Nando's Wembley - High Road in Brent

Place stinks like a Public toilet, numerous customers complaining but staff have adjusted to the smell and can’t tell. Because of the over whelming smell it overrides the senses and hence the food and drinks etc taste awful. There has always been some issue or another with this place but this was the final straw for me as you get nothing but nauseous while eating. Apparently it was raised with the manager on duty but nothing. Last time I’m visiting this branch.

Really great experience saw the queue and worried we would be able to fit it in before our show. However the manager did an amazing job of organising customer and getting them seated. Also really well looked after during the ordering process and was amazed how quickly our food came especially as they were so busy. One the best Nando’s I have ever been to. A++

Just received my order and they sent me burnt garlic bread I paid £4.45 for burnt garlic bread. Clearly whoever made this was blind and can’t make something so simple absolute joke !!!! Won’t ever be ordering from this branch again as the people don’t know how to cook and clearly don’t know the difference between cooked and overcooked absolutely ridiculous thinking it’s ok to send burnt garlic bread !!!!!! Thanks for ruining my mums dinner !!!!!! Won’t be recommending this branch and won’t ever be ordering from them again !!!!!! The store’s service attitude is very good 👍🏻 Went several times. Meal quality is average The chicken was grilled just right. Delicious, tender and juicy The dining atmosphere inside the restaurant is very good. The music is light. The decoration design is artistic and there are many green plants, which makes the whole place very comfortable to the eyes. Food Quality: The meal was satisfactory—no specific complaints, but it wasn’t particularly memorable or impressive either. 5. Positive Highlight: Rebecca, one of the waitresses, stood out as an exception. Her proactive approach in checking in on me twice during the meal added a touch of personalized service that was appreciated. Suggestions for Improvement: Consider enhancing staff presentation for a cohesive and professional look. Streamline the ambience to create a consistent vibe—music and decor could be better aligned. Explore adding more variety to the menu for a broader appeal. Focus on improving the flow of service to ensure a smoother, more enjoyable customer experience. Rebecca’s attentiveness was a bright spot, and her effort should be commended as an example for others to follow. With some adjustments, this branch could better reflect the vibrant, engaging atmosphere Nando’s is known for.

Jaydon was exceptional! He greeted us warmly and brought our order to the table with such kindness. He also checked in to make sure we were okay, which we really appreciated. Overall, the experience was amazing compared to other Nando’s we’ve been to – all the staff were so friendly and attentive!

The food was expensive £15 half chicken which isn’t worth it but it’s fine My bad experience was with the staff there was skinny European girl served me like she didn’t l like to Serve me rude and not friendly with customers.i will never go there again

Can I give 7 stars. By far the best Nando’s experience I have ever had. I came with my grandparents and the staff were very helpful and very polite. I have never been treated by Nando’s staff the way I was treated today. The food was really good and it was nice vibrant atmosphere. I will definitely come to this Nando’s more often than my local one.

You can have a laugh with the staff, very friendly and welcoming. Food was exactly how I wanted the spice level lemon and herb with a hint of hot chips, which were overcooked but got a good amount. Was a lovely lunch.

We came in just before AEW wrestling, the expected attendance was around 80,000 so we were pleasantly surprised to be seated quickly and comfortably. The staff were attentive and always around asking about the experience. I used the Nandos app to order, the food was brought to the table quickly and hot, which was surprising as the restaurant had gotten busy. All in all this is a great example of good food prepared well.

Terrible Experience at Nando’s Wembley I recently had a very disappointing experience at Nando’s Wembley. Despite making it clear to Qasim that we needed plain food we were served spicy food. This caused my toddler a lot of distress, and when I spoke to the staff, Helen, who claimed to be the manager, was incredibly dismissive. She insisted the food wasn’t spicy, told me to stop shouting, and even questioned why I was upset, saying, "Is your child’s tongue burning, or is it just mine?" When I requested a refund, she only refunded my meal, not the drink, and made an issue out of how I wanted the refund processed. Her focus on the refund process rather than the issue with the meal was frustrating. I’ve always enjoyed Nando’s, but this experience was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this so others don’t have to go through what we did.

The food was ok, some of it was cold but as we had been waiting a while, just ate it. One staff member was not very polite and very unhelpful. Not a branch, I'd go back, too.

Terrible experience here. We had a table in the window to the left of the door (I think table 2). The QR code we were shown on the menu holder took me straight to a scam website and now I have had recurrent transactions come out to PYD*mybizhub.club. Clearly someone has put a scam QR code over the Nandos one. I am very angry about this.

I’ve ordered on line for collection. My order was ready on time. The staff greeted me well with a smile as I entered and were quick to get my food packed together. I’ve also used this nandos for eat in with family and they were pretty good and quick with a friendly smile. I recommend this branch highly.

I had a disappointing experience at Nando's Wembley today. Despite ordering a 1/4 chicken with 2 sides and specifically requesting a breast piece, my order was served with a leg piece. The staff's response was unfriendly, and when I inquired, I was told they were running out of breast pieces. The manager, Helen, initially claimed they had none but later offered to make a new one in 10 minutes. The leg piece I settled for was undercooked and tough. The overall service, taste, and quality were all subpar. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this Nando's branch due to the poor experience with both the food and the staff. 1 star for service, taste, and quality.

Originally, we went into the restaurant as we'd had a 3 hour drive and needed the toilet. The staff were so nice and welcoming we stayed and had dinner. The guys cooking were brilliant, singing, and joking. I found local people pretty rude to staff!!! It was really nice, though. Thank u so much for being so lovely.

The food was good! Loved the extra hot Nandos chicken. We ordered a whole chicken platter which came woth 4 regular sides and it was more than enough for two people. Loved the variety of sauces and bottomless drinks. However, the service was a bit slower than expected! We waited for a long time for the food to arrive!! Anyway, the flavour of the chicken was awesome 👍

Food is always cold whenever we order it on Deliveroo have given it a chance at least 4-5 times and every single time the chips are cold. Most recently the food turned up without the coleslaw we ordered!!! Would not order here again.

I placed a £37 delivery order for myself and a friend to have on break of work. Food never arrived!! I work in a bar it was very quiet at the time. No driver came into the bar. Nobody called my phone. No attempt was made to deliver my order. I saw on the map the driver was on our road. As I walked outside it said order delivered but no sign of a driver anywhere!!! I called the restraunt and was told the driver attempted delivery and called my phone (my call logs prove this is a lie) they refused to redeliver, denied me a refund and said once the food gets back to restraunt they will just destroy it. 3 phone calls, 2 emails and £37 later. Nobody has offered me a resolution.

Nando’s and Deliveroo should not be working together. Absolute shambles. Over half an hour to get my food, and a snappy delivery guy because I couldn’t find my delivery code. I ordered lemon and herb chicken, and was shocked when I found the sauce comes in sachets to pour over. Surely you cook with the sauce, not pour it on already cold food. Microwave or no microwave, it doesn’t change anything. The meat was dry, and I didn’t enjoy my takeaway one bit. My local peri peri does better job, and cheaper too. Avoid.

Cosy nandos. Very small though so he mindful if you have a big group. Fresh foood.

This is a small branch with limited tables. TOILETS Need a refurb and a decent clean. SERVICE 5/5 Friendly and attentive. Everything available and all requests fulfilled with ease.
