¡Una verdadera joya! Conocí este pub hace 40 años cuando era muy diferente. Alojarse aquí esta noche, está bellamente renovado, con dormitorios grandes y contemporáneos. Buena comida por mirarlo y un montón de opciones alrededor. El personal es genial; servicial y amable. Tienen noches de música y karioke, pero mi visita fue puramente de negocios. En general, sobresaliente.

What a pub! One of the best in terms of service and food I have experienced in London! We came as a party of 3( including a toddler). The wonderful person who served us names Evie( apologies if I get the spelling wrong) was very kind and helpful.

This pub is very welcoming and friendly and the service is great. The food is delicious and good value for the size of the Sunday roasts. Back in May we celebrated a family birthday here and they easily accommodated almost 100 people and were able to provide a lovely buffet. I can't praise this pub and the staff highly enough

Estuvimos allí para los asados del domingo y tuvimos que esperar alrededor de media hora para que nos dijeran que la cocina no había comenzado a cocinar para nosotros todavía. La pareja detrás de nosotros vino después, terminó su comida, y se fue. ¿Nosotros? Todavía esperando. El personal del bar dijo: "Hay tantas cosas pasando en la cocina, que tu boleto se quedó ahí. Aún no han empezado. " WOWWWW al menos dime que la cocina está cultivando patatas para cocinar para nosotros. Así que necesitábamos PEDIR a la cocina que cocinara para nosotros. Esperé más de una hora solo para tener el plato principal y las 3 guarniciones para ser "olvidado" para ser sacado para nosotros. Así que necesitábamos preguntar de nuevo, que esperamos otros 10 minutos. El personal del bar era agradable. Nos pidió disculpas y nos ayudó a resolver los problemas. La pregunta es, ¿qué le pasa a la cocina? Incluso el bar parecía tener poco personal. ¿Quién administra este lugar? Quizás agregue otro personal el domingo, que posiblemente podría estar ocupado. Honestamente, la comida estaba muy bien, pero si tenemos que ser olvidados y esperar tanto tiempo, también podría criar un cerdo para cocinar cerdo para mí.

Fish was horrendous, chips were raw, tartar sauce was just mayo with lemon

Excellent b&b, clean, warm, welcoming, without daily cleaning service. You can enjoy meals in the pub on the ground floor where there is a good quality/price ratio. The staff is friendly and speaks Italian.

Only popped in there for a couple of drinks before last orders. Decent spot, lovely staff, menu options looked delicious. Will be visiting again in the very near future.. Definitely recommended ✅

We stay here when visiting rellies. Comfy huge bed. Clean. Good wifi. Lovely shower room. Fridge. The pub downstairs is atmospheric. Great food and drinks. Good sized pub garden. Welcoming efficient staff.

I’m staying at Kilburn arms on regular basis and I have to say - family run business is always a very good approach . Now , when they’ve started breakfasts and introduced Home made cakes - I would go anywhere else for breakfast . Chef if great and they always have lactose free or other vegan options for the coffee and gluten free for my favorite Sea Food Pasta !

Hands down one of my fav pubs since moving to London! Awesome staff, great food, cool atmosphere and community of regulars. So happy I found this place! Plus the weekly deals here are amazing.

A nice pub that has live music. The food is pretty good value for what you get through, it is not the best food around. The food service is excellent with dishes supplied quickly and the clear away things promptly as well. All from friendly happy staff. The drinks are reasonably priced and it is a nice place to watch some live music. The bar staff are also very helpful and friendly. The place (main bar and eating area) is kept clean and tidy. Not sure how wheelchair friendly the place is as both entrances I used had steps and narrow doors. The toilets were clean and tidy at the start of the evening, but less so as the night went on, which may just be a sign of how busy it was.

Great place ! Went for my pals 60th recently and loved the space! Top service, lovely staff and nice outdoor garden space too! Shall definitely return … Cheetah Cars will drive you home if it’s late !!

