We stayed at the hotel and had a meal here. Good stay and service. Rooms have everything you need. It's easy that the restaurant is just below. Caution - no lift. Staff is warm and helpful - allowed us to leave luggage early and keep it post checkout.

I dont know where to start with this one The cook was hostile over parking. All because he didnt want to move his car to allow the person with wheelchair requirements to park next to the kerb. Their access for wheelchairs is quite dangerous, the ramp is insanely narrow, steep and not secured. The hostess was quite hostile to my partner about the time of the reservation. Drinks we're good Food was nice, generous portions and well flavoured. However, given all the issues we had when coming in, and the hassles made over nothing left a sour taste in our mouths. They need a lot more work on being properly accessible and my partner fell over assisting the wheelchair patron out of the establishment. It could have ended with a serious injury. Won't be going back here again, which is a shame as I feel this place has a lot of potential if they sort out their customer service and wheelchair access issues ...

Great barman Ben , looked after us very well , lovely well appointed rooms , good choice of beers , our evening meal was excellent and breakfast also good , would highly recommend this gastropub for an overnight stay .

Very good food and a decent selection of wines. Quite a large pub and we were visiting quite early, pre theatre, so can't comment too much on the atmosphere. Seemed child friendly as there was a young family at the next table.

Came in here for a drink however the presentation of the food from the other customers had enticed me to order some food, glad I did. Food came out at the expected time and didn't disappoint, vegetables wasn't raw, nice and tender just like the meat, I usually like my gravy thick however even though the gravy wasn't thick it was still bursting with flavour. The atmosphere is what one would expect of a local pub, looking around I didn't feel any hostility but rather a warm and welcoming aura. I came in during a non busy afternoon however I could tell when there are events on and such then the place comes more to life with good energy. What I enjoyed about this location is the subtleness of where it is situated, on the main road however it's situated a bit out of view of walking pedestrians so a fine solution for someone looking to sneak in a cheeky drink to their afternoon or evening.

Rude staff, appalling service, food mediocre. Do not recommend, many pubs within close proximity with much better service. Priory tavern has lovely burgers, very close.

Ok pub. Not a huge fan of pubs but it will do. Not badly priced and bar staff are cool.

This pub could be an absolute gold mine. Clearly it is unfortunately quite poorly run. No atmosphere whatsoever. Very basic service at best and watching the 2 lads pour, it is obvious no training takes place on how to pour a pint. It is unhygienic for the glass or drink to touch the nozzle, this is basic stuff. Very little combined people skills on display amongst the 3 staff members. Luckily the food here is really good and reasonably priced, failing that there would be nothing going for this place. Also 3 ale pumps and no real ales? I look around this pub and see a real lack of care which is sad to see.

The service is very cold and the staff anything but friendly, I didn't feel welcomed in the place and it almost seemed like I was doing them a displeasure by eating there. I had a single dish which was lamb with mint peas, sautéed potatoes and gravy. The lamb was not completely cooked, cutting it revealed that the cooking had been too short. The gravy sauce had a rather intrusive and annoying sour aftertaste on the palate, which did not go well with the meat at all. The potatoes had taken on the taste of burnt garlic and were therefore inedible. Even though I paid too much for the quality of what I ate, it was so bad that I wasn't able to finish the dish and had to leave early. Totally not recommended to eat here. It's a shame because from the photos it looked like a good kitchen, for me it was a complete disappointment.

No crackling on the pork roast, potatoes over seasoned and roasted just enough to pass as roasted. Cauliflower was ok

We had a lovely evening with friends, and that is what matters. They have some outdoor space and a spacious indoor area. However, not a single vegan dish - our dinner consisted of chips. A smile at the bar would have been nice too

I/ We have stayed at the Kilburn Arms many times both for work and pleasure. We have had some really good stays, good food/ entertainment. However, I feel that the food has gone considerably downhill and the service has lacklustre - bringing out Starters and Mains at the same time is a No-No and then leaving Fish & Chips on the Hotplate makes them dry and stale. The attention to detail has all but gone. If I want to stay at the Kilburn I usually send a WhatsApp message to the very friendly Landlady (Evie) but even her replies have become hit & miss. The Kilburn usually has some good entertainment in the evenings which can be really enjoyable. The rooms are clean, warm and spacious, but now seem to be lacking simple maintenance, for example, the sink plug missing, no Mirror in room, Shower hose burst and spurting out everywhere. We usually pay £90 per room for two people, this does NOT include any Breakfast. I like coffee after a meal, but this time even the Coffee machine was broken and the staff were moaning about how old it is and that it never works. We will return, but for now we will be looking for a new venue to stay at. We hope that the Kilburn can get it together again soon as it can be a really good venue.

