Dhara and Ankita - served very well and we enjoyed services. They were very courteous and helped us exploring some of the best dishes. Overall, food was very tasty and worth trying. We will be coming back soon.

I visited with my friends for my birthday party dinner. It was my first time and really enjoyed the food. DHARA was very friendly and she has amazing communication skills and customer service. It’s hard to find tasty Indian foods specially it comes variety of cuisines all together. Ram’s will be my first option to make dinner out.

Frustrating Experience I’ve tried to dine here several times, but it’s impossible to get a table. Walk-ins are turned away, and even booking a week in advance doesn’t guarantee availability. While I understand it’s a popular spot, the lack of tables and poor reservation system are incredibly frustrating. If they’re this busy, they need to improve how they manage bookings or expand seating. I’ve given up trying and wouldn’t recommend it unless they address these issues.

Disappointing Experience I’ve tried to dine at this restaurant several times, but each time, I’ve been turned away because there were no available tables. While I understand that it might be a popular spot, it’s incredibly frustrating that there’s no system in place to accommodate walk-ins or manage reservations better. On multiple occasions, I’ve called ahead or checked their website, only to be told there’s nothing available. This makes it impossible to plan a visit, and it feels like they are either overbooked or don’t manage their seating efficiently. I won’t be attempting to eat here again unless they make some changes to improve accessibility for all customers. A restaurant is only great if people can actually get in to enjoy it.😤😤😤

Firstly -Air-conditioning filter was not cleaned and my eyes were burning so much -No choice on beer only Kingfisher beer -The Buffet food was in a small area, when we reached for the food in third row peoples sleeve was likely touch the food which is unhygienic, it was not well layed out in hygienic way. The rating of food hygiene should fall as food was not at correct temperature and was cold. They should have lids ontop of food Food Dholka and Patra was too sweet Paneer very tough hard cold seemed like there for some time Pan Samosa spring roll and kachori was best thing there and pani puri was crunchy and shack was nice

Amazing buffet food. Everything tasted so nice. Never eaten chapati so soft anywhere in London. Had heard about it from few friends and definitely worth it. Only feedback would be to have a few more deserts. Other than that a perfect meal, service and ambience for a family outing.

The service was very slow, and the staff didn’t seem to know much, often having to ask others for answers. Some hot dishes came out cold, and others didn’t taste great. We also had to wait a long time for our food, which made the experience disappointing.

Recently I visited Rams restaurant for their amazing buffet but this time I completely surprised with buffet. Food was below the average. Had not that much food left. And the main thing is service, there is only 3 girls working that night. And really poor and slow service. I ordered 2 large glasses of wine but tbh that one of the bartender did not know.. where they keep the red wines. Also one of the waiter came to us 2that we have to take from buffet whatever we need otherwise they will close the buffet… and time was literally around 9:40. Overall not impressed with the service.

I want share my experience with ram restaurant. First specials thanks to mikii n janavi. They both are good staff members they give us all good services as well how to go with things n menu as well . So I like food it's felling like I m seating in my home n eating with family. Thank you for making my day specials. Again thank you to mikii n janavi. I will recommend someone to ur best food menu. We've now been twice to Rams within about 10 weeks of each other. On 20 September, service was not really great, quite slow, when asking questions of the waitresses, mostly they could not give a response and had to go and ask someone else, the food some of it was really good, some of it not great at all and in addition some of the dishes were cold when served, even though they were meant to be served hot. This was the first time visiting Rams after a very long time and with friends. Overall rating for this visit would be 3 out of 5. My wife and I decided to revisit Rams on 30 November. So disappointed with the whole experience. First of all there was a party - not sure how many, possibly 20 people. It was too noisy and not great to have a quiet dinner for two!! Party guests were just hovering around which makes it difficult for other diners to find a way to squeeze past standing diners from the party (who had no consideration for others). Some of the food was good, but some was really poor (half cooked tandoori roti, and puran roti was not cooked as it should, etc). The overall experience this time was 1 out of 5. We will not be visiting Rams ever again. They really need to get their act together, have properly trained staff, improvements in their food and when there are big parties, it's not fair for other diners in a small restaurant, so it's best to close the restaurant to non party diners for a few hours.