September 2024 Edit: Stayed here again with family for two nights. The Kilburn Arms have ‘upped their game’ and the food is now great, but still a tiny bit of room for improvement and then it would be excellent. Good quality food at fair prices and now offering breakfast service from 7AM which, is a massive plus. Nothing worse than waking up and then having to hunt down somewhere for Breakfast. The Breakfast Menu is good with lots of choices, including Smoked Salmon/ Full English/ Scrambled Eggs etc. I also recommended their home-made Juices, especially Celery & Ginger. Still the usual niggly problems with the Rooms, such as a Shower-head being loose and lack of power/ heat, just general maintenance. The Fire Alarm Call-Point is missing in the Hotel Lobby! But, overall, well done Kilburn, this is a big improvement! *** I/ We have stayed at the Kilburn Arms many times both for work and pleasure. We have had some really good stays, good food/ entertainment. However, I feel that the food has gone considerably downhill and the service has lacklustre - bringing out Starters and Mains at the same time is a No-No and then leaving Fish & Chips on the Hotplate makes them dry and stale. The attention to detail has all but gone. If I want to stay at the Kilburn I usually send a WhatsApp message to the very friendly Landlady (Evie) but even her replies have become hit & miss. The Kilburn usually has some good entertainment in the evenings which can be really enjoyable. The rooms are clean, warm and spacious, but now seem to be lacking simple maintenance, for example, the sink plug missing, no Mirror in room, Shower hose burst and spurting out everywhere. We usually pay £90 per room for two people, this does NOT include any Breakfast. I like coffee after a meal, but this time even the Coffee machine was broken and the staff were moaning about how old it is and that it never works. We will return, but for now we will be looking for a new venue to stay at. We hope that the Kilburn can get it together again soon as it can be a really good venue.

I visited this pub with friends in the afternoon and was extremely disappointed by the service. The waitress was rude and disrespectful. She didn’t come to take our order at all, so I went to the bar to ask for a menu. She handed me an alcohol menu at 1 PM, and when I asked for soft drinks, she claimed they didn’t have a menu for that, even though they did. The entire experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, with clear undertones of racism. It was an upsetting and unacceptable experience.

lovely looking place & beautifully designed. calamari was meh.. but chips were to die for. Will try and go again at not mid day 😂

We only had one night stay. But it was super clean. The service was very very nice!! The location was great. We quickly got to Wembley Stadium by car and quickly to Oxford Street, where we had parked. The outside area has been so lovingly prepared. Everything was great! Gladly again!

Previously I rated the service with 1 star ,as a result of my lasts experiences there. However I been there again, and I think there is a few new people, and they were just nice ,helpful, happy and kind. Specially a girl with a colorful hair, but all of them being nice ! Well done guys, 👏

An out of the way kinda pub that has comfortable and secluded dining areas. Good for a meet up as has some separated seating. Fair prices for food and drink.

I was in the hotel, the staff was very warm and it was well located to get to the center of London. The room very nice and comfortable.

I was there on 05/07/24 & ordered the fish & chips. It was AWFUL! The fish batter was slimy & super greasy instead of crispy. The chips were sparse, hard, dry & the tiny ramekin of mushy peas was stone cold & like the rest of the meal, utterly devoud of flavour. I hardly ate any & my 2 friends had some & also thought it was disgusting. Considering you seem to pride yourself on your fish n chips, wouldn't it be wise to at least make sure its edible. Woke up the next morning & vomited the little I'd eaten out. Felt so sick was in bed most of the day. The only positive thing I can say is the barstaff were great. I should have complained at the time but just thought I'd never eat there again however after missing a family celebration on saturday due to being so ill after the fish n chips i decided to leave this review. Nice bar but avoid the food if you want to stay healthy!

Good mid-week lunch here. The pub was extremely quiet but service was good, food tasty and the place is very welcoming to all.

wow. the best pub around with the absolute best bartender in the whole industry, Melody. She is cheerful and bubbly and served me a gorgeous guisness with a four leaf clover, that got me through my day and put a spring in my step. my day went from bad to stunning in just one sip. thank you melody.