Such a lovely atmosphere on a Friday evening. Karaoke, nice people and lovely staff. They are so considerate about the neighbours and stopped the music sharp at 11. Great place.

Everything you want from a local pub, it even has a fish and chips shop on the side. Back again 10/6/23 all good but missed mushy peas from my plate told the waitress but no attempt to correct it which was disappointing. Back again 1/10/23 for Sunday lunch, huge plates of roast pork, lamb and trimmings. Back again 11/10/23 for the Curry Special.

Amazing stay at The Kilburn Arms. Our room number 11 was amazing such as the pub. We spent our evening during the karaoke night enjoying an amazing fish and chips. People at the kilburn arms are extremely kind. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

Awesome hot spot! We stayed here to see weeknd tour in wembley ! Bus goes to Oxford st from outside , kilburn town is a 5 min walk down the road.. rooms are lovely and clean , staff helpful and polite :-) gutted theres no space for next year!!

Nice pub with events during the week. I had the fish and chips as there is a takeaway fish and chips shop right next to it but the chips were not crunchy enough. The female loo lock needs to be repaired. It has been like that for months now.

Really great stay in a quiet part of Kilburn. Staff were amazing. Very short walk to two tube stations and a short walk to Kilburn high street, where there’s endless options for food.

Great local pub, nice interior and great sunny beer garden. We had a party of about 25 people who were well catered by the friendly staff.

The room was clean and much bigger than I expected. Bed was very comfy. Tea and coffee making facilities in room with a small fridge. Free water with room. We had two meals at the pub below and they were both very nice. If you cannot do stairs this is not the place for you. Small amount of noise from live music in pub, did not bother us.

A very nice pub with some nice decor and friendly/helpful bar staff. Enjoyed some dinner with my family there on Saturday. I had the butternut squash and mushroom risotto which was very tasty. My dad had the sausage and mash and sister and grandad went for the fish and chips. All in all very tasty food and a chilled out vibe. Only thing is it is quite pricey but to be expected given the area (and prices being ridiculous everywhere generally!) Would definitely go again.

Welcoming service, good food, beautiful room. Proper chairs (this is important to me) and timber tables in a spacious setting. We had the roast guinea fowl (that particular Sunday's roast option). Dog friendly. Will return for some live music sometime. Recommended.

What can I say what can I say! One of the best local pubs here that maintain a high standard on foods and drinks and services among the many downs trends after Covid! Love their Sunday roast and specials and always greeted by kind hearted staff!

Got there early so not many people. Very nice staff. Good menu. Burger was good if too much mayo. Falafel was not great. Nice building, seating, interior and will come back.

Ho dormito in questa struttura tre notti e sono stata molto bene , letto comodissimo stanza pulita, nuova e silenziosa. C'è un piccolo frigobar. Ho mangiato anche una sera al pub piatti discreti. In 10 minuti a piedi ,strada tranquilla anche di notte ,e tutta in pianura con ampi marciapiedi, si raggiungere la fermata metro della jubilee line Kilburn. E ancora più vicina la fermata autobus N98 e 98 e la overground, in 20 minuti coi mezzi, si è al centro di Londra Lo consiglio vivamente.

Lovely place to stay with bus and underground nearby to go in to London only 2£ each journey. There is a fridge in the room with minerals and water and some milk. 2 little bowls a d some spoons would have been good for my cereal which is all I have a.m. Or even some ittle packets of cereal. There is a Tesco close by and limited parking in front of the B/b. Will fefinitely be back. EVIE the accommodation manager is extremely helpful.

Modern room, everything you could possibly need, very comfortable bed, gorgeous shower and really lovely staff. Close enough to get to central London without issue, we would definitely stay again and have already asked about upcoming availability. Only thing to add is that it is above a pub, so maybe not great for a family stay as you can hear what’s going on downstairs. Plus side, it has entertainment on! Even had a parking space. One of the best places we have stayed. Thank you!

Entertainment: variety of bands that play on Saturday provide fantastic live music & Open Mic on Wednesdays has a great community feel. Location: very accessible to Central London by tube, overground & bus. Staff: very welcoming: Jacek, Mariah, Ben, Belinda, Evie, Charlie.

Très bon hôtel pour un séjour à Londres. Pas très éloigné du centre, situé dans les abords animés de la ville en étant très au calme. Rapport qualité-prix intéressant. Personnel vraiment attentionné. Et le très beau pub au rez-de-chaussée est une option formidable pour savourer les soirées après les journées de visites. C'était super, merci !

