Dining at Rams restaurant was an extraordinary experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment my family and I walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant, inviting atmosphere. The décor beautifully captures the essence of modern India, with colourful accents and elegant touches that set the perfect mood. The food was absolutely incredible. Each dish was a symphony of flavours, rich in spices and cooked to perfection. We started with the samosas, which were crispy on the outside and bursting with a delicious filling. The curry's and dahls was the stars of the show—tender, succulent, and swimming in flavourful sauces that had just the right amount of spices. One was truly glad not to see oodles of oil swimming on top of the curries- a common sighting seen in many restaurants. The naans, bhaturas, roti's and puris were freshly baked, warm, and perfectly complemented the dishes. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and authenticity in every bite. The chefs clearly put a lot of passion and skill into their craft, and it shows. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to recommend dishes, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. We left feeling satisfied and already planning our next visit. If you're looking for an authentic Indian dining experience with incredible food and top-notch service, look no further than Rams restaurant. As in it's name, it's values speak through its food. Personally didn’t like their chole bhature. It was full spices and loads of oil making the food takes horrible. Bhature were very thick, not authentic at all. The staff was good and that’s why I’m giving this place a 2 star. Their buffet seems to be decent price of £16.39 but their food doesn’t seems to be that good. Better options can be found with similar prices Food prices are also expensive but buffet is priced reasonable.

I had ordered catering service in June 2024 for my daughter birthday party which was very well organised by Ram restaurant making sure time buffet arrangement and delicious food at same time they always make sure you have buffer in case few more guest come. I would especially mention Pranav who looks after catering yo be very professional and customer friendly person which made whole experience great

Ram’s Pure Vegetarian Place is such a wonderful place for food lovers. Their buffets are one of the best in London. Specially for authentic Gujarati foods. Services from All the staff including, Mr Saumil, Miss Mickey, Miss Janvi are very friendly and professional. Highly Recommended for everyone.

Too much bad. Kachori was staled. When asked, they just took away whole kachori plate from buffet. They were also not accepting that it was bad kachori. Rude behaviour. Date 27/7/2024. Saturday.. do not visit this place for good food. If you have spare money then choice is yours to have staled food.

I ordered Swaminarayan food but they sent a regular food

This was supposed to be our new find and we were quite excited to be there. The first and foremost dissapointment will be the price and the options. The price per person is £16, no kids discount unless they are under 7. The menu claims multiple items none of which are available. For example, today (Satday) there should be Rice/Biriyani which reads to me both items are available and I can choose one from them. In reality neither were available and they offered "Khichdi" rather which was not to my taste. On Saturdays there should have been Tadka dal/Dal Makhani but neither item were available. I had to eat my tandoori roti (these are very thin rotis not of standard tandoori roti thickness) without any vegetable of my liking. Overall very dissapointed particulalrly because we came from a reference. I would advise to double check the menu items otherwise there might be dissapointments at the end. Price is too high in my opinion for the options available.

Worth the price for so much unlimited food. Please look into opening more branches. Special shout out to Mickey who helped us throughout our visit. Definitely coming back 🔜

The coustomer service is too excellent. All staff are very helpful like every 15 minutes they come at the table and ask to help the customers. Which behavior I like the most.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE - we ordered 4 spring rolls and 2 Faludas. Don’t understand why we waited 45 minutes for these items. The service was shocking, we were stood waiting like idiots. The food wasn’t very good either nor was the faluda. Very disappointed. Will never come back again.

Worst food ever🤢. I am never going back here. The google reviews are fake. I have never eaten such thick bhaturas all my life. They smelled bad and taste was stale. The chana masala wasn't authentic as well and was too salty. Salt was overpowering all other spices, if they added any. I am feeling sick after eating their food.

We had buffet for dinner and it was a disappointment due to the taste of some items and specially due to the service. Pani puri and mysore masala dosa from starters were disaster and would suggest restaurant staff to change or remove these items as they have totally spoiled the taste of other starters. Though I liked some starters like mini samosa, kachori, chutneys etc. Later we got the main course from the buffet menu but waited so long for puri bread and (uncooked maida) naan that our desire for food is finished when it arrived. The manager or owner who is attending the customers just did not pay any attention to us while we are waiting for the breads and ignored us totally.

I ordered basic Shak n Rotli with one Rotlo as I was absolutely feeling exhausted because of poor health. It took them 1.15 hours to deliver the cold food and they deliver absolutely wrong order. When I try speak with someone he offered me free half curry next time. I absolutely regret ordering food from this place.

Today we had party for 54 people 20 jan 2023 ,such really nice evaning buffet with many numbera of collection food, special undhiyu , panipuri, chille paneer, panir butter masala is very good, we have 54 peopel but they can manage nicely surve. Every buddy is enjoyed hot breads and puranpuri, very nice services.

Really poor substandard food. Poor service Would not recommend unless you want the unhygienic buffet. Also when ordering a la carte you ask for chutney or lemon they bring from the buffet. Staff are very rude and management don’t want to know. Poor would definitely not recommend
