Slow and rude service. Ordered a meal. The guy at the till said 10min. After 10min I went over and saw my food was ready there waited to be collected but the guy was just busy replenishing the napkins. The guy had a miserable face.

This place and their chicken wings gave me food poisoning and I ended up at the A&E twice. Literally the worse 48 hours. I will never go back. The wings and how they were kept would definitely daily health inspections.

The food was great and the lady at the counter was very nice, warm and was kind in conversation that i felt like i got my food in no time. Loved the cheese burger Tuesday deal and I’ve had the brisket sandwich in the past and it was great. I love that they don’t salt the fries so customers can salt their liking.

We got some wings from here to go with our food from another vendor as they had a Wednesday 50% off offer on. They weren't very good unfortunately. We could see the other food coming out of the kitchen or next to us when we ate at a table and it looked great but the chicken used for these wings wasnt very good quality IMO. I eat a lot of chicken wins and with these wings there was quite often shards of bone to deal with as the wing had been split. Something that happens with frozen wings and extreme heat. It makes it an unpleasant eating experience. The buffalo sauce was actually decent and wasn't just Frank's sauce which is what a lot of wings places do these days. They are quite plain batterless wings which was another issue for me. The time it took for the order was another issue. They are popular therefore they are busy but the owner of this doesn't seem to understand that this requires more staff so you wait 25 mins for a portion of wings. Unacceptable. My wife enjoyed them so that has pushed the rating up to a 3 but I wouldn't order these again.

Amazing food. Burger was perfect. Fries were an amazing proportion drink great Maccarone cheese good with every single penny would happily eat here again. I hope they open more stores outside of London.

My wife is GF and said this is by far the best GF bun she has had! The Smoky Bacon was fantastic! Must visit when at Boxpark Wembley.

Was at Boxpark pre GreenDay. Great atmosphere, food places not that busy. Took over 30 mins for our small order of burger fries and wrap. Chases 3 times. Got fobbed off. Looked like they were prioritising phone/app orders over people standing in front of them. I wasn't the only one fed up with the service. Shame because the food was good.

Me and my wife came here for a food collaboration and we were blown away by the flavors. The beef Rib was succulent, the steak was juicy! Box park is a vibe, live DJ and Football to keep us entertained. Thank you Smokey Boys

Me and partner ordered a lamb burger and it didn’t taste good, plus it was a medium rare which was not asked and assumed, we had a bite and knew that it was stale and uncooked, when we asked the staff to change it , they said that preferences are suppose to be told not asked by the staff. I’ve been here before , the new staff is pathetic. Lamb burgers are rubbish.

For $10.95 pounds, the burger is of pretty good quality. I ordered the smoky one i think, or was it bbq Normal priced (or just Singapore too expensive nowadays)

I got the bbq ribs and asked to remove the coleslaw and was given an entire extra portion of fries which was a really nice thing for the staff to do. Rib might seem small but they was thick and juicy.

The food was really tasty. Steak done perfectly as ordered. Staff were friendly and helpful. Value for money and will definitely go again.

Had a takeaway order, 2 Moroccan burgers, food was cold, dry and tasteless. Order was incomplete also, missing item (fries). Staff were unhelpful.

Halloumi too salty - I would definitely advise changing supplier.

The best steak I've ever tasted 10/10

One of the worst beef hot dogs I’ve ever had. Sausage was so dry. Chips were decent, chicken tenders had no seasoning. Won’t be ordering from there again.

The burgers are always good. I’m a coeliac and I’ve always been well looked after and catered for. Staff are lovely.

It was a pretty okay experience for lunch takeaway, albeit a few points of improvement. I ordered the Smoked Brisket Dog takeaway. It came in a takeaway box that was good sized, kept it warm and the cheese melty. The size was pretty okay, but for a lunch to be £13 i kind of expected a bit more of a wow factor. The wait for the food was fairly long, we ordered takeaway as we were in a rush but didn't expect to wait for 10-15' for food to be done! We would probably have gone elsewhere if we knew as we were on a tight schedule.

Service was slow, around 15 minutes for a chicken wrap, but the food was good.

Service was poor. 1. Prices for lunch menu don't match up with the offer of £9.99 before lunch. Staff don't know what is and isn't part of the lunch menus. 2. Charged for each item because staff didn't know that sweet potatoes fries aren't part of the lunch menu, so what should have just been a "sorry not part of the menu" turned into, "head office have made some changes", not my problem. The wrap + sweet potato fries + drink was charged at £15.50. Food was average at best, the burger was over done, wrap dry. Burger tasted closer to a standard beef burger and not Angus beef, either way, it was over cooker. Condiments at a burger joint shouldn't be 50p. Box park is a nice enough place, plenty of other places to eat.

Amazing bbq! The beef rib was nicely slow cooked with a rich bbq tasty sauce. Definitely coming back!

Chaotically bad service and quality. The food took 30 minutes even when it was quiet. They gave people before us. Despite we were in box park - the food was still late ! In fact when we complained then they only started making the food. The food was burned and they even forgot part of our order. Shocking !! Never again

I will never order again. I ordered 3 burgers, 2 portions of fries and a portion of wings. I waited 2 hours after ordering and then only got a burger that I didn't order and a portion of fries. I called them and complained on Uber eats and I still haven't received my money back, it's been almost a week.

Great service! £10 for a meal between certain hours 10-4pm I think Mon-Fri. Food is proper filling, tasty. Thanks guys good job ❤️

Waited over 90 mins for my order and told that they gave it away to the cleaner not to waste it. Apparently drivers on strike but everyone else getting uber eats deliveries in 15 minutes. Need to reconsider approach as waste of time waiting.

Very average food. Ordered through ubereats, their fried food is poor quality. Not so tasty, tough texture on the fried burger. Better to have the grilled stuff to be safe. Poor gut after their food. Best thing I had was their brownie and ginger ale. Not worth the price and dips are average. Wingology is better, similar price, better food.

I travelled from Liverpool down to boxpark for a special event and went to Smoky boys. I was greeted by Cansu (apologies if I spelt it wrong she did tell me on the night). She made sure I had everything I need and was a pleasure to speak to. 5 stars!

Decent burgers. However, the service is abysmally slow and the staff at the front often ignore your existence when you’re trying to order. I’ve given the benefit of the doubt several times now, but poor/rude service is a regular occurrence at this branch.

Wow, usually don't leave bad reviews unless its really bad. This was terrible. Ordered a lamb burger, patties tasted processed and sqidgey, more than likey is, look at the pic. The chicken strips (which went in the bin) its pre cooked chicken with a thick paste on which is barely grilled (nasty) .How can they send this qulity of food out and expect people to be happy. Avoid this place, I 100% will be.

Burger and food was super delicious and pretty cheap as well burger could be a little more big but in seriousness the flavour hit it out of the park especially them chips which were amazing. However am slightly concerned communication to the customer's on the Boxpark website itself when it came to the lunch meal deal, it sounded like there was more that came with it, however this was completely out of the staff's control and hasn't ruined the experience.

Burgers completely tastless some more seasoning and a bit more of a char on the burger would go a long way but the price of the food due to the deal on uber made me give 3 stars..... as for the wings they could have been cooked better but the sauce was just exactly what is said on the tin DYNAMITE!!! Would love to know what sauces you use on them?