This pub has a fantastic atmosphere & the food is great too. There are great musicians & singers on an open mike on a Wed evening & a karaoke on a Friday. Its very rare to find a pub with such a brilliant vibe.

The Kilburn arms is my go to pub for Sunday lunch. Home cooked roasts with plenty of veg. They also do a specials board. Great value for money and well worth a visit!! Lovely staff too.

Comfy bed, nice bathroom, very limited tea/coffee we got 3 tea bags & 4 sachets of coffee for 2 people over 4 days! Had to go & buy a jar. Very noisy at the weekend from the pub bellow but i guess this is expected. Apart from getting the keys we never saw the owners.

Very chilled venue. We spent a few hours there playing board games and relaxing on New Year's Day. Great food and beer and a very relaxed atmosphere.

Nice spot for a pint. Came to charge at EV points. Worth noting that of all their connections it's hard to actually park close enough with all the cars parking and monopolising the spaces whilst not charging.

Very disappointed. The place was freezing cold. Heating was not working and they had no replacement heaters. Only 1 person serving. Didn’t get our order right despite being specific about our order. When asked to speak to a manager we were told that no one was on site. Ask to speak with chef as our food order was not right, the chef refused to speak with us. No apology given. Felt sorry for the young girl who was left to manage everything on her own- she was lovely- not her fault that her manager left her to deal with it all! Will not return to this establishment again.

Fish and chips were nice. The pub lacked atmosphere and it was very cold which is disappointing as it was a Christmas get together with friends but we left in under 2 hours. Staff were friendly.

We stayed throughout the weekend at the hotel and I must say the room met all the expectations. Very reasonable price for such convenient location, very nice, big and clean room and bathroom. Small amenities like kettle, coffee, some drinks in the fridge, access to an ironing board and an iron were a delightful surprise. We will gladly stay again and we much recommend this accommodation. Although it’s above the fish and chips pub we did not smell it at all, but please be aware whoever needs it super quiet to sleep that the music may play late at night, it did not bother us since we were exhausted after whole day of walking.

Having moved to Kilburn in early 2022, this pub has quickly cemented itself as our favourite. The food (especially the specials board) is of outstanding quality for a restaurant, let alone a pub. Highly recommend

Ordered fish and chips to take away. The cod was watery and tasteless, the batter also soggy, greasy and lacking flavour. I suspect part of this was due to the oil for frying the fish being at too low a temperature. (It was cooked while I waited). Two stars as the portion size was good and the chips were quite nice (though they were from a catering bag of frozen chips). Disappointing

Comfortable and spacious interior and, in good weather, an attractive beer garden. Tasty pub grub, served in generous portions. Flavorsome craft beers, and some very reasonably priced and enjoyably quaffable wines, by the glass or by the bottle. Service is welcoming, swift and cheerful. Within easy walking distance are bus and Tube services into central London.

We stayed over at the Kilburn Arms for one night. The room was clean and spacious however there is lack of mirrors. Most ladies always need a mirror with an electric socket for drying their hair etc. One inside the wardrobe door would have been fine. We were disappointed to find the hotel does not do breakfast even though the bar serves food throughout the day. It is advertised as a B&B. There was a mini bar in the room which contained had several non-alcoholic drinks which were complimentary. The room rate was reasonable for London. If they fix the points I have highlighted I am sure they would have a very good review from most guests.

Fantastic place, went for lunch near the other day, excellent choice of beers, food was fantastic I had the lamb chops absolutely beautiful. Great to see a pub run properly.

An absolute pleasant stay at the Kilburn Arms, everything has been amazing! From the location, parking, checking in, bnb room, shower, tea & coffee facilities, complimentary drinks in the mini fridge, comfortable nights sleep in a decent bed with a memory form mattress & the late 12pm check out. Only con is the odd bit of passing traffic just being off the main road. Not to far from the London Palladium to watch Beauty & The Beast Musical (A must watch) !! All in all, YES I would stay again. While the staff was really nice, I came here to enjoy a Sunday Roast and I picked this place because of the rating and images of the food and even made a friend join me. I hate to say that was one of the worst pub roasts I had. The meal felt completely uninspired. It was not delishes, rather canteen quality, under salted and underspiced. The roast potatoes had absolutely no crunch it seems they were only quuckly turned in a pan. We thought nothing can go wrong with dessert. So we ordered despite the furst diappapointment. My friend ordered a passion fruit Flan in a glass. It was so picked with Gelatine, so stiff and denselben, that it was ubenjoyable and we did not finish that.

Good vibes, atmosphere. The band playing that aas playing was great.