Great base in Kilburn. Pub is friendly with great menu and a fish and chip shop !! Staff friendly and helpful. Stayed one night for a concert - King Room. Really comfortable bed, shower great, plenty of tea, coffee and milk. Fridge - lovely touch to have water in it. We didn't get chance to sample the food- overslept so missed breakfast. Staying again next month- looking forward to it and might even make breakfast!!

Lovely and friendly staff who helped all of the people who came in.

The host was not welcoming at all. The room was dirty when checked in also they were supposed to clean the room every third day. That did not happened. During weekends there are lots of noise coming from the bar in the ground floor.

A lovely evening at the Kilburn Arms! An excellent seafood tagliatelle, very decent wines, and a fabulous open mic musical evening. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the hotel and had a meal here. Good stay and service. Rooms have everything you need. It's easy that the restaurant is just below. Caution - no lift. Staff is warm and helpful - allowed us to leave luggage early and keep it post checkout.

Very delicious food. I totally recommed it.

I dont know where to start with this one The cook was hostile over parking. All because he didnt want to move his car to allow the person with wheelchair requirements to park next to the kerb. Their access for wheelchairs is quite dangerous, the ramp is insanely narrow, steep and not secured. The hostess was quite hostile to my partner about the time of the reservation. Drinks we're good Food was nice, generous portions and well flavoured. However, given all the issues we had when coming in, and the hassles made over nothing left a sour taste in our mouths. They need a lot more work on being properly accessible and my partner fell over assisting the wheelchair patron out of the establishment. It could have ended with a serious injury. Won't be going back here again, which is a shame as I feel this place has a lot of potential if they sort out their customer service and wheelchair access issues ...

Great barman Ben , looked after us very well , lovely well appointed rooms , good choice of beers , our evening meal was excellent and breakfast also good , would highly recommend this gastropub for an overnight stay .

Very good food and a decent selection of wines. Quite a large pub and we were visiting quite early, pre theatre, so can't comment too much on the atmosphere. Seemed child friendly as there was a young family at the next table.

Came in here for a drink however the presentation of the food from the other customers had enticed me to order some food, glad I did. Food came out at the expected time and didn't disappoint, vegetables wasn't raw, nice and tender just like the meat, I usually like my gravy thick however even though the gravy wasn't thick it was still bursting with flavour. The atmosphere is what one would expect of a local pub, looking around I didn't feel any hostility but rather a warm and welcoming aura. I came in during a non busy afternoon however I could tell when there are events on and such then the place comes more to life with good energy. What I enjoyed about this location is the subtleness of where it is situated, on the main road however it's situated a bit out of view of walking pedestrians so a fine solution for someone looking to sneak in a cheeky drink to their afternoon or evening.

Rude staff, appalling service, food mediocre. Do not recommend, many pubs within close proximity with much better service. Priory tavern has lovely burgers, very close.

B&B in zona 2 a Londra, 10 min a piedi dalla fermata della metro. Ottimo servizio pub e colazione. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Camera grande e spaziosa, bagno ok, pulizia non ottimale ma sufficiente.

Ok pub. Not a huge fan of pubs but it will do. Not badly priced and bar staff are cool.

This pub could be an absolute gold mine. Clearly it is unfortunately quite poorly run. No atmosphere whatsoever. Very basic service at best and watching the 2 lads pour, it is obvious no training takes place on how to pour a pint. It is unhygienic for the glass or drink to touch the nozzle, this is basic stuff. Very little combined people skills on display amongst the 3 staff members. Luckily the food here is really good and reasonably priced, failing that there would be nothing going for this place. Also 3 ale pumps and no real ales? I look around this pub and see a real lack of care which is sad to see.

The service is very cold and the staff anything but friendly, I didn't feel welcomed in the place and it almost seemed like I was doing them a displeasure by eating there. I had a single dish which was lamb with mint peas, sautéed potatoes and gravy. The lamb was not completely cooked, cutting it revealed that the cooking had been too short. The gravy sauce had a rather intrusive and annoying sour aftertaste on the palate, which did not go well with the meat at all. The potatoes had taken on the taste of burnt garlic and were therefore inedible. Even though I paid too much for the quality of what I ate, it was so bad that I wasn't able to finish the dish and had to leave early. Totally not recommended to eat here. It's a shame because from the photos it looked like a good kitchen, for me it was a complete disappointment.

