Normally when I order a chicken n rice box from Pepe’s piri piri it’s really good, but this time I found a string, this is unusual because when I order a collection it doesn’t arrive like this. Worse I could’ve expect was a hair and if I found a hair I wouldn’t even give 1 star. Small mistakes shouldn’t be happening Pepe’s, please try better next time

I regularly visit Pepe's Piri Piri in Kingsbury, and overall, it's a solid choice for a quick and tasty meal. The flavors are generally great, and the variety of sauces adds a nice kick. However, I've found that sometimes the grilled chicken can be a bit too dry and not as saucy as I'd prefer. Also, on occasion, the chicken in the rice box tastes a bit too salty, which might be due to the sauce. Despite this, it's still a good spot for a filling meal, and when everything is on point, it's delicious. I’ll definitely keep coming back but hope for a little more consistency in the future!"

Food is not hygiene and last time when I visited shop to eat paneer rice I got hair inside the rice and people inside are so selfish and they think them self so something and all the staff in the shop show too much attitude towards customers and as well driver too

Employees are rude , food should prepare in four minutes not good at all, they told me for take away but at same time so many people eating inside the place and the staff all are lier because I was griller in past so I knew in how many minutes I can make orders

This Pepe’s branch is really nice, the chicken is so delicious, tender and saucy!!!! It’s a 5 star food safety hygiene, the shop looks clean and tidy, chefs wear hygienic gloves, head net and uniforms. The dips are free with every meal, the chips are also crispy and fresh! Happy happy customer here !!!

Worst customer service, I came in for an eat in today with my friend around 9:00 today, the guy with the glasses on the till was very rude, he greets me straight away with, “yes”?? I told him my order, he was like 30 mins wait. I asked him politely, normally it’s 10-12 Mins. can it not be any quicker? (Because I live in Slough and had to drive back) His reply was “ I am telling you 30 mins so it means 30 mins!!” Fair enough you’re busy, but this sort of attitude feels disgusting and disrespectful. Never coming back and I don’t recommend walk in customers.

Made the food better and acknowledged earlier issues. The owner handled the situation and explained the issues created. He was as amazing he could be and the food got better as before.

Requested juicy chicken with peri peri sauce to be added but alas it wasn't. Made complaints but they staed their cctv's says different. Offered 20% off without acknowleding faults. Wasn't looking for offers or free food, what a shame!!! Pepe's in Kinsbury disappointed more than expected, especially the management available on the very day. What a shame!!!!

I've been eathing in this place since 2019, very friendly staff and good food. I've tryed Pepe's in other places but this one in Kingsbury is by far the best pepes i ate

However, there were a few minor issues, such as they take too much time, and take time to understand, which slightly affected the experience. Despite these small hiccups, Pepe’s is definitely worth a visit. With its great food and overall positive atmosphere, it’s a solid choice for a nice meal out. I look forward to returning and hope that any minor issues can be addressed to make the experience even better in the future.

I love their paneer rice and pipes chips but I was shocked the meal has gone up from £5.50 to over £10 in the last 4 years. I do understand prices have gone up everywhere.

This restaurant will get most bad restaurant awards. They told me they will give my food after 10mins. Then they give it after more than 30 mins. I was asking about my order, staffs told me “if you don’t wanna wait you can cancel it”. Such a rude behaviour ever I have seen.

Been to a few pepes in London but the kingsbury branch is the best by far. Food alway tastes soft and fresh Alway served hot . Guy with beard behind counter knows his stuff - always recommends diff dishes and never got it wrong . Place is always busy but tables and chairs are always clean -

I always go with my wife and buy Pepe’s rice on the 22nd my son’s birthday we all went to eat same thing the guy on the till was very rude to my wife and gave us half of the size of the portion of the Pepe’s rice we are very disappointed I went back and told him how can you call this a portion hardly anything on the plate. I always order online from Pepe's in Kingsbury, the sauce is ALWAYS split in the bag but since they always add 1/2 pots extra I didn't complain on Ubereats. But last night, the food was cold (which may be due to the driver being so slow), but my chips and drink were also missing and I made an order over £15. Actually ridiculous.

Pepe's is one of my favourite new place for fast food.Have tried it in multiple locations and been very happy with the food and service.The food is very favourable and personally love the flavour and quality of food.I would personally suggest to try Chic&Rice Lemon&herb flavour.

Really enjoyed my grilled chicken wrap meal. Tasty and juicy chicken, decent if slightly overdone chips, garlic dip and drink. All for around £8 which is definitely more than I expected but was overall happy with the quality of food

This place used to be good, very good, however recent 4-5 orders here has been very very bad. Chicken not cooked properly, chips being double fried. Staff doesn’t car about the customers.

Food is good when they get the order correct. I have ordered 4 time and 3 times the order was incorrectly made.

It is a shame, they have up raised the prices 40%, they have eliminated the quarter pounder burger and they have put a very low quality hamburger at 7 pounds, in other restaurants like ZAMS the same and better quality 50% less price, the same quarter pounder hamburger 2 plus 2 chips 6 pounds, the same chicken burger 2 large 7 pounds, the owners of this pe pes will lose customers due to their greed of wanting to earn more money.

STRICTLY NOT FOR VEGETARIANS AND SPECIALLY FOR INDIANS!! Worst Pepe branch I ever visited. Ordered Paneer rice and I saw how they are preparing it. Paneer was cooked and mixed all around with chicken, same sapatula is being used to cook both chicken and paneer. Lot of pieces of chicken and paneer were mixed with each other and separated. Looking at all, I asked the man at till very nicely to cancel my order for these reasons and I made sure I do not tell in front of other customers to be nice with them. I literally waited for all customers to leave. In return, I was bluntly told; "This is not an Indian restaurant" and "Where have we written that Paneer rice is vegetarian??" That left me in shock and I had to leave. Never going here again after this experience. Dont know from where India comes in between and is it not assumed that a green vegetarian menu will be kept vegetarian????

I ordered veg supreme burger and I got the chicken burger. The staff and service is very poor. They were just in hurry to shut down the store. They don't listen properly to the customers. I am a vegetarian and I can't eat chicken. When I called to the store they said it was your mistake and now you have to come to exchange. Because of their fault I have to go back at midnight by walk just because I don't have options I am a vegetarian. I have also paid equal amount for the food and service then how they can be so much careless??

We ordered 2 family platters, 3 xl burger meals. All the items were different flavours. The chicken and meals was extra juicy, moist and made exactly how we ordered. The flavour was on point for all items delivered. The delivery was on time and all sauces were supplied plus extras. 😀
