Consistently Excellent! We’ve visited Rams Restaurant several times, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The food is always fresh, delicious, from starters to desserts, everything is well-prepared and full of flavours. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure you’re comfortable. A special mention goes to the owner Mr Raj, who is incredibly polite and genuinely cares about the guests' experience. It's rare to find that level of personal attention and warmth these days. Whether it's a casual lunch or a special family gathering, Rams has become one of our go-to places. Highly recommended.

We were extremely disappointed with our recent experience at this restaurant. After traveling all the way from Leicester—based on strong recommendations about the food and service—we arrived at 2:30 PM, only to be turned away by the staff. Despite the fact that the restaurant was not due to close for another 30 minutes, we were told in no uncertain terms that we would not be seated. While I have no doubt that the food may be of high quality, the attitude and inflexibility of the staff left a very poor impression. For a business that prides itself on hospitality, this level of service is unacceptable. I sincerely urge the management to look into this matter, as such experiences can significantly damage a restaurant’s reputation. I hope this issue is addressed promptly to ensure others are not met with the same disappointment. Thank you.

This is a fantastic spot for buffet-style dining, especially if you’re planning a small gathering. They offer a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend trying their shrikhand and puri—they’re absolutely delicious! The buffet also includes freshly made-to-order naan, chapati, puri, and dosa, which adds a nice touch. There is a 10% service charge, but with the buffet priced under £15, it’s still great value for money. Plus, off-street parking is free all day on Sundays. Definitely worth a visit!

Need a improvement on customer service like priority on booked table is not good, have to wait outside for 30 minutes for reserved table is something not except able .

Food is very poor quality. Pander sabji is full of turmeric and we ordered spicy, surti locho is like a crush of khamani, dal fry and jeera rice is too salty. Staff service is nit good. Answer to customer is not satisfied about food quality and he said we cook like this only. Not satisfied with their service

This is a long standing favourite which is consistently good. The menu options are very solid and the buffet changes regularly and is very good quality. This time we were taken care of by Ankita, Dhruvil and Mickey who were very respectful and provided a great service.

The best place if you are looking for the best DOSA in London. It's delicious for every bite. The staff are really helpful, special thanks to Mickey for accommodating our requests. She was very polite as well. Highly recommended for all Dosa Lovers.

First discovered this superb place a few days ago and have returned soon to experience the excellent food in the lunch buffet. Being a vegan, the choice of delicious curries, starters, pickles, chutneys, salad and other side items was pleasing. They provide a large plate and small dishes which have only encouraged me to eat more of this ever so tasty indian food. Have been to most of the vegetarian/vegan buffet resturants in London and this one is my joint favourite of all together with Ravi Shankar in Euston. Will come back regularly to sample the dishes that includes 2 types of dal, a thick mixed vegetable curry and a sambar sauce. They had basmati rice, salad and accompaniments that complemented the meal. They also make dosas and provide chapatis, nans and puris. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Mickey and Enkita who were happy to explain what the dishes were.

Dhara and Ankita - served very well and we enjoyed services. They were very courteous and helped us exploring some of the best dishes. Overall, food was very tasty and worth trying. We will be coming back soon.

I visited with my friends for my birthday party dinner. It was my first time and really enjoyed the food. DHARA was very friendly and she has amazing communication skills and customer service. It’s hard to find tasty Indian foods specially it comes variety of cuisines all together. Ram’s will be my first option to make dinner out.

Disappointing Experience I’ve tried to dine at this restaurant several times, but each time, I’ve been turned away because there were no available tables. While I understand that it might be a popular spot, it’s incredibly frustrating that there’s no system in place to accommodate walk-ins or manage reservations better. On multiple occasions, I’ve called ahead or checked their website, only to be told there’s nothing available. This makes it impossible to plan a visit, and it feels like they are either overbooked or don’t manage their seating efficiently. I won’t be attempting to eat here again unless they make some changes to improve accessibility for all customers. A restaurant is only great if people can actually get in to enjoy it.😤😤😤
