one more time and if there is no improvement it will be our last.

Small selection of vegan food and very filling but delicious. Good value if you get the meal deal for under £13. You have to buy the sauces separately. Chilli sauce was not very spicy but tasted good. You get good portions here.

Eating the unorthodox fries in Boxpark, could've closed my eyes and been in Greece, it was that good. My partner had chicken gyros and it is the best we've had in the UK hands down. Will 100% recommend to anyone who loves Greek fast food. Served really quickly and the food tasted fresh, great place to eat.

I’ve only ordered for delivery, never eaten in but the food quality is always great, so tasty and just like the gryos at greece! Very nice food definitely recommend.

Delicious food, however it took long to deliver.

I had high hopes and unfortunately didn’t have a good experience. I ordered the pork wrap and in the picture it looked like shredded pork but I got a pork sausage, so that was a bit deceiving. Also I had to really dig to get to the meat in the wrap and the meat ending up being undercooked which is not ideal because I’m pregnant and can’t really chance eating undercooked meat…. Hoping the small bite I did take won’t affect me but didn’t end up finishing the wrap. Doubt I’ll go back :(

Just a quick message about this place. BEST gyros in London so far !! Trust me I have tried most of the Greek kitchens in London.

Pork wasn’t fresh and contained too much fat so the whole skewer went into the rubbish bin-won’t order it again.

Vegan halloumi was not very nice it tasted to cheesy so had to take it out.

We've ordered take away and eaten here several times. The portions are always good and the fries are very tasty. The salads have fresh ingredients and the meat is tasty, although a bit too marinated. The person that served us today was very nice and the service was quick.

Excellent food as always, I am literally addicted to it. I miss pork gyros however, please, bring it back 😭😭

Literally you are the only reason why I miss Greece a bit less.

The food was cold, despite the delivery way was 2 minutes way from the restaurant. Chips are not crispy, chicken itself didn’t seem freshly cooked. I’m a regular of this place, but I’m not satisfied with getting cold meals.

the wraps were not too warm when they arrived - not sure how to rate the delay, since you adjust the delivery times while the order is being prepared, but it took longer than your original estimate. But the worst thing was my salad. The box was only half full. I order in person from this provider and the boxes are full when I am in person (and cheaper, of course)