No crackling on the pork roast, potatoes over seasoned and roasted just enough to pass as roasted. Cauliflower was ok

Such a lovely atmosphere on a Friday evening. Karaoke, nice people and lovely staff. They are so considerate about the neighbours and stopped the music sharp at 11. Great place.

Everything you want from a local pub, it even has a fish and chips shop on the side. Back again 10/6/23 all good but missed mushy peas from my plate told the waitress but no attempt to correct it which was disappointing. Back again 1/10/23 for Sunday lunch, huge plates of roast pork, lamb and trimmings. Back again 11/10/23 for the Curry Special.

Amazing place in London. The room is big and clear. A little far from center but by underground you can reach all places very well.

Amazing stay at The Kilburn Arms. Our room number 11 was amazing such as the pub. We spent our evening during the karaoke night enjoying an amazing fish and chips. People at the kilburn arms are extremely kind. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

Awesome hot spot! We stayed here to see weeknd tour in wembley ! Bus goes to Oxford st from outside , kilburn town is a 5 min walk down the road.. rooms are lovely and clean , staff helpful and polite :-) gutted theres no space for next year!!

Nice pub with events during the week. I had the fish and chips as there is a takeaway fish and chips shop right next to it but the chips were not crunchy enough. The female loo lock needs to be repaired. It has been like that for months now.

Really great stay in a quiet part of Kilburn. Staff were amazing. Very short walk to two tube stations and a short walk to Kilburn high street, where there’s endless options for food.

Great local pub, nice interior and great sunny beer garden. We had a party of about 25 people who were well catered by the friendly staff.

The room was clean and much bigger than I expected. Bed was very comfy. Tea and coffee making facilities in room with a small fridge. Free water with room. We had two meals at the pub below and they were both very nice. If you cannot do stairs this is not the place for you. Small amount of noise from live music in pub, did not bother us.

A very nice pub with some nice decor and friendly/helpful bar staff. Enjoyed some dinner with my family there on Saturday. I had the butternut squash and mushroom risotto which was very tasty. My dad had the sausage and mash and sister and grandad went for the fish and chips. All in all very tasty food and a chilled out vibe. Only thing is it is quite pricey but to be expected given the area (and prices being ridiculous everywhere generally!) Would definitely go again.

Welcoming service, good food, beautiful room. Proper chairs (this is important to me) and timber tables in a spacious setting. We had the roast guinea fowl (that particular Sunday's roast option). Dog friendly. Will return for some live music sometime. Recommended.

Angeschlossener Pub war OK, Wochenende und mittwochs (zu Open Mic) ist lange Party, Man braucht ca eine Stunde zur City und die Strecke zur Kilburn Station der Jubilee führt durch ein wenig charmanten Stadtteil.

What can I say what can I say! One of the best local pubs here that maintain a high standard on foods and drinks and services among the many downs trends after Covid! Love their Sunday roast and specials and always greeted by kind hearted staff!

Got there early so not many people. Very nice staff. Good menu. Burger was good if too much mayo. Falafel was not great. Nice building, seating, interior and will come back.

Ho dormito in questa struttura tre notti e sono stata molto bene , letto comodissimo stanza pulita, nuova e silenziosa. C'è un piccolo frigobar. Ho mangiato anche una sera al pub piatti discreti. In 10 minuti a piedi ,strada tranquilla anche di notte ,e tutta in pianura con ampi marciapiedi, si raggiungere la fermata metro della jubilee line Kilburn. E ancora più vicina la fermata autobus N98 e 98 e la overground, in 20 minuti coi mezzi, si è al centro di Londra Lo consiglio vivamente.

Lovely place to stay with bus and underground nearby to go in to London only 2£ each journey. There is a fridge in the room with minerals and water and some milk. 2 little bowls a d some spoons would have been good for my cereal which is all I have a.m. Or even some ittle packets of cereal. There is a Tesco close by and limited parking in front of the B/b. Will fefinitely be back. EVIE the accommodation manager is extremely helpful.