It’s indeed a wonderful restaurant. I celebrated my daughter's party here, and the vegetarian food in buffet lunch was amazing, complemented by top-notch service. This is the one-best restaurant who agreed to accept our request to serve Without onion and garlic food for our guests on our day. Excellent service.staff is very helpful and supportive. It's been 3 years now we are regularly visiting this restaurant.I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional experience at your restaurant today. The service was impeccable—every staff member was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home(Jaanvi and Ankita has given special attention to all the customers. They used to make sure that are we all should feel comfortable). When I asked Jaanvi about party and function details she was answering my queries with smile and in detailed. Although she was very busy due to small party was going on at resturant. The food was absolutely outstanding, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. I mean if person comes for buffet in unlimited food then let them enjoyed eating patiently, don’t force anyone. No one can eat over than their limit, so what is the point of targeting only dosa !! Otherwise everything was perfect ,must visit this restaurant.

A belated but huge thank you to all at Rams Pure Vegetarian Restaurant in Kenton, especially Mickey, for the fantastic service provided, both before and during the Prasad after my beloved Mum's funeral recently. Although we already had a menu in mind, Mickey took the time to advise on possible tweaks to make it better, shared ideas from previous experiences, and provided tasters to ensure that we were happy that the food would suit all different palates. Service was great too - the staff coped very well with the packed restaurant, which they opened early for the Prasad. We would definitely visit and recommend Rams again for the great alround experience.

Personally didn’t like their chole bhature. It was full spices and loads of oil making the food takes horrible. Bhature were very thick, not authentic at all. The staff was good and that’s why I’m giving this place a 2 star. Their buffet seems to be decent price of £16.39 but their food doesn’t seems to be that good. Better options can be found with similar prices Food prices are also expensive but buffet is priced reasonable.

I had ordered catering service in June 2024 for my daughter birthday party which was very well organised by Ram restaurant making sure time buffet arrangement and delicious food at same time they always make sure you have buffer in case few more guest come. I would especially mention Pranav who looks after catering yo be very professional and customer friendly person which made whole experience great

Too much bad. Kachori was staled. When asked, they just took away whole kachori plate from buffet. They were also not accepting that it was bad kachori. Rude behaviour. Date 27/7/2024. Saturday.. do not visit this place for good food. If you have spare money then choice is yours to have staled food.

Ram’s Pure Vegetarian Place is such a wonderful place for food lovers. Their buffets are one of the best in London. Specially for authentic Gujarati foods. Services from All the staff including, Mr Saumil, Miss Mickey, Miss Janvi are very friendly and professional. Highly Recommended for everyone.

I ordered Swaminarayan food but they sent a regular food

This was supposed to be our new find and we were quite excited to be there. The first and foremost dissapointment will be the price and the options. The price per person is £16, no kids discount unless they are under 7. The menu claims multiple items none of which are available. For example, today (Satday) there should be Rice/Biriyani which reads to me both items are available and I can choose one from them. In reality neither were available and they offered "Khichdi" rather which was not to my taste. On Saturdays there should have been Tadka dal/Dal Makhani but neither item were available. I had to eat my tandoori roti (these are very thin rotis not of standard tandoori roti thickness) without any vegetable of my liking. Overall very dissapointed particulalrly because we came from a reference. I would advise to double check the menu items otherwise there might be dissapointments at the end. Price is too high in my opinion for the options available.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE - we ordered 4 spring rolls and 2 Faludas. Don’t understand why we waited 45 minutes for these items. The service was shocking, we were stood waiting like idiots. The food wasn’t very good either nor was the faluda. Very disappointed. Will never come back again.

Worst food ever🤢. I am never going back here. The google reviews are fake. I have never eaten such thick bhaturas all my life. They smelled bad and taste was stale. The chana masala wasn't authentic as well and was too salty. Salt was overpowering all other spices, if they added any. I am feeling sick after eating their food.
